My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, staff was super friendly and accommodating. The pool area was clean and well kept. It is close to everything and I would definitely book again.

We did a week long trip in Florida and this was by far the best family hotel. We stay at and every other hotel was great. Staff was amazing! They were friendly and had a fun attitude. The Location was perfect for our family and traveling over southeast Florida when we come back on a future trip we’re definitely staying here again.

The staff at this property was amazing. Lizette was extremely helpful, kind, and fun. She always greeted us with a big smile. She planned fun activities like s'mores night for us to participate in. She took care of a took issue we had and made sure we got what we needed. I highly recommend staying here, especially if Lizette is on duty. The property was nice and in a good location. Breakfast was like all the other breakfasts. The hotel was clean.

Lizette was AH-MAZING! she made sure that all details were given at the checkin time. She addressed any questions we had and even made sure I knew the coffee was available at all times which is a must for me. The pool was nice and the room was great.

Terrible that I had to miss the Rehersal Dinner and family dinner.

Good and essentials are on the more expensive side but be sure to get what you need beforehand. Breakfast was like a 7/10 but everything else was perfect.

iris? not sure of name very personable, and greeted us and did a room change asap (wanted two beds). gym and pool great and refreshing. Evening supervisor helped me problem solve reservation issues very patiently. i will choose this chain again due to this kindness. better than higher end resort staff. Room was very clean and quiet and easy access to streaming services

The cleanliness of the property, especially the room, was poor. I checked out early as a result. The property does need an update, and I was surprised to see Hilton's name associated with it.
