Great spot fairly close to downtown

The hotel was fine. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 star was b/c our room had an adjoining door to the room next door. We could hear the person in that room talking loudly on the phone and or their tv for hours. It stopped by 10 PM so we didn't have to ask to be moved. They key fob/card was squirrelly and at one point we had to get new ones. Because of they the clerk gave us a gift card for breakfast which was nice of him. Then when I added a $5 tip to bill my card was charged $35.02. After I saw this online I called & was told they would refund all but my intended tip. I appreciated the help but was a little upset I had to call in the first place. So there you have it 4 star not 5.

Old-furniture old and dirty. Bed looked liked it had been slept in and one pillowcase smelled like women’s perfume. No microwave in the room. No remote had to go back to front desk to get one. Key was disabled second day had to back to desk to get it reactivated.

The person who was in the afternoon shift mentioned about this and he said that the check out time was 1 not 3 PM. and this was not updated in the system.

when we checked in, we asked for an extended checkout upto 3 PM ( because we checked in late on the previous day due to various reasons) and the representative who worked with us said he has already updated the same ( check out at 3 pm) in the system. Next day, I was asked to check out by 1 PM which I felt is not fair. I ended up not staying there. It was poor lighting, dingy not clean and they're in the middle of a remodel. The room overlooked a parking lot filled with packing boxes dumpsters and pallets. It was not good enough to stay in. I used all my hotel dollars for that which is a big disappointment I would really like to be refunded. It was rated as a 9.0 and somehow you have to have better management of facilities than that.

The room I booked was not available. Put me in another random room which was dirty . Sheets were stained. Second room was as well dirty but now with a smell to it. I ended up leaving after less than an hour after I check in . Do not go to this place

I am hearing impaired, so when i take my aids out, hearing is very hard. Second night, there is a vibration im feeling on the bed, once i woke, it went away...thought i may have been dreaming. Third night, was not dreaming, woke up at 3:00am with the sound of a jackhammer trying to bust up tile above me. The bed was shaking, i got dressed and went to front desk. Front door staff was very friendly. The lobby was updated but the rooms felt bland and the lighting is very, very poor inside the rooms. We asked for a room away from I-10 and it was still loud.

Very nice hotel with good accommodations. I had a fasting blood test so I didn’t get to try the breakfast, but the host gave us great tips to find some good old homey food for dinner. Very friendly and accommodating. Lots of traffic noise even at the back.

The city had turned our water off during the repair of a water main break, so we made the quick decision to go to a hotel for the night. Very happy we chose this Marriott. Easy check-in, friendly front desk and clean updated room. Can't ask for more🙂

Henry was very friendly and understanding. I would recommend and stay there again. I only have one concern which is the shower door. It was not easy to maneuver. Maybe the rollers need to be maintained. Thank you for your attention.

The smell of the room was pungent. Linen smelled like chemical. Small bugs on the nightstand. And the toilet would make a loud noise for several minutes every time it was flushed. Water was warm, but not hot. Disgusting facility. Lobby was the only upgraded and clean area.

Also, my sheets had stains on them that I have no idea where they came from. Other than that, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was nice, and there’s a lot of space in the room. Also, the staff was extremely nice and helpful!

Friendly staff. Especially the bartender. He was exceptional. The carpet seemed damp when you walked across it. The bad curved downward at the edges. In other words, it wasn’t a flat mattress.

We chose to eat at the Pancake House, which was close by. We like their food and atmosphere. Your prices were a little high. The ambiance - not too friendly in your restaurant area.

The staff are very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is much nicer on the inside than it is on the outside. We would definitely stay there again if in the area in the future. The outside of the hotel needs some updating but other than that all is great!

The lobby guy was sooooo not trying to be helpful

The gym only has 4 treadmills and 6 dumbbells. The bar has 6 bottles of liquor and no bourbon. The bartender also cooks your food. The hotel leaves the garbage outside the room after cleaning and it stays outside for over 24 hours. I had to ask to switch rooms because only half the room had light. Don’t get me started on what the outside looks like (which they failed to have pics of).

The hotel is dated. The elevators are far from the lobby, the parking lot has a lot of unlit areas, the trash near the backside entryways was never cleaned up during my stay.

The rooms could use some more cleaning and attention to detail. The shower head is awful! It sprays in every direction except straight. Had a goodnight sleep though. The ac is great. The lady at the front desk wasn't too helpful either!

