Always book a room at one of Richard's Hotel's. The staff there is the very best; Steven Shawn, Jennifer, Christina and Ty!

IT WAS MY FIRST TIME STAYING AT THIS MOTEL.MY FIRST ROOM WASN'T SO GREAT AND WHEN I CALLED THE FRONT DESK TO COMOLAIN THE STAFF WAS SO NICE TO GIVE ME AN UPGRADE TO A BETTER MUCH NICER ROOM.MY STAY WAS FOR A WEE AND I ENJOYED EVERY MOMENT OF IT.I WIULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND 😀

unsafe no housekeeping lost or stolen items broken refrigerator in richards hotel 527 was replaced all food items were thrown out (wet).

Air-conditioning was fantastic Jennifer checked us in and she was very extremely kind and gave great recommendations and was just an overall pleasure

Convenient place to stay in a good neighborhood. Clean room with bathroom and nice shower, closet and desk, sitting chair, fridge, microwave and 2 night stands. Pool was very convenient as was parking. Bed was very soft and could use a new mattress soon. Easliy walk to 2 grocery stores and a diner, so eating supper was very nice.

We had to stay one more day and it was okay, the air conditioning filters need to be changed made my throat hurt. If you’re staying for a couple days I wouldn’t recommend. $50 cash deposit..I would pick somewhere off the beach for not too much more $

Euro market across the street made this French Canadian motel area . Budget friendly 10/10 recommend .. clean and comfy… cute decorations and vibe . Loved it on our girls trip if you’re not picky .

Nothing. I liked. Nothing. Easily the most aggressive, rude person who ever worked a check in desk. They treat you like a criminal, make you sign enough paperwork to buy a boat and demand 50 dollars cash only, then proceed to bark orders at you and treat you like a child. The mattress was apparently stuffed with cardboard and lug nuts. The shower was adequate. It's near nothing. Has nothing. We left without staying the night and found other accomodations.

Parking was tight if you has an SUV. Room was nice for what it was needed for, sleeping. Room was smaller than what the photos showed but the AC was cold, shower worked well. A little confused at first where to ho to get the keys since there was one sign on the hotel that said to go one place but a tenant told me where to go. Otherwise, it was a place to sleep after a long day. Thank you

The place required a 50.00 deposit that they claimed they would return in the morning. When morning arrived we were told that they didn't have changed and were directed to the main hotel 2 blocks away. The only outlet available were behind the bed and across the room where the microwave and refrigerator were already plugged in.

Do not stay here!!!! I got stuck in a Miami for a few nights so a local friend of mine suggested this place. Before I could get out the car there was a s worker trying to sell herself to a bare footman in front. Checked in and they had a lot of rules for a s hotel. The room looked liked your typical motel. Old, outdated and questionable cleanliness. Later I noticed there was a green mark on the bed. Ew! There's no full size bath towels in the bathroom. I went by the pool to have a cocktail with my friend and someone called the front desk to report me. Meanwhile there's was a sunburnt elderly man without his shirt on drinking beers and smoking cigarettes. When I checked out I was told I'd have to walk to another location to get my deposit back since they didn't have cash. Idk why my money wasn't in the sealed envelope from the day before. Oh and it's cash only deposits. While waiting for my uber I overheard an argument between the front desk clerk and a couple. Apparently she called them broke after they refused to pay $11 dollars for an extra 15 minutes after staying there a week. Also this location is clearly in the hood but the family dollar across the street was convenient. That was the only positive thing about this place. Only stay here if you have no choice, selling cat or are a hillbilly. ! It's sad with a renovation, and new staff this could be a decent affordable alternative for those on a budget. I took my ass to the Marriott after. You get what you pay for!

Honestly this is a budget hotel but it is very clean, the pool was well kept, and the property is inviting woth Florida ambience. For the price, ot exceeded expectations.

