The pillows were ancient too, for a hilton you’d expect a higher level of service and amenities. Website said restaurant …. False. Won’t be staying there again

Location and hotel property were good but the staff at the reception was terrible. On check in I was informed that I have a 30 dollar credit being a Hilton Gold. Now I know that if you book thru a third party like Expedia this credit is subject to the property. In this case on check in I was informed. HOWEVER on check out they charged me for the same. Paying a 1000 dollars for 3 nights the 90 is not a back breaker but it’s a smart way for the hotel to make money. BE CAREFUL

I reserved the room through Expedia ten minutes before my arrival, but it took nearly an hour for hotel staff to receive the reservation. In the interval, the room I requested was given to a walk-in customer. The staff blamed Expedia's reservation system, but I knew the reservation had been sent to Hilton because I got a partial reservation number. The staff was unsympathetic with my frustration (it was midnight) and advised me next time not to book through a third party. I asked for Hilton's central phone number; the staff ignored my request. The room we eventually got was fine -- spacious, clean and well-lit -- but the price was over $300. Parking was available in an adjacent building, but also more expensive than I would have expected.

Parking is easy and convenient. Attached via an elevator. The room was clean. Lots of options for food in the downtown area. The staff was very friendly and offered us cookies on check in and check out.

The ac didn't work and was blowing hot air all night then took 2hrs in the morning to fix where we had to be out of the room waiting

Proximity to People’s Bank Arena and the Yard Goats Stadium couldn’t be better. We saw a baseball and hockey game on the same weekend. The kids had a blast. The rooms were clean and parking was easy. Staff were lovely.

Amazing resort, top notch staff! A big thank you to Larry, Kenya, and Jackson for their amazing service. The resort is amazing for families, super clean, friendly staff, amazing pools for kids and adults, great housekeeping, and beautiful beach. I cant say enough about Singer Island and the surrounding area. We look forward to returning every year. You will not regret staying here and will fall in love with W Palm Beach.
