Hotel Bel air

It was a night in hell. We did get 2-3 hours of sleep due to: the room was stuffy, the ac wasn’t properly working, noises from next door room, pipes were clacking. I believe this place has mold since it was hard to breathe though the whole night. Pictures on website and Expedia are not what’s in real time. We asked for a non smoke room and our room reeked of cigarette and bed sheets had burn marks all over. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!

Parking was easy like any other hotel. As far as the room, they kept it as well as you can for an older building. Everything works great inside the water was hot, all the outlets work. Not too many channels work on the television it’s a lot of lock passcode channels that isn’t a part of the subscription. The towels were hard and gritty.. (think of a cleaning the kitchen sink and stove towel). The bed was actually comfy, covers were extra soft, so no complaints about the bed at all.

The restrooms and bed were the only positive thing I can say was clean. You can tell this was either a Scottish inn they tried to renovate but is still outdated. The staff is not very welcoming

The pictures I uploaded some of the items I was forced to leave behind at the hotel because they refuse to let me pay and extend my reservation for another day because I need extra time to pack up everything efficiently and just move all my things out of the hotel I was traveling with love items. I had a lot of things I could not move out in the one hour time. They allow me to move everything out and I have to leave the premises or they kick me out of the hotel refuse to extend my roof for one day. I just needed the time to move my things out. I didn’t need to stay really I just want time so I can pack up and take all my belongs it belong to me so I was forced to leave everything behind because there’s no way for me to load up everything I had to pack up everything and get in my car and leave so I left with everything I could not take with me which they stole most of the items that were a value and dumped all my floating next to the trashcan for me to pick up pieces of my belong that they don’t want to steal, and they took everything like all the suitcases you see in the picture of all gone out of items that was in the suitcase are on the floor. I would never recommend anybody stay at this dump hotel. The owner is just evil I offered to pay for another days roommate just so I can move out and he said no he gave me one hour after checkout time because I wasn’t ready by time to check out. I was ready to tell him I want to extend so I can check out on time

The area is shady tobsay the least. A hooker walking through the parking lot doesn't set a very good vibe. The room is visually clean, but smells. I wouldn't plan to stay here in the future.

it a bit cool the ac was not working properly and there is no where close to the bed I can plug my phone charge

The mens that work in the front are rascim they lie and tell you they have rooms then when you get there they say the don’t have rooms available when you know they are lying because it only be 2 cars parked with most of the curtains open to confirm there are plenty rooms available

Toilet did not work

Nothing!!!! The entire property was dirty with a terrible odor. The room was filthy. No light bulbs. No toiletries. One was cloth and one bath towel for two adults. The smoke detector constantly beeped. The sofa was very dirty and severely ripped in the seat cushions. We were in the room all of two minutes then we left. I checked out. This hotel should be in a Red Light District or better yet demolished. I have been in third world countries and their hotel accommodations were better. I would not recommend under any circumstances

The breakfast no need because a lot restaurants near by. 1- No elevator, the older senior have to carry their luggage to second flor 2- No hair dryer for woman 3- The room need to complete remodel, 4- No clothing hangers 5- The room upstairs had a living bug running around . I had a video clip to shown the manager on duty and changed other room.

In my opinion. This hotel is ok, not bad, not excellent compared to the budget price, but the towels are not clean, there are stains like someone's menstrual blood is still on the towels and dark stains, Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures to show as proof, because after taking a shower I wrapped the towel around my body without noticing, until I discovered the stain was still on the towel, I threw it on the floor immediately because it was too disgusting. Plus there is no Hair dryer in the room because I stayed for 1 day, so I forgot to complain to the manager of Hotel. All in all for $65.00/day, I don't know if I can claim those normal requests? I share it here for you to choose depending on your needs and prices.

It was horrible , the maintenance lady doesn’t clean the rooms , and the hotel room doesn’t look like the pictures and the tv’s don’t have Netflix or anything .the new person is office is very rude

The hotel was very low quality. It was a motel with outside entrances instead of a hotel. It reeked of smoke, had dents & holes in the walls & did not feel safe at all. Check in was through a plexiglass window sliding cards to the attendant through a slot which instantly made me feel unsafe with the rest of the place.

first time stayin at this new hotel & i can honestly say i liked it. the only problem was the heavy steps above our room was pretty annoying but overall the hotel was a great selection & great price. i’ll be back again!

New place, looks good from the outside and the inside, which was clean. The only reservations I had about my room was the lack of an AC outlet or USB ports near or on the nightstands with which to charge my electronic devices, and also the fact that the bathroom door could not open fully due to the toilet being in the way. Other than those, it was a good stay.

Cute hotel. However the clerk didn't know about reservations I had to show him my email on my phone. And no hot water in the shower. Luke warm water at most.