They transformed small motel space into a cute little stay place with all properties, pool. It is definitely not a luxury place but brought my childhood days from the tropical country. Area looked safe, there are good stores for grocery, restaurants in walkable distance. I stayed solo and I loved it. Nostalgic!

terrible experience, I killed 3 roaches and did not get any sleep as I was afraid things would crawl on me. Poor environment, run down, need some renovations, fumigation from pests, new floors, new beds, everything is need in of repairs. Instead of being checked in we were made to watch an argument (almost fight) between owner and some guests. This was very “ghetto”. How are they on booking as an option. We dont know. Horrible!!!

very shady. No lobby, check in was outdoors and behind what seemed like a bullet proof window. they asked for a $50 cash only deposit which was not expected. When I asked if I could stay an hour past check out or leave my luggage because my flight was later that night, they said they would charge me $10+taxes per hour. I declined.

First we got there 2 hours before check in. There was no lobby to wait or restroom to use. It was a run down hotel that looked like a pay by the hour hotel. The girl at the window was very rude and not helpful. We didn't stay. We made reservations at Holiday Inn in Miami.

The location Bathroom and bedroom dirty. Room was full of insects that was biting me every single night. Reception desk lady on Jan 23rd was extremely rude, I was trying to pay for late check out, she first tried to gave me the wrong change and when notified her she was throwing the money back at me through the window saying she never said she was nice. Would never stay at this place again and won’t recommend.

The place was cute but I woke up in back pain every day because of the mattress but it was a blessing to have a roof over my head and it was absolutely a safe place it’s was a good price tho and in the middle of everything.

I’ve stayed at this location for work related trip a few times, and I must say it has its charms! The location for me is perfect, the price is very reasonable and I’ve met and enjoyed the regular staff…(who remember me and welcome me back like a good friend)! Best stay / Best value / Best experience ! Cute space, seen several rooms in previous stays and it’s just what I needed, and cannot beat price!

I stayed there for 9 days and no one came to clean the room or change the sheets or towels. It's the worst place I've ever stayed, the grounds are clean, the inside of the rooms are not really clean.

The property was not to normal standard It seems like things were out of place You were not told on the information that the office is not in the same building as the rental It looks sloppy not organized The picture I saw was nice but there are hidden spots you would not know about until you go there For the price it should have been cheaper and the manager was a bit grouchy I respect her wishes and did not complain since I booked this for my dad and he needed a place to stay I also felt like I was a thief as if I would sneak more then one guest I felt disrespected very badly as if I came to start a problem sneaking people on the room The bed room were badly stained or dirty and the manager never told us it was I got a grumpy attitude as if I should except the room the way it is and I know for a fact if I was of another standard of cup of tea I would not have been spoken too or treated and the price of my dad room should have been adjusted I also felt as if I was a theif

The location is great for my travel needs. The staff could not have been more welcoming & helpful during my stay. It’s a cozy little spot and has a sweet little pool courtyard.

I really enjoyed my stay at Green Seas Motel and the nice gentleman that works there Steven is the best at solving problems. Like the accent as well!

Super nice people and very friendly. I always come here just to get away for a night. Pool is always clean and available. The only thing I didn’t like was that the bed was soo soft a bit uncomfortable you sink in and covers are so thin . when we got there no remote for the tv but they came and brought us one and programmed it again super nice. The other thing was that we got locked out because the door knob was kind jammed and had to ask for assistance but again they came to the rescue and helped us out. Service is wonderful for a better esperience but for the rest you can’t complain for the price and deposit.

It was noisy over here all night I would never stay at the green fees ever again the room was small not only that there was a couple in front of me at the window who was given a room that was supposed to be in my room so instead of giving that couple room for 16 or 4:15 or 5:15 or whatever it is you give them room 24 which was mine I didn't pay I did not book for a room on the side of the office I booked over a green seas never again and I have been coming here for a while but green seeds no I never will stay here again and I will make sure I tell my family and friends not to never come here

Absolutely charming hotel and grounds, very nostalgic feel. Very clean room and a great value for the area. The neighborhood was very quiet and we had our own private patio! Wonderful nights sleep!!! Our check in host was very kind and helpful.

Horrible experience!! Customer service is trash. Rude manager and reps. Asking for an ID for all people staying in the room is absurd!! It was only 2 peiple! No parking available and rooms are rundown!! Do not recommend at all!!

