It was dog friendly The rooms were in bad shape. Stains on the walls. The bedding looked like it was from the 60s. The room smelled old and mildew like. The floors were dirty. It seems like people live here because there were a bunch of people hanging out smoking and drinking all three nights i was there. If I could've found a vacant room elsewhere i wouldn't have stayed here at all. There was an additional deposit once i showed up both for my dog and the room. I was charged an extra $115 on top of what i paid when i booked the room. The whole place was sketchy as hell.

the bathtub water would not turn on! hole in carpet & wall. Hotel was terrible. Room accommodations was not honored! Disliked evening about this hotel. Room was hot, had an odor. I went and stayed elsewhere after bringing there 6 hours.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very up to date and really clean. The location in Florida City. A long walk to get to restaurants and shopping.

Inexpensive deposit, ice machine functional, easy check-in/out, staff was relatively helpful with any issues encountered, (IE: Troubleshooting TV) Brand new mini fridge did not work. Budget motel, would stay again. Management did not change mini fridge and I use it more than the microwave

It was people senaking around. The TV didn't work and too expensive. I wasted my money, stayed around one hour and left.

Terrible place to stay. The pictures on the website are NOT accurate. It looked close to an abandoned building inside and out and is in a sketchy part of town. As soon as we entered there were cockroaches everywhere. We left immediately and did not stay the night. The hotel and hotels.com refused to refund us. Do not stay here.

The pictures make this place look way nicer than it is. The lobby wasn't open and the room had mold, roaches, and fleas. The bathroom shower head was rusted and the water dribbled out so I ended up not being able to shower. The door had a nice gap for any creatures to sneak through so no wonder there are these issues. Whole place just needs rebuilt. The bed sheets were clean and the beds were actually comfy so I slept good but I kept all my clean clothes in my car and changed elsewhere. The pool did seem to be open and clean though. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay a night you'll have a nice bed to sleep on. But if you're going on vacation looking to relax don't Come here.

The only thing decent was that the air conditioning worked. There is a mini fridge and microwave. There were wet towels on the back of the door (not from us), even a dirty sock on top of the luggage rack. The place was dirty, the door had so many patch holes in it, it was unreal that it hasn't been replaced. The bath tub had bugs around it the ceiling in the bathroom had mold on it. The light and vent had no covers in the bathroom.. The place still has nasty carpet with holes in it. No amenities such as hair dryer, coffee pot etc. So many sketchy people all around.

The beds were very clean & comfortable. Excellent hot water supply (I have muscle stiffness issues, especially after long road trips & have to take frequent hot soaks). TV had decent selection of shows. I think the rate was way over priced for this type of property, even though it was aprox half price of chain hotel. Some type of exhibit panal of add on equipment to TV stayed popped up on TV screen we weren't able to dismiss, very distracting. Property was mostly occupied by construction workers, & nearby guest were heavy Marijuana smokers...scent came through AC and irritated our allergies. And the same guest walked his aggressive dog, but allowed it to urinate at my car driver door...I think this was employee/family member of the property.

Location to were I was going The room had no lights asked for a lamp several times and did not receive one, molded walls, was not given a non smoking room as requested, tub was rusted. I will NOT ever stay here again and will not recommend.

The room was not dirty, but it was very dingy and outdated. The bathroom and counters needed to be wiped down, and I ended up buying cleaning supplies from Walmart to sanitize the area myself. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. While the room was livable, it definitely felt run-down and could use a deep cleaning and updates.
