Had some difficulty reaching reception when the front desk was unattended as no one was picking up the phone number provided

Location is great and the room is very comfortable and clan. The heater was not working very well, it was a bit cold. The guy in reception was super nice and helpful, but the other chubby lady is a little rude.

Location is good. Number of bedrooms is good for family groups. Washer and dryer were helpful to have.

Comforter could be a little longer. My son is 6'3" and had to curl up to fully cover himself in order to stay warm. The room was really cold. Otherwise, it's a beautiful hotel and we would 100% stay there again.

Great location in the Old City, very walk-able location with easy bus access. Elevator to get to our room with bags. Clean room and comfy beds. We thought it included breakfast but we were mistaken. Limited front desk support. Very tiny bathroom/shower.

Amazing location, right in the heart of town. Great for Christmas market Beds were pushed together and had a big space in it which sucked.

Good location No fan in room, if you don't have AC you should provide a fan. Last night I was there I asked the woman at front desk about what # bus to take to get to the train station she really didn't know. After 2 excruciating minutes of talking to her the bus schedule was on the wall opposite of the front desk, how did she not know ?

The property is located in a convenient place in the old part of town, and the room was clean and comfortable. It was very simple to check in and out. I would have liked to have a water kettle in the room to make some tea or coffee in the mornings, as there seemed to be no or very few places to get this before 9:00 in the area.

I really enjoyed my stay at Zum Pfalsgrafen in beautiful Heidelberg. The hotel is really in a great location and the facilities are very good. Amanda at the front desk is really helpful and nice and her service is exceptional. All good

Location Our room was extremely small, it had a terrible view, it was very hot (no air conditioning)& we need our window open but I kept hitting my head, back, shoulder on it, the bed was saggy and uncomfortable, had a light fixture sticking through the headboard
