The hotel was clean. The breakfast was delicious. The pool was clean.

The amenities were fantastic and made the stay even more enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

I was pleasantly surprised for the price and what I received. I assumed because of the price the hotel would be standard, but everything about my stay, I thoroughly enjoyed to include full course breakfast. I definitely would stay there again in the future.

When I walked into the room, smelled and felt damp in room 105. The hotel was fully booked so changing rooms was not an option. The air conditioning helped some but not much. It was a short stay and didn’t stay in the room much only just to sleep, so managed. In the middle of the night can hear water running down the walls in bathroom and dripping in room wall near bed. Staff was nice when checking in. I didn’t have much interaction with staff. Rooms were clean and all appliances worked.

The sofa bed had not been cleaned and had old bedding still on it from a previous stay honestly pretty upsetting considering I like everything else. Staff is nice and location too.

Room was spacious and clean. For my wife, the bed was a little HIGH off the floor, but she is short and sweet. Breakfast was excellent!

Didn’t clean the room, did not say the room wouldn’t be cleaned so we were expecting house keeping. Only provided 2 towels for 4 people I asked for extra towels the next day before we left for the day and they didn’t bring them to the room. We had to go back down to get them and wait for them.

Very nice and clean room and bathroom. Parking included and easy. Breakfast was standard.

Only bad thing was the pool was closed. I was looking forward to use the pool with my kids.

The room was very clean, the front staff was nice, but confused because the room i entered was still occupied, they were helpful and got me another room, unfortunately we were not able to use the pool, not sure why. They also had to replace the fridge it was broken, hairdryer did not work, the breakfast lady, very rude. Breakfast was good, but the lady was not very friendly when asking for something. Overall stay was good.

Breakfast was a full hearty self-serve Buffett. You could be a full big back if you desired, plus it was such a great variety that any special diet could be adhered to. Example: Fresh fruit for vegetarians; eggs, milk, sausage and turkey sausage for protein diets; and all the carbohydrates you could dream of. The warmed buttery cinnamon rolls were the best!!

Great location with easy access to nearby attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The TV cable in the room was not working, so the kids had to go to the dining area to watch cartoons. I recommend checking the TV before guest check-in. During breakfast, there was no refill for pancake batter, which the kids really enjoy, and despite several requests, no refill was provided. Management should address these small concerns more effectively to improve the guest experience.

The is a very clean place to stay. However, please use the products available in the restroom with caution. The Dove Shampoo and Conditioner broke my Husbands forehead out and my daugters neck, along with her ear and shoulder and she has never had a reaction to any Dove product before. Bring your soap and hair products when you stay.

I travel to Houston often and stay at either this hotel or the one close by. It’s nice to see familiar faces at the front desk and also be recognized by them upon arrival. The room was the perfect temp when I walked in (nice and cold) so I didn’t have to adjust thermostat and wait for it to cool down. All lamps had bulbs so it was nice to be able to turn all on for brightness. The property and room were great but I only wish the bathroom was a little brighter. There are dim lamps on each side of mirror and one overhead in shower. Hard to apply makeup on with bad lighting. Perhaps changing mirrors to LED bathroom mirror with lights. Just a suggestion. And this is to no fault to property but guests who allow their teens to run up and down hallways at 230a and bang on walls to the beat of the music. Literally jumped out of my skin as I thought it was gunshots as I was sleeping so good.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The shower was strong with different settings . The only issue I experienced was the hot water in the washbasin faucet . It was lukewarm and not hot . Breakfast was sumptuous with plenty of choices . There was omelette, sausages , biscuits ( that more like a bun ) , muffins , cinnamon rolls , apple , bananas. Coffee was nice and hot and everything was plenty . All in all a very comfortable stay !

My daughter have brain cancer the beds were up high hard for her to get in although they were sold out of rooms they offer all the assistance to help me and I really appreciate it Nothing at all

You do not want to stay here. They ran my card hours before coming to the hotel. Then they said I had a clean of the for 100 some dollars on the 16th, but I checked out on the 17th. They did not clean your room every day.

The front desk staff member was very friendly and helpful! We had some trouble with our TV , and he fixed it within minutes of being called! There were some extra toiletries that many hotels do not offer: such as cotton balls, swabs, and an emery board!

Good overall stay only small issue I experienced was when the lady overseeing the breakfast area was cleaning she would throw bags, cardboard boxes (empty), and used coffee cleaning solution outside of side door near entrance of pool. We were parked near that door and had to use it which caused us to step through said items. The breakfast was excellent other than that.

I'm confused by the rating this place has. The room was not clean, with questionable stains on the wall. A slight but persistent odd odor, which I hesitate to say, and am afraid if that is the case, but it smelled of a dead animal (!?). The breakfast was a disappointment .

Staff was great, only issue was available outlets for electronics. The room had one behind the nightstand that was accessible. Nightstand had no other auxiliary outlets. Frustrating when you’re trying to charge a phone, use a CPAP all with only one outlet.

The room was clean but the beds seem small didn’t feel like a queen size and covers were funky kept getting twisted. It was a duvet cover not actual comforter room did have carpet feel like it stinked a bit. Definitely did not take my socks or slippers off as I was afraid of dirty floor Elevator one that I know of was slow Parking seem okay but after 11 so full The side door didn’t work with key so we had to walk around with a sleeping child. Not cool Overall 3/5

Only 4 stars due the amount and volume of periphery noise that was heard from the floor above and the hallway. Otherwise, the rate, quality and room were good.

Overall, everything was enjoyable. The only minor issues were the shower head, which needed replacing in our room, and intermittent Wi-Fi outages during the rain.

