The rooms were clean and comfortable as always. We always stay at holiday inns because they have the best breakfast although this property the hot part of the breakfast was not great. Everything was like it had been reheated from the days before.

The staff was so helpful!! The place was so clean!! Breakfast was amazing!!

Overall, a decent stay. The cable was out all weekend, so that did put a damper on being able to relax in the room with some entertainment. WiFi was working though.

TV did not work. Swimming pool was murky and had balls of hair floating in the water. Ice bucket did not have a liner. No coffee machines in the room. Breakfast was OK.

Trip was an ok stay. Had no cable which made the relaxation very quiet and boring when we came back to hotel. Also, room was already charged upon arriving when did option to pay at hotel.

One of our favorite places to stay when visiting Pensacola Beach! Rooms and all facilities are always clean and staff is always so helpful and friendly. My granddaughter loves the pool. Will continue to be one of our “go to” places!

Place is great and great location. But cable was out the whole time. They have smart TVs so you would think could stream from the TV, BUT the smart TVs are not set up to use any internet. This seems ridiculous they don't bother to have the TVs set up to work.
