My 1st stay was excellent, 2nd not so much. The 2nd time, the curtains were stained in the bedroom & had to force them shut, the carpet was coming up at the door entry and the shower handle came off when I finished up my shower, luckily I was able to turn off the water.

The room I received does not match the description on Expedia. I reserved a King Efficiency Suite specifically because it listed a queen sofa bed, but I was assigned a basic single room with just a king bed. This is a poor and inaccurate representation of what is being offered.

Yes, the property looked like that, but it was connected to the comfort inn .The hall was so long. The front desk was at the Comfort Inn. There was no available parking hardly ever the staff oh man, the staff. Very crowded, very combined, not at all what I expected

Room was very nice and clean. Housekeeping was mediocre—could not speak English and did not refresh our room in 2 days. Didn’t have bedding for pull out bed. Check in clerk was phenomenal. Bed was like as hard as sleeping on the floor. Breakfast was an absolute joke… McDonald’s has a better offering. But, as far as a nice clean room, it done a good job just could use improvement on comfort and offerings.

Rooms are not cleaned and restocked prior to stay, breakfast staff rude and treats you like your stealing food even though breakfast is supposed to be included, food items such as. Meat, sausages, and hash browns undercooked and biscuits are always burnt

We won't be staying at MainStay in the future. I had stayed in the adjoining Comfort Inn 3 weeks earlier and found it to be much better.

Someone walked into the room while my daughter was there alone. I went to ask the front desk what happened, and she acted like I was annoying her, and was very rude to me. Said it was the cleaning lady. But my daughter told her it wasn't, after the housekeeper came to the front my daughter explained it was not her. But the front desk woman. Kept insisting it was. It is terribly unsafe and even worse customer service. Not to mention being cat called by the men drinking in the parking lot all night!! Also, many of the pieces of furniture were broken, the desk the coffee table looked as if the makeshifted it together with pieces of another table. Broken and missing tole in the restroom. Holes in the wall. All together, it was a bad experience. Will not be going back!
