    There was no breakfast available at 8:30 a.m. 2 days in a row. although the breakfast time was 7 to 10. No one was available at the counter to address any issues. This was my worst experience in a hotel ever.

    This stay was nuts! I booked this room on the road and didn’t realize it was non-refundable. Got to the hotel and the guy behind the counter shuffled through hand written sheets of paper of the different rooms trying to find one available. Took about 10 minutes before he got us the room. Got to the room and the door didn’t fit totally right so we had to lift it to shut it and lock it much like a Walmart bathroom. The room was visually clean and looked as if it had been taken care of by staff ( beds made, towels hung, etc) trying to get settled in the room things quickly became apparent. The TV didn’t work, there was gum in the carpet, food and drinks from previous renters in the fridge. The shower glass door was off track and couldn’t be put back on properly. The glass door was dirty though the shower floor appeared clean. Brushing our teeth showed there was no cold water in the sink. When I told these things to the front desk the woman said yes I know. Left feeling dirty but got a few hours of sleep. Even though there was no help with any issues the workers were…polite.

    The air wasn't working none of the amenities in my room was working I was changed three times three different rooms and why did back up in the first room I was in it was extremely hot in the whole facility I wasn't able to put my medication in the refrigerator because none of the refrigerators worked that was inside the rooms I do not like that the staff wasn't able to help any other paying customers that stayed at this facility or accommodate them in any kind of way

Once entered the facility was nice rooms were clean but my door would not lock from the inside deadbolt the door was shifting so it prevented the locking mechanism from securing.

    The landscape was the worst I have ever witnessed. The inside smelled like cleaning supplies. The bathroom in the lobby was extremely nasty with no toilet paper and paper towels. It also had a terrible smell. The bedroom was ok but also had a horrible smell. My husband and I checked out early due to the condition of this hotel. Never will return to this location.

    The rooms were filthy!!!! Do not stay here! The poor lady at the desk tried her best to get us into a clean room but everyone she moved us into they were filthy! We moved to about 4 rooms and all had the same results. I will never stay here ever again! The only good thing about this place in is the front desk workers were very nice and helpful, especially the lady that worked the over night shift.

    The day I checked, the front desk receptionist I was very nice and helpful. The next morning we I went to go get breakfast, the receptionist stated, the person that makes the breakfast didn’t show so whatever I left there that’s all we have. The breakfast was horrible, there was nothing there but a few juices and open milk. The faucet at the bathroom was broken, one of the lamps were broken as well.

    Quiet, clean and comfortable bed . Nice big room Breakfast was bad . No muffins, bread or waffles just milk and cereal and fruit for breakfast. And the only drink they offered was milk or orange juice. The key to the room didn't work several times and had to keep going for a new key. The pool was shut down and drained

    it was located in between everything I was moved rooms three times because things kept being wrong with our room. First the key didn’t work, then air was making a loud sound, and the last room we just kept finding thing with stains and it wasn’t a privacy blind.

There was leftovers in the microwave (fried chicken wrapped in foil!), ZERO SHAMPOO and very little conditioner. The sheets stunk badly, too. We have stayed at many different hotels. This has got to be the worst. Beware! Oh and it’s kind of shady there, too.

    I came here in March with a friend and it was a complete 180 this stay when I was with my partner. The shower door was broken and was constantly coming out of the track and the ceiling was also stained with something blue and it seemed like ribbons were hanging from the sprinkler system which was concerning if anything did happen. The access point was also constantly blinking and seemed to be barely having onto the wall. The lobby and hallways consistently smelled of smoke all three nights I was there too. It seems like there was a major change since I was here last since the outside overall was not well kept either.

    It was in a convenient location. It only has one entrance and one of the gates didn't open so you have to go through what would be the exit gate. Which could cause problems for traffic.

    The hotel was close to stores. The Cleanig crew was very professional ?. Breakfast was decent. At the moment of arrival, the overnight staff was very rude to other customers. The facility pictures when completing reservations reflect a very clean place, and it wasn't. Almost every sofa in the lobby and suite was dirty. The restroom ? sink water ? was not flowing as it should. Room didn't have a coffee maker. Our area was for non smoke ? and every day, the smell was terrible, and we had to purchase air-freshener. The towels were dirty, and the bed sheets when we arrived and even when changing them still had stains.

The toilet seat had scuff marks and stains as well. The water from the sink had poor pressure 3) the room was not vacuumed the microwave did not work and the fridge smelled horrible and also had left over food crumbs in it 4) so over all if ur looking for a long stay I don’t recommend. Only for 1 night max 2

Once we got up to the room, the main door couldn’t even lock, the bathroom was dirty with used toilet paper from the previous guests, and the fridge was barely working. This was honestly the worst hotel experience i’ve ever had, I will not be staying at any comfort inn hotel again.

They still haven't returned my security deposit.

