The room wasn't nothing like shown in photos. It was very outdated and had a bad smell. Didn't get any sleep due to the occupants in the next room going in out out of room all night slamming the door. The lady at front desk didn't give me my change when I paid for the room. When I realized I went back and she still tried to give me less than she owed me. I would never stay here again. I do not recommend this property what so ever.

my flight got cancelled last minute and staff was very accommodating to that. he made sure my room stayed reserved for me and even helped with pricing

I wish they fresh breakfast instead of the frozen microwaveable food

the only problem i had was the water pressure in the shower, it was far too much

Our experience was not as bad as some of the other comments; however, you get what you pay for. The room was worn down and the mattress was on the cheaper side. Pillows were flat also. The staff was friendly, and towels were changed daily. The driveway was a hassle, and have to enter through a gas station, so pay extra attention when exiting. I would advise to keep any valuables with you and do not leave them in the room.

Room falling apart

Amazing stay, very spacious and very clean

The stay was fine…until i came back from being gone only an hour and was greeted with roaches crawling around the stands . Baby roaches on the bed.. that was my last straw.. never gathered up my belongings so fast.! Had to make sure none hopped in my bags i bought in. Yuck!

They had porn playing on the tv and my son was flipping thru what few channels they did have and lo and behold some hardcore porn was playing.

Stained sheets, stained towels, "breakfast " was gone before 9am. Shower pressure was nice, shower head was not. Felt like i was getting hit with needles. Water leaking from shower handle made floor wet. Microwave HAS NEVER BEEN CLEANED

The parking was not the best but overall quietness and walkable places were superb.

Don’t be fooled by the “Breakfast Included”, Prepackaged Jimmy Dean Sausage Dogs and Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuit along with a choice of Stale Frosted Flakes or Fruit Loops, sorry no milk is not Breakfast. You can wash it down with a cup of Folgers Coffee. If you want and or need cheap this is it. Gum in the ashtray a bottle of open water in the fridge. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Carpet was filthy. TV only got analog channels remote barely worked. They do have nice wrapped Toothbrush and Floss I have stayed at much nicer for less and I’ve stayed at much worse for more. Read the reviews you will always get a better view of the properties than the deceptive pictures you view.

This place is a dump. They list breakfast and did not have it (Unless you consider self serve coffee and a box of donuts in poorly lit vestibule as breakfast!)

I’m not recommended this place, they not change the linen, went the guess check out they are not change de linen,I went to the room, I check the linen at the bed it was everything is duty

Never made it to the property. I booked a room with two beds and when I called them to let them know my flight would be arriving late after midnight the informed me they gave my room away and only had a single bed to offer.

The guy at check-in was courteous and professional. Room was clean and in working order.

i was sleeping and i hear knocking on the door. before i even have time to get up i see a man unlocking and opening the door to my room. they came in multiple times and to change the AC and clean the carpet. wasn’t able to rest because of the constant disruptions.

Not what I expected from this property.

The only thing I would advise is to close the kitchen door to keep the room cool since the room is big with a window unit AC near the door. My husband left the kitchen door open and it got kinda hot in our room but we kept the door closed and kept cool throughout night. Our stay was comfortable and we plan to return again when we come down to Houston again.

Room not thoroughly cleaned and inspected, there was a small dead mouse on the floor at the head of the bed.

The room had a funny odor to it coming up the stairs. It smelled like urine. The room was upstairs. They had roaches on the staircase and in the room.

It took 30 min to check in an already booked room. Chose a smoking room at booking but when I arrived and after my card had been charged I was told they didn’t have any smoking rooms. When I complained I was offered a refund but why not tell me that you didn’t offer what booked before you charge my card.

Booked last minute to meet friends for lunch the following day. I was a little nervous about booking site unseen but pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Room was clean and comfortable without being crowded. Great price also. Lotus Inn is right off of the highway so it’s convenient to get to.

There were spots of blood on one of the pillow cases and the towels were dingy. I was going to stay a few nights because the photos online weren't bad but I had to leave.

The customer service was great! Unfortunately it’s a dilapidated place trying to upgrade so things weren’t “great.” The room is huge with a separate kitchen room attached divided by a door. Unfortunately my room had outlets which were cracked or missing. Door handle for the bathroom was broken. I found a dirty condom behind my dresser which the front desk took care of. It was average. However the area it’s in, can’t really complain. It was sufficient in providing its purpose. Convenient and secure.

Hotel & room were worth the stay based on cost. However, main complaint is the smell probably due to room being for smokers & carpet retaining the order. Also shower drapes need to be replaced with something of better Quality which is a low cost fix. Finally, didn't use breakfast since could tell it was just basic coffee, toast, & oatmeal.

The area around is a little cramped for parking but the folks are professional and the room is frankly surprisingly nice.

Got to to check in gave lady my confirmation number and before she did anything she took me up too the rooms I was renting that what I call service room was comfortable for me and wife king size bed

Room door would not securely lock, had to place a chair under the lock to hopefully provide security and privacy. Carpet under air conditioning unit wet. Shower flow sparse with shower curtain that wouldn’t stay closed. No Kleenex tissues. Toilet paper thin to the point of being practically useless.

Budget place for staying

I had just came into town and i couldn't even checkin at the time my reservation said which was ten when i got there the lady had an attitude and said no check in time at three i said thats not what it says on my email she kept saying no i offer to pay extra because i been driving all night and had to be to work at 7pm. I will never go there again and they dont answer the phone anyway.

They were nasty when we requested oversized parking. Just ignored. Advertising breakfast and not even coffee. It was terrible

Room are great nice and spacious include a microwave and a mini fridge slept well no compliant. They didn't serve breakfast as advertised other then that it was ok will recommend it.

There was a used washcloth hanging in bathroom, the refrigerator did not work, the light shorted out and smelled like it was burning and the bed was uncomfortable.

I requested a non-smoking room and the room reeked of smoke. The tv was damaged and i could really watch it.

They will tell you no visitors in a room you paid for weather its family or friends.

Coffee meachin was not working. The lady in reception has a very bad attitude and is very rude.Everything! The place is horrendous and disgusting. I'm surprised they even have a business... Nothing up to code code for 80$, room was dirty. They have provided half used toilet paper. Horrible customer service, worst experience ever, DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONY.

Service is excellent staff and mgrs are rest friendly and nice been in here for more than one week without any issues-

Their pricing was not clear for cash or card options. They did not honor my reservation for a nonsmoking room. Offered the only available room which was a king bed smoking room.
