The property was amazing. Breakfast was hot and many choices. The only complaint I have is not being told the water was going to be shut off for 9 hours. We had to head home early because of this and we were not refunded.

it was very clean and very well maintained the pool was nice a bit smaller than I expected. The gym was just OK and the breakfast was really good!!! all of the front desk people were very professional and very kind!! it is really easy to hear noise from the hallway, and it was a little far from everything, but maybe I was just staying on the wrong side of town for everything I wanted to do!! lol!

It has nice and spacious rooms. They do need to get some pest services done for the several black ants I saw in the room.

The location and access to the premises was very good. The staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Good breakfast. The Wednesday evening wine and "snacks" offering was fun and beyond our expectations. The gentleman who prepared and oversaw the offering was exceptional. Our room was clean, well maintained and comfortable. Thank you for a very pleasant and enjoyable visit.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Clean and cozy. Only compliants were the pillows on the bed and the bed. They were toooooo soft and the bed was too stiff.

Breakfast ok, nice variety. Stay was wonderful! Clean, big rooms with full kitchen. Only issue, be sure to wear shoes as Javier was extremely rude and loud and called me out in front of other guests which was incredibly rude, I spoke to desk person in regard to him. but probably nothing was said to him, Javier never apologized on the rudeness towards me. Other than Javier this place was great!

This is an excellent place to stay in Houston, conveniently located along the Energy Corridor. The room/suite was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast menu and area were good. The gym is a nice addition. The hotel is located near a major highway AND also close to many good restaurants. We will return when visiting again.

I had a great time staying here! The place was super clean and the staff were awesome and really helpful. It’s such a good alternative to staying downtown since it’s way cheaper but still close by. They even have free EV charging. Definitely recommend!

Very clean and quiet, staff were amazing specially Rodney at the front desk,. He reached out seeral times to make sure we have everything we need. The Mattress felt a little overworked and could use an upgrade or at least a mattress topper, but not a very big deal.

Ms. Kia and the quiet, peaceful atmosphere Both time I request for the room to be clean it was not. I could have did what was done. And the most disappointing part was that I wasted a drink in the bed and asked for have the sheet change and all they did was make up the bed.

Breakfast was ok. It was limited to a hispanic style brealfast do t get me wrong. But some waffles or pancakes would of been great. There are no c style charging ports which sucked so bad. We had cords no way to charge. I was main so very disappointed on the way Expedia did me. I thought everything was be charged to my one credit card and i get there and it was not. They could not change or fix it. So i was out vacation money due to this. And it honestly messed up our whol stay.

Updates: I asked the manager to call me! They only replied to my review online to cover their butts! I don’t believe for a second that these are anything but bed bugs. I went to my doctor even! I went from my home where I had no spots and then I went straight to this hotel and I had them. I then drove straight home and stayed no where else in any other hotels. I tried explaining when I left the message for someone to call me that I got them after I slept on the fold out couch. I stayed for 5 days. I had no bites on the nights I slept in the actual bed. However the one night I slept on the pull out couch the next morning, which was the morning I left, I woke up with these bug bites! I would not stay at this hotel with the way they have treated me AND the way they have handled this situation. If they have reopened that room and they are placing other people in it without spraying they are asking for someone else to be put through this. Tomorrow I intend to try to find a corporate number or information to notify someone in upper management of this situation!

This was a pleasant experience. Our room was wonderful. Everything was super clean. Our room was located by the laundry and gym. The place was quiet. With only the morning staff laughing loudly as they started their day, which we could hear from the hall. Overall we were very pleased. It was a comfortable home feel. We will look to stay here again the next time we are in Houston.