    The hotel was dirty, the first room they put me and my family in was super hot, the ac was broken so they moved us to a different room and there was a used makeup towel hung up in the RR , little beetles everywhere in the RR , everything was dirty and had a weird smell, the shower door was broken , the cabinets were chipped broken and paint peeling, the breakfast was cold and didn’t offer a variety at all. It was a horrible experience. But was too late to change hotels .

    The website showed an active pool. When we arrived to the hotel pool was not active and it was very dirty. The staff member informed us to not even put a foot into the pool due to the conditions. Once we checked into the hotel we were given room 321 I believe. When went to the room and closed the door to unpack when the inside door handle feel off trapping me and my family inside the room. Luckily we were able to contact the front to free us from the room. ItI was a horrible experience. It was so bad that we only stayed one night and we paid for a two nights stay. I need the contact information so that I can be refunded for the night we did not stay. We left the hotel immediately and check into another hotel.

    Come out and then I told them I did not want to continue my stay and then Expedia tried to call them to cancel it and to and they said that they can’t approve it that manager has to approve it and I have yet to hear back from them and they did not cancel my stay answer self out and to me this is pour customer service and I would never stay there agine

    Originally, they gave us a room that was used & not cleaned, so they switched us it to a pretty clean one. Our families rented 4 rooms which non had any sink water pressure. Also, the light breakfast was pretty bad & kept running out of the few items offered.

    THIS WAS A HORRIBLE STAY. We checked out within 2 hours of checking in. Upon arrival, there was no one at the front but we were helped by a front desk person who was very nice and cordial. We received our room key and entered our room. My husband went back down to our car to gather a few more bags. He noticed some women lingering outside and made note of that. We ate take-out in our room as we did get in late and went to turn on the TV. The remote had missing buttons. We had to reset the toilet handle and noticed there was not safety lock/latch on the door. My husband and I did not feel comfortable and we have traveled to many locations in the US. My husband went downstairs to ask if we could move to a different Comfort Inn. While he was downstairs at the front desk there were 4 other complaints within a 10 minute time frame (cleanliness of room, missing fridge, etc.) We left within 2.5 hours and just booked our own room. Reached out to hotel.scom to request a refund and the property managers never got back with our booking company. We called the front desk Sunday (the next day) to ask for a refund for the 2nd night that we were not going to stay and the front desk stated she would call us back after reaching out to the manager. I've never received a call from this location. I have never been so dissatisfied and uncomfortable or unsafe at a booking. I read reviews prior to book but I suggest reading at least 6 months of reviews not just the last few months. Good Luck!

    The first room we went into smelled like an ashtray. However, they were very fast and accommodating to get us in a new room. When we asked the front desk to change, they had a list on a notepad of rooms that needed to be cleaned again. On the way to our room, we were in the elevator with the manager. He was on the phone speaking to the cleaning ladies about how another room had very stained towels and sheets. My husband went to take a shower and the shower door handle fell off. Upon closer inspection, we saw that it was held on by toilet paper that had been molded to the door. We walked into the room we noticed what looked like command strips on the roof. My husband and I purchased Clorox wipes because every surface was grimy and when we went to take the “command strips” off the roof we saw that they were zynns pouches. There were also stains covering the carpet and walls. The blankets, however we’re clean. Overall, not very satisfied with our stay.

    The sheets were dingy, carpet dirty outdated furniture scratches all over. The phone didnt work, they wouldnt answer from.my phone either.     Well let’s just say it’s nothing like it shows online. Rooms don’t get serviced everyday but every 3rd day. If you need towels YOU have to take them to laundry room to get the new clean towels. Breakfast? What breakfast not much to pick from at ALL. Orange juice,cereal milk and pancakes thats your option. Room dirty and very bad smell all over. Do not stay here unless you have to.

    It’s good for short stays. The place was quiet. The room was clean but bathroom has some little hairs in the corner of the shower. It has a single served coffee maker in the room which whoever prepared it forgot to put k-pods ready for use. That’s not really a big deal if you’re not into coffee 😂.. breakfast is served at 6 but 6:30 they’re still cooking. 640 food finally came out! Sausage first which is burnt, dry & doesn’t smell good. Ok so I didn’t try it, they cooked only a few. I waited for the eggs which came out maybe 8 minutes later. Finally I can eat. Well, it’s bland and has some smell. I still give it a 3 star for a peaceful sleep. 😴

    I was stranded at the airport. I searched for hotel that was convenient & had shuttles to the airport. This hotel showed on my app. The pictures of the hotel were far better than the facilities. I had to pay for a cab $40 each way to the airport. I went with this one because of good prices. Not bed spreads, just 2 sheets. Only one cleaning lady & she did not speak English. Elevator smelled like pot. The hotel backed up to a semi truck facility with trucks pulling in & out all night. Walked to Wal Mart because hotel didn’t have a service area with necessities. Felt unsafe walking across the street to Wal Mart.

    Hotel is not Comfort inn suites. It is a Choice hotel. Automatic doors do not work. I manually uad to open them. Lounge couch full of stains. They did not have tue sample shampoo for showers. Watwr pressure low. Hotel need maintenace repairs and upgrades. Paint falling from ceiling in shower. I didnt see any roaches. It was only good for what we needed a olace to lay down and recharge. I will not be returning. Rene who checked me very professional and resolved issue woth room we first was assinged. This hotel does not have a market area to get water or snacks and or accessories.