What a great night after a long day at the REN Faire! Enjoyed a clean room with a wonderful comfortable bed and pillows! Clean and well stocked supplies in the bathroom and coffee compliments! Staff very curtious and helpful. All in all a great stay! Thank you!

The rooms were clean and everything properly except for the refrigerator. It froze anything we put in it. My daughter said her fridge did the same thing but maybe we just needed to turn the temperature down. We were always in a hurry and just didn’t bother with it. I opened a can of soda I had in the fridge, that was partially frozen and pressurized from the flight, and it exploded all over me and on all the bedding. Two front desk staff members, who were not part of housekeeping, came in immediately and changed out all the bedding. That was very nice of them to do that! Our stay was pleasant and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The grounds and pool area was very well kept. Breakfast was ok but could be better. The couch in the room had a lot of stains on ot, not cery inviting. The room did not have a pen and pad for notes, the tvs have been changed out and were not hooked up to the internet. You have log onto your own smart phone to the hotel wi-fi in order to axess steaming devices or access the Direct TV. It is a lot of steps wity no directions in the room or passcode. We had to ask for help the day of check in and then again the next day. Guests should be able to turn on the tv and the provided cable service is accessable right away. But, the eveining and morning front desk associates were amazing and helped us out with the process. A big thank you to them!

Very clean Hotel. Front desk staff named Crystal was very welcoming, very friendly and approachable when checking me in and throughout my entire stay. The breakfast was great consistently on a daily basis with various options. The Costa coffee machine was the highlight of the complimentary breakfast and the kitchen staff were always present to assist and replenish the food. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this location to everyone.

Breakfast is goo, staff is really friendly the pool is nice, i have stayed at this hotel many times , i like it, but the hairdryer never works.

Great restful Retreat RV Park- New Caney, enjoyed the breakfast and the area around, which was easy to get to.

The team went out of the way to accommodate a request. The pool was closed and they opened to allow guest to use it.

My room had a small couch. There were stains on that couch. The upkeep on that couch could’ve been better. For the most part I had cold water when I took showers. Had some issues with my television, but the staff was able to come up and fix it. Breakfast was awesome.

For breakfast i wish they would have honey available like all the other locations. I personally dont care for the cheese between the eggs to unhealthy for me. Other than that breakfast is good

This hotel was nice in the inside but they were doing renovations in the very front of the hotel currently, also the elevator went down when we were there. But overall it wasn’t bad. I enjoyed the stay and the room was nice, clean, and spacious. If you’re looking for fast wifi from a hotel, this one does not have it lol.

Simple yet beautiful property. It’s safe and there are restaurant and food options everywhere even some in walking distance. The mall is very close and the room is cozy

Friendly staff I had reserved a suite, but somehow it was not available, but leave to Holiday Inn Express to the rescue, upgraded me to two rooms at no charge 😀 Breakfast was awesome, rooms were clean and comfy beds! The bed wasn’t the best to sleep in, I was a bit uncomfortable at night—granted, the pillows were perfect though. Also the room was a bit stuffy, like the air conditioner circulation wasn’t that great. Everything else about the room we loved. The room was spacious, the breakfast was good, the pool was nice (although I didn’t get in this time). The customer service was the best thing at the property in my opinion. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

The food is gross. The apple juice was bland and orange juice was expired. The effort was bare minimal. Everything was broken, the key door, the elevator, the door to get in on the side. The front desk personnel wasn’t hardly there to attend at night. We won’t be going back.

First get there and they tell us that one of our rooms wasn't available instead of calling they just did what they wanted to do and then yes they fixed the next problem with air conditioner leaking but took someone else's room

It was quiet and they got us checked in quickly. When we went to put something in the fridge there was a 2L in the fridge and there was sticky stuff all over the inside. The floor was sticky and our A/C never got cool. When I checked out the gentleman at the counter said ok I’ll tell someone, but didn’t even apologize.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hot water was hit or miss and mostly miss. The bed was very comfortable and it was a good location for my needs.

The exercise room

The stay was pleasant. The food was decent. The only thing I did not like was that the key card kept being deactivated without being near a phone. I would however, stay here again.

Everything was about what I paid for, honestly. The air conditioning wasn’t great and the elevator had an issue so we constantly had to walk down from the 3rd floor when we needed anything on the ground level. Fine for the member price, I guess… but definitely not worth the price listed on their site normally.

The hotel must have over booked so instead of a queen suite we got 2 rooms to accommodate 6 of us. We had friendly staff, clean rooms. Overall it was a nice hotel except for the ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of order and the 1 elevator on site did not want to work coming down from floor 3.

When we walked in and checked in we should have walked right out but my husband had to leave for a job! I understand ppl have events but when events carry over to the WHOLE HOTEL its ridiculous and disrespectful. Everyone walking all around and through the lobby with everything that didnt need to be hanging out, hanging out!!! We couldn't get anywhere near the pool or dining area because it was over capacity and over run with whatever party was going on that lasted until idk when. There were ppl running up and down the halls and in the rooms all around us until well after midnight, slamming room doors and including the big heavy emergency stair door right outside our room.. !!! The room next door spunded like there was nothing but kids in, jumping, wrestling and banging into the walls and then proceeded to start messing with our ajoining room door, they also had their music full blast with everyone yelling and screaming like other people didn't also pay to stay here. Some people are here for work or on business not everyone checks in to hotels for vacation or to party.

My room was downgraded and was not informed at all. I got into the room and then found out about the same. The hotel is not tidy. Wouldn’t bring in the kids.
