The room was very nice and the front desk staff were helpful. My only discrepancy is the water was not hot at all. It definitely put a damper on my stay but other than that, things were fine.

breakfast was really good. also, they put the bathroom towels on shelves above the counter and not directly over the commode like most hotels do. there was only a shower, no tub. staff was super nice. good location. good lighting in the room as well as plenty of places to charge your phone and other devices.

We stayed 2 nights but had to change rooms due to an event next door. Should be compensated for disruption

The room was incredibly musty smelling, causing all of my clothes and belongings to smell musty. The bed was incredibly hard. The staff were really nice though.

For the price, and compared to other near-by properties, I would have expected a little nicer facility. The room was clean, bed comfortable, quiet hvac. Doors to rooms make a lot of noise, so neighbor can disturb you. It’s location to Memorial medical is very convenient.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. When I experienced a glitch with my third-party billing they dealt with it immediately. A nice hotel, in a good location.

Breakfast did not changed throughout my stay 6 days had the same. There should be a little more variety. Parking was fine! Just housekeeping was not at all done well and house keeper not making effort to clean well, stocking up with clean-x toilet paper and wash cloths

We have stayed here numerous times. While staff attentiveness was pleasant, the cleanliness of the hotel has gone down tremendously. We will look elsewhere next time.

The stay was just okay. It wasn't dirty, no roaches. Breakfast was just the usual. Pre cooked eggs, links and waffles that you make on your own. If you are looking for luxury or comfort then this is not the one. I was celebrating a birthday and I wish I would have just went a step beyond. Staff was nice.

There is a second elevator, but I never saw that one working. I talked to someone who stayed there recently and they said the elevators were not working then. At least it was working when I took my bags upstairs. You need working elevators if you're a multi story hotel. Everything else was good.

They informed me before we arrived and the 1st floor worked out perfectly, so no problem at check in.the free breakfast was good and the pool was clean and refreshing not to mention we had it to ourselves both days.

This hotel is well located and well-priced for its location. It's nothing fancy but gets the job done. this was the third time at this hotel where the elevator wasn't working for at least part or all of my stay. need to get that fixed. at least I got more exercise than I expected.

Front desk attendants were so friendly and helpful, They have breakfast in the mornings. Coffee all day and cookies at night for guest. Rooms were big and clean and the beds were super comfortable. I LOVED their lotion , shampoo and conditioner in the rooms. Wish I could buy it.

Our stay was wonderful from the welcoming staff at the front desk (Geo) to the clean, spacious homey room we stayed in. This is the nicest place we have stayed at in this area and it will be our Houston go to place! Love the fresh scent as we walked in to the hotel and the cleanliness of everything! Breakfast was also very good! Highly recommend!

The staff and facilities were ok, breakfast was excellent, we enjoyed the pool. The only negative, and this will likely keep us from staying here when we're in Houston again in 3 months, is a musty room - reminded us of an old cabin on the beach. I don't have allergies as a rule, but my and my wife's sinuses did not enjoy the mustiness.

I mentioned that I like every thing except a dampen smell. Tammi immediately ask if I want another room and found me another better room. I was amazed with the quick service even though they were busy with guests at the front desk.

The exit route to the hotel was inconvenient because it required an immediate turn over the hotel onto a road with a lot of traffic. It was challenging to navigate through the incoming cars and make a safe exit from the highway, especially for an inexperienced out-of-town driver.

Hurricane Beryl came through and this hotel was one of the few they didn’t have a generator. No electricity, no lights, no A/C, no water. Comically bad

I didnt get to stay in the room because they had no electricity and I have a small child that needed a place to lay her head because we were going through Hurricane Beryl. I think it would have been appropriate to let us know the lights were out before we booked or at least a refund if we never checked in.

I had 2 parakeets in a cage and they were so kind, didn’t charge a fee unlike other places. Definitely Pet friendly. And super clean!!! The cleaning staff deserves an applause. The Hampton Inn lacked a generator, so the power, water, and all services went away during Hurricane Beryl. That was fine for half a day, but by day two we were upset to see that we were charged more for the second night despite the lack of amenities. The saving grace for this hotel is its dedicated staff, particularly Sandra, who worked tirelessly to make our uncomfortable time more bearable.

Had just came off a 13 hour flight from London. Staff made my stay fast and amazing. The check in lady had me checked in very fast. The guy that took over helped me at 2 am when I needed medicine and the morning person was also friendly when I checked out. Clean and spacious room. I’ll be back for sure. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice location. The staff was courteous and efficient. Tammi checked us in and was able to resolve an issue that had arisen with our booking. Breakfast was available, clean, and on par with expectations.

We had to wait till 4.15 pm though the check-in time promised was 3 pm. The coffee maker in the room wasn't working. There was not enough bathroom supplies.

I made reservations just to get there to find out that they had only one housekeeper and could be hours before I can get in my room

Terrific facility and staff. Very clean and great atmosphere. Nice neighborhood safe place. 6 min to Memorial Herman med center / surgery taking I10 frontage road not have to get n I10 freeway to get to Memorial Herman and mall. Very good price too.

On this trip, I inadvertently arrived a day early, but they were able to shuffle some things to make it work. Plus, it’s walking distance to IHOP, Twin Peaks, and Carabba's. Since I only use Uber nowadays that makes it easier to get all kinds of food at any hour.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. I’ve stayed on a couple of different occasions and it’s always incredibly clean. Love this site.

They originally gave me a dirty room, and then proceeded to give me a room right across from the elevators and the air conditioning did not work. I called several times and there was no answer.

Front desk staff lady was super sweet, check in was fast and easy. She even let me know about the establishments in the area.

Great trip everyone was very friendly never stayed where someone said good morning as making way to breakfast which was great! It was a hot breakfast so eggs sausage and choice of breads and waffles and toppings like chocolate, chocolate chips, strawberries etc, cereal, oatmeal etc very clean and quiet hotel definitely recommend especially for the price and where it’s located!