    This place was so dirty and the sinks, toilets and most things did not work. On top of that it was really unsafe there was people smoking weed in the parking lot and the gate had only one side open which made it even more sketchy. We stayed for 4 hours and checked out. Never book this hotel!

Room was dirty, piles of trash left in halls all weekend. Spilled juice on the floors just trash everywhere. Our 3 nights we didnt get breakfast as offered because day 1 it was alll gone by 9am. Day 2 it was over at 9 even though the sign for weekends say 10am. Day 3 no breakfast because "no one had shown up to make it" front entrance liytered with trash and cigarettes. DO NOT RENT HERE.

    Came to our room the tv didn’t work. Was moved to a new room, no phone, no fire alarm. Water in the bathroom didn’t work. We had to brush our teeth in the shower. When the water came on it was brown. No water pressure. Says a non smoking hotel, however the smell of smoke lingers. My father also stayed there and he couldn’t get the shower door to open. The front desk lady stated there is no maintenance person. She actually had to come up stairs and open the shower door. Please don’t stay here!

    I NEVER RATE OR GIVE REVIEWS BUT: Number 1 problem from the get go.. FULL OF IMMIGRANTS OUTSIDE! I have no problem with them BUT when you see a bunch of people wondering around outside AND using hotel furniture to sit outside thats a huge No! I did not feel safe at all. They had back door open all night just coming in and out and that means anyone else could too. It used to be such a nice hotel back when it was Best Western Plus. It all went downhill already. No Breakfast. No snack area. Lobby was dirty and a man was literally watching tv with his feet on table barefoot. Floor number 2 smells horrible. The smoke alarm went off on us twice early in the morning and that woke us up so scared I immediately called front desk to ask what was going on and they said they have no clue why that happens. That just tells you they might not be in compliance with Fire Department guidelines. Beds were clean, Restrooms did have amenities BUT their sink was not working properly and neither was toilet flushing due to very little water filling up. Last but not least Pool is completely out of service! Every time I visited Houston this hotel was my go to place. I loved it! Sadly this past weekend was my last time there.

    There was a list of rooms that had issues like roaches, smells, no ac, no fridge or tv. There was a party outside in the parking lot with men sitting in a circle in chairs blasting music. Strange. Slow check in.

    Arrived to hotel which did not have rooms available although I had a reservation. Then magically they had a room available, however it was not what I had booked online. Front desk had 3 people waiting upon arrival who all were complaining and requesting corporate number information.

    They did not have breakfast out. Also can see where the maintenance is lacking, and had group of immigrants there just laying around in front of main door. If they have immigrants at there hotel, they should have to put on website letting others know. I don’t support immigration policy

    I just stayed in this hotel from Wednesday to this morning (Sunday). I chose this hotel because on the website it had shown all the amenities i needed and close to the venue i was in town for. However, the only thing that was like the website was the lobby. The pool was out of service the entire stay. There was no breakfast as shown on the website. There was no shoppette at the front desk as shown on the website. The laundry on our floor was out of service. When we got to our room the front entry way was super sticky and dirty and hadn't been mopped. We told the front desk lady and she had them come clean it. There was also stains on the carpet. The room had clearly needed painting. The walls had black marks all over them. The front entry way of the room the tile was so old and dated it looked like it hadn't been mopped, competed worn. After the housekeeping came to clean the room she took our towels and gave us new ones but didn't give us was cloths, when we kept asking for them they said they didn't have any. At one point we had to take all over towels down from our room to the front desk for them to wash them and give them back to us because they didn't have clean towels to give us fresh towels, and we still didn't get wash cloths. Also everytime we left the room we had to keep going to the front desk to get our key card fixed because it wouldn't work when we came back. Staff was nice and needs were clean that Is it.

    This was the absolute worst hotel ever. Staff was unresponsive to our needs. Dirty sheets, breakfast was unsanitary (gallon of milk in the refrigerator for guest to make cereal, no cleaning staff, desk agent was useless made promises to correct issues without any follow through then make excuses when asked. Never stay here please

    Very clean room. Staff was not at front desk when we arrived and someone, not sure if it was an employee off the clock or just a families face, hollered several times for someone to come to the front. Anyway not very professional. Trying to get checked into our room the man ( manager)was nice yet sidetracked by another employee who interrupted mine and my husband and managers conversation about room#, parking, elevators, etc. Just not professional at all. Signs were placed around the lobby and near elevator that breakfasylt would not be served at this time, we were staying over the weekend, and also the pool was closed. We had our 12 y/o son with us because we were in town for a baseball tournament so would have been nice to cool off in the pool and also not have to go buy breakfast somewhere. Our room was well stocked with towels and toiletries, and cleaned the next day as well. A/c worked well. Only thing I would have like to have seen in the bathroom is a hairdryer.