La habitación en general esta "bien" pero no para el costo que pagas, tocan la puerta para servicio de limpieza pero no dan oportunidad ni de contestar cuando ya estan abriendo la puerta, no hay privacidad total, ya que las puertas tienen espacios en la parte inferior, se escuchan las voces del pasillo y demás huéspedes, por lo tanto ellos te escuchan tambien. El hotel en sus servicios tiene el uso de la alberca, en los 2 dias de mi estancia no pude utilizarla, ya que según estaba en mantenimiento, y no sabian cuando estaria lista, creo eso deben mencionarlo antes de que reserves, ya que si busque hotel para usar la piscina en la tarde-noche, y creo también deberian modernizar las tv, no son smartv...por lo que es un tsnto aburrido si quieres descansar y relajarte viendo tv.

Excellent price/quality ratio for this hotel. Located just along the energy corridor, off of I-10, it will surprise you with spacios rooms, very professional staff, an impeccable cleanliness everywhere and a fast check in. The free parking offered on the property is another very nice surprise. It really was a great experience for me.

Room was ok except the AC unit was noisy. Could not turn fan off. Also, it would be nice to get free cup of coffee in morning, and not have to pay for it.

The room had a water leak stain on ceiling and no air purifier in the room. It was a little concerning but overall place was clean. Nice. I would go again not a deal breaker.

Went there for a baseball tournament, location is super conveniently close to Baseball USA. Our friends truck was stolen from the parking lot at this hotel. Took their belongings in it of course which included all of his baseball gear. For that same reason, we will choose a different location next time, preferably north of Baseball USA!

The staff doesn’t tell you upfront that cleaning occurs every other day , yet housekeeping was knocking on the door early at 8 am everyday . I don’t think the front desk staff are properly trained . Also there was only 1 person working at the restaurant . We had to wait 20 minutes just to order . This was not a good experience considering what they charge . Also they shouldn’t mandate cleaning every other day . There should be an option for guests to have their room cleaned everyday .

Absolutely disgusting. First of all the pictures sell this place as new and nice. It’s 40-50 years old and gross. Went to unplug the alarm clock to get the room darker and killed 5-6 black bugs under the clock. Looked in the sheets and bed didn’t see anything. Went and picked up the phone. 7-8 bugs under the phone. Naturally pissed and disgusted I called the front desk and not only would they not move us but this guy actually said “ I can offer you a free breakfast “. I have videos and will be blasting them everywhere I possibly can

Hotel was clean, room was clean, staff was friendly. NO Microwave in room was definitely a disappointment, probably a deal breaker for me and no complimentary breakfast.

The toilet didn’t flush properly but other then that I enjoyed my stay at Marriot

Cafe was lacking in selection , quality and staff.

We got our Vechile Stolen and they wouldn’t even let us see the cameras.

Checked in the lights in front were non existent and the courtyard lights as well, got into the room to a musty smell, wife turned the tv on to find 12 of the “42” channel selection worked all others were just lines and fuzzies, out of the channels that showed 5 were blurry, hazy and wavy off and on. So basically got 7 good working channels. The “bistro” was overpriced for quality and the “Starbucks coffee” was just a hotel employee that just made the drinks very under par from a real Starbucks establishment. In the hall the was a pecan roach I had mentioned to the staff and he said ok thank you, an hour later I left to retriev food for my family and came back to find the roach in front of my room door, this time I killed it and let staff know I did so but it was still in the hall. After waking up and walking out of the room guess who was still where I left him you got it Mr. Roach. Would not recommend hotel to anyone in the area looking to stay overnight or for a trip. Very upset with courtyard as I’ve used them many times in the past while traveling with family and this is a first unpleasant experience.

This property was taken since it was rated at 100 $ by Expedia and it was near to my wife’s work place.But my room charges with all tax has come to 125 around.They said they will provide micro wave oven if requested. I requested once, I never got. I also requested for a house keeping service but that never happened. Front office staff was nice but they were busy due to too many customers I did not want to follow up with them too much. Whatever was in their control they helped immediately. The area was noisy even early morning and late night there was always noise coming to my room and kids got scared during sleep. Another thing worth mentioning is Bistro restaurant in this hotel. There was a lady who was serving in the morning who seemed to be helpful while we were ordering stuff. A gentle man in the evening at the counter literally shouted at me when I ordered coffee .. he said he was not able to understand me and seemed to be in a hurry to get rid of me. After all it was just a coffee, he could have been more patient with me. Overall my experience with courtyard Marriott was horrible and I would not stay here one more time. Every month we stay in different hotels due to mine / wife’s work. Usually my daughters leave with fond memories. This time around my daughters badly wanted to vacate the hotel. They became more and more uncomfortable as we reached 3rd day of our stay. Sorry to say - you all definitely have a long way to go in terms of customer support. Sorry again!!