I liked the pool (well-maintained). I did not like slipping the key through a stained plexiglass, (bullet-proof?) Hole in the window with bars, the CA$H Deposit and receipt scam they were pulling on the unsuspecting 'out-of-towners' the area had some street people that lookef kind of scary, too.

I did not realize what the area would be like. And the guy checking me in was not right out rude but not the friendliest either. The hotel is really old but it was clean. I just did not expect it to be in the area and condition it was in.

I felt safe in my room, well lite at night. Parking was okay. No deciptive fees like a resort fee, which others motels charge👍 It's a little archaic to collect a $50 cash deposit when credit cards offer tap to pay. too much paperwork for checkin. Overall a okay value for the money.

For the price the room wasn’t bad. However the bed was uncomfortable and sank when you layed down. The face of the air condition dropped of when I went to turn it on. Yet they have a sign about fees to replace damaged items. Also there was hair on the wash cloths provided

They should’ve just explained that they needed a cash deposit for a room, which is ridiculous when I have a great gold card, American Express that could cover it

The Green Seas is a great hotel to visit with its beautiful pool area and spacious rooms.

Comfortable bed, quiet place

Were woken up at 2am from man banging on a door and yelling. Then a baby started crying!!!! Luckily we fell back asleep.

I would never recommend and would suggest you take it off your selections.

Surprised by cleanliness of room. Clean, recently updated, even though small. Loved my daily swims in the pool. Grocery, Russian buffet and produce stores right across the street. Even though it's on a busy street it was quiet. Very well kept up. Enjoyed my stay.

1st of I booked for a room and it says 20 cash deposit so I loaded my stuff and and went as soon as I got there I found out that the deposit was $50 so then I realized I had didn't have enough so the lady told me I could not check in the room and then I was stuck outside with all my belongings and she did not even try to work with me so I saw a friend and let me come into her room for a little bit but that didn't last long because I was not comfortable so by the time I was ready to go they told me I had to get all my belongings off the property and go across the street or something I felt very very uncomfortable I did not appreciate that at all I lost out on $100 which is almost 80 and I want my money back and I will never stay with you guys anymore and I'm going to corporate

This place has alot of policies such as visitors not allowed, and the person you staying with has to show their ID. Pretty Much for the Price you know you not getting anything fancy. Place is really outdated and I had to call front desk for the bed sheets that werent clean. After notifing them they immediately came with new sheets and covers and was a very quite space.bb

Front desk need to let housekeeping know that the room is already booked and there is a guest in the room housekeeping cleaner should not be opening a guest door without knowing someone is in the room

No iron in room, had to walk to another richards hotel 2 blocks away on my 2nd night. Asked for towels they were rude and just in general rude about everything and annoyed. The treated other custimers the same in frint if me. Felt bullied treated as if I was at some kind of halfway house for rehabilitation and I was being treated like some sort of degenerate drug attict they were annoyed with and watching me like I was doing something wrong. And no visitors. They had signs about sex trafficing so im assuming they were treating me like I could be involved with that activity. I hated my stay. Eventually I got used to the room and the treatment and just stayed away from the staff. No water flow in the shower. Toilet handle didnt work. Accident going there my first visit to florida without my family, felt like I was in a cell block. I was greeted at 10pm with a sign in the door that said go to another hotel to check in. But it wss not clear. I call3d and they were rude acting like i should know better. Never go here. But its near the beach so im assuming people will go there anyway. Thank got for the family dollar across the street the motel offered no toiletries for sale. Or food. Thankfully there was a grocery store near by. Honestly felt a punch to the gut going to florida my first time ending up in this place.

1) stained sheet 2) two pillows for one queen bed 3) very old interior, maybe from the 50’s 4) hair everywhere on sheet, bathroom, etc. 5) towels and everything was well equipped 6) no hairdryer or iron/iron board 7) very loud during the night due to main road right in front of the building 8) you can hear next unit’s every movement and TV sound 9) must pay CASH ONLY deposit 10) free parking!
