It was very clean. Staff were friendly . The only thing that I didn’t like was they didn’t have an elevator. Could be very difficult for older people to manage if on the second floor.

Check in was easy. Smoke detector missing from room. Exposed wires. Unknown substance on the wall. Security door on North side unable to close. Anyone could come in.

Asked for a king and the bed was a queen. Staff was friendly and helpful. No password was given for internet access. Shower was extremely slippery and could use something non slippery to help.

The location was great! Close to family we traveled to visit. There was no hot water, the toilet paper holder was hanging out of the wall. I booked here because of the pool and the jacuzzi but, we got there and the jacuzzi was empty and the pool was out of order!
