Richard's Motel

My favorite part of the room was the bathroom a nice spacious shower with good hot running water. The AC kept the room cool it’s just a little loud in the bed is comfortable. It’s very affordable and in a great location.

Booked three nights and left after the first night. Lost money but it wasn’t a pleasant experience and I didn’t care.

You get what you pay for. They make you sign and place initials one million times and they require an only cash deposit.

I go there about once a month because my work takes me down to South Florida. Most times I'm in the area so for convenience sakes and price point I book with Richards. I've been doing business with Richards roughly about 15 to 20 years. Since I live on the Ocean when a hurricane comes to town, because we have to evacuate mandatory. I go to Richards and feel safe and secure. Let me tell you the price is always right. The amenities , staff & response times to any issues for any situation, the staff responds in a matter of in a minutes. By the way if you seek quite relaxation and comfort and security then come on down and say Bon Jour to Richard in person. He's hands on, he's the owner and the manager as well. Bon Voyage'

Room was clean with a newly remodeled bathroom. Staff was super kind and helpful.

We love staying at Richards my husband and I stayed there for over 15 times and we love the way that the properties are decorated very nice and quiet. And Sean the host is the best. He’s very personable. My husband and I love him. We go to him every time.

The mattress was not right the ice machine wasn't working I had to walk two buildings down to get ice asked for a towel they told me they only clean rooms after 7 days and then ask how long am I there for I said for 2 days I did not even receive towels . The refrigerator every time I open the door it's about to fall out inside of the closet whatever they had it in it wasn't stable

A lot of time and effort has been put into the exterior of Richards Hotel. On the inside... it looks like the opposite. The room was clean and comfortable, but very hot when I first walked in, as the windows were open. There was plenty of parking and I never felt unsafe. My room was upgraded because I'm "Canadian" Thank you Richard. It is very good value for the money. I didn't read the fine print, so when I checked out a day early I was a little surprised when I didn't get a refund. Lesson learned. Would I go back, sure. Knowing what I know now. GO Habs GO