The shower was clean with good water temperature and water pressure. The gym was clean with the right equipment I asked the hotel staff to clean the room, when I left at 1p. The cleaning crew came earlier while we were still getting ready to leave . It's okay if they couldn't accommodate the request but they told me they could. When i would ask the staff for something they would say they will take care of it . But I always have to go back and ask them again for the same thing after a few hours. What I really didn't like is when I called them and asked them to replace our bedsheets for us. We put the dirty bedsheets in the middle of the room grouped together. We left at 11am we came back at 4pm , I called them then and asked again to replace the bedsheets. They said okay. I came back again at 10pm at night and still see the dirty bedsheets. I went over to the front desk and they made their excuses and told me to put my dirty sheets and towels in front of the door. They gave me some replacements. I didn't check but it was missing a blanket and only had 1 towel for two ppl. I should have checked but it would be better if they confirmed those things for me . This parts important the comforters have a design that is scratchy.

I've at better stays at other Hilton properties. Besides finding balls of hair in a blanket and on the floor, the room was clean. Did not love that when we requested extra blankets and towels that we had to go down to the lobby to get them, but it was fine to get our steps in. Breakfast was amazing tho. This hotel is near Houston Memorial Mall and well known restaurants. Pets are allowed. And the rooms are pretty big with kitchenettes and sleeper sofas. Totally recommend this place. Great for families due to the safe area and amenities around it.

The rooms are big and quiet and everything works. It was just what I needed. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My only nit-pick is the single use water bottles they use. Though it's nice gesture, I wish there was a more sustainable way to keep their customers hydrated. Otherwise, an excellent stay.

Probably the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. The usual eggs bacon etc but also a taco station, chicken carnitas, oatmeal with every possible addition. Tons more. Very friendly staff running it and keeping it clean. Room was nice, stove, full fridge, microwave, pots pans etc. Like the bed is in a separate room with separate climate control. Front desk rep Marrica super nice. Great stay!

This is a great property located in a central part of Houston close to a lot restaurants and shopping areas. It's always clean and the staff is always welcoming. This is the only hotel we stay in while in Houston.

The parking lot is monitored by security, which gave me extra peace of mind. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, greeting me every time I walked by. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. The only area I think could use some improvement is the breakfast selection. While the options were limited, everything they offered was fresh and delicious. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

I love the full kitchen and the spaciousness of the room. It is very clean and looks brand new. I was able to access my Netflix account on the television. The bed is firm and comfy. There is a nice gym, pool, laundry room, and food and drinks available for purchase. Will definitely stay here again.

Was very impressed with this particular Homewood Suites. It is 15 to 20 minutes drive west of downtown Houston, but would definately stay here again. Workers are very attentive & accommodating. Breakfast was very good with multiple options; breakfast was not the same two consecutive days. There are multiple workers at the breakfast buffet constantly making sure food does not run out, cleaning tables, & greeting hotel guests. Very impressed with the room, very clean, bed very comfortable, good size bathroom, clean and organized kitchen. I will definately stay here again; they just need to continue hiring the awesome people that are currently working & proudly maintain this Honewood Suites.

Great experience for the weekend

I liked everything about it, but I called the hotel few weeks before to leave a message that my flight is late, so will arrive late. For whatever reason, the message was not left and I was little frustrated. Fortunately, the receptionist that welcomed us said, she almost canceled our booking, but she did not. We were relieved, but it could have been disaster if canceled. Wish they have better communication system or make sure client's message accordingly.

We only stayed overnight but the experience was great. Got to the hotel late in the night but felt safe all throughout. They have security rounding the parking area. The hotel was well lit outside and inside. Our room was clean and smelled good. They also offer a complimentary breakfast and the food tasted great!

We live 1.5 hours away from Houston and we are always booking hotels when we go visit. So far this hotel has been our favorite stay. We travel with our family of 4 and we love how quiet it is and how clean it is. Can’t forget to mentioned the breakfast was really good. Will be staying there again.

This is my second stay at this hotel in the last month. The entire staff is so kind and gracious and the hotel is exceptionally clean and well kept. I couldn't have asked for a better stay both times. The hotel is also located close to many different restaurant options as well ample shopping nearby. They also offer many great breakfast options on site each day. Another huge plus was the free EV charger located in the parking lot. I am exceptionally picky about hotels and this one always my top choice in the Houston area. Kudos to the entire team that runs such a tight ship at this hotel. Great Job!!!

Great location. Very clean. Bed was a little too hard but that's personal preference. overall great stay
