Tupper was great! The front desk clerk! Property and room was very clean! Loved my stay! Only thing, the elevator was out for 2 days. But the management was always checking on me to see if I was happy. And made sure they took care of the elevator as soon as possible. Thank you!! 😁

The parking is limited. If you come in late you may havev to park near the entrance not in a space & hope no one back into you. Overall the staff was friendly & helpful. The hotel is clean & well maintained. The only issue was the toilet had dirty residue near the seat hinges. Otherwise the king room was huge & a nice layout.

One important note which you cannot find - even from the front desk staff: if you book a room on the 4th (top) floor and on the lower numbered end (400-414), you should have a Bay view. 3rd floor same #s maybe a little view. Closer to 400 you get, the better. Breakfast staff lady was very nice, but underwhelming fare. Check-in and out were easy.

It was okay for a quick stay. I didn’t like the fact that there was not enough toilet paper to get us there the night we ran out at 3:00 am. Also no shampoo or conditioner was in the container in the shower.

The staff was very friendly. The front desk, the maintenance person, the room cleaning staff and the breakfast staff. The room was very clean and well kept. Anyone going here should definitely try yummy house! It’s a wonderful all you can eat Asian place. It was delicious. The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the breakfast it is very bland. I think they can definitely do better with that. Other than that it’s a wonderful place to stay and I plan on returning.

Great stay.... not much of a view but there are several great restaurants around and the area under the bridge is very nice.

The parking was a little tight but the hotel was clean and spacious and the breakfast was great!

The rooms are clean and spacious. AC worked well. Staff was good. Parking was free and good, but because of the location close to the bridge, it was sometimes difficult to get out onto the road.

Both the hotel and our room was very clean. Smelled good in the hallways. Beds comfortable. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was free and very good. We would definitely stay here again.

Air didnt work very well

The room was really clean and the free breakfast and parking helped so much.

The pool was fine, but it would have been nice to have a hot tub there. Erin ,who was at the front desk told us what to see in the Seville quarter in I Pensacola and the food at the Fish House which was delicious 😋. Cindy

Most definitely needs more parking. We had to park behind construction vehicles in the parking lot to the motel next to the hotel.

The room was spacious, bed comfortable and the hot breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide range of options e.g. omelette, sausage biscuits and home fries! Fresh baked cookies in the evening! The front desk staff (Dawna) was stellar! She was immediately responsive to all requests and exhibited the highest standards. She was kind and caring providing excellent services! She is a true gem and could be a trainer for the chain! Val the maintenance person was also extremely efficient and caring bringing us a new phone replacement shower curtain and extra towels. It made for a lovely birthday stay! Thanks to all.

Decent stay. Clean. Predictable. Breakfast was just ok, and considerably the worst part of the stay-very bland. Location: not walkout to a swimming beach, so beware. Staff was polite, helpful.

The hotel and the room was clean and seemed to be well kept. Hot beverages were available at any time which was nice since it was cold when we returned from a hockey game.

It would be nice to have other meat options beside pork. Some of us would like to have more options, ex. Turkey.

Just stayed for a couple of nights so I didn’t get too enjoy the accommodations that much. However I got what I was looking for, everything was great!

2 minor issues were smaller parking lot but that could just be due to holiday weekend. Also shower didn’t have any body wash and drained super slowly and appeared to be clogged. Would stay here again however so not big enough problems to cause us not to return.

I requested just an hour late check out because my daughter was sick to her stomach and was denied. I also need to mention that I am a travel agent and of all the Hampton I have stayed this by far was the worst! I also took pictures of everything that I was dissatisfied with!

It was okay, the people in front of us had a dog that barked on and off the whole time we were there. We didn’t get our room cleaned or towels. We had to notify x2 to get our towels. The air in the room wasn’t that cool so at night we weren’t as cool as we liked.

We celebrated our honeymoon in the area and chose to stay here. Great place, with helpful and courteous staff. Went above and beyond by honoring our honeymoon with candles and flowers on the bed. It’s clean, quiet, and close enough to Pensacola without the headaches of crowds. Will be returning in the future.

The continental breakfast was fantastic! The hotel was clean and maintained. The only downfall was housekeeping. We stayed for 4 nights and never had our hotel room cleaned. We purposely went out everyday between 9 and 1 so that we'd get our room made up but that never happened.

This hotel was excellent from check in to check out. It is only about 10 minutes from the beaches and restaurants!! The rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable and quiet! The breakfast was delicious !! We will stay here again !!

Place was nice…but when you come home from the beach you want a shower..which requires towels soap and shampoo…ours was out. Went to front desk they said towels were drying…gave me 4 one oz bottles for 2 adults and 3 kids. Asked for shampoo got 3 1 oz bottles for 2 adults and 3 kids. Had to go back for towels and haggle clerk for them and in turn wanted me to bring him our dirty towels…that was a big negative as I don’t work there but was paying them to stay there. No maid service for first 2 days. Again the place was clean but the service was horrible.

Customer Service All Staff was great!! Breakfast great too, good variety!! Staff and guests friendly and welcoming. Everything was Great with the exception of the SLOW Elevators!!!! Other guests on same floor rooms across from ours took stairs to 3rd floor after waiting so long andby the time the elevator came and took us to the 3rd floor we meet them at our room doors!!! And management should consider placing young kids or large pets on lower floors. We were on the 3rd floor and the guests above us child or large dog ran until.2AM!!! I actually asked for a particular type of room/smoking room because they are away from most guest and its less noise!!! Other than those 2 random inconvenience everything was 5 star ratings!!!!

Everything was nice but our bed sheets were not clean in the first room given to us so we were moved to another room that was cleaned properly.

There was a power outage for an hour and a half on day and then there was the scheduled 4 hour fire alarm test the next...

I was at the Hampton Inn in Gulf Breeze Fl for 4 nights. My room was not serviced at anytime after 2 requests at the front desk to have it done. When I asked for towels and washcloths at the front desk (because I had used all mine) I was told there were no wash clothes available and after about 10 minutes was eventually given one towel, one beach towel and 2 hand towels. My garbage cans were overflowing and my bathroom was full of used towels. My bed was never made.

The bed was so comfortable! Nice breakfast selections and close to beaches, restaurants and shopping.

I had to call rhe corporate offices to get them to clean our rooms. They have a policy to only clean up everyother day, well on the third day I inquired about when would our rooms be cleaned and I got the run around. My son had food poisoning and he messed up the bathroom so we had to clean it up. I reported it to them so that it could get a more thorough cleaning and they still refused to clean up. The manager also was never available to talk to, only after I reported them did she make herself available.

The room was ok. My husband really like the shower as it was easy to get in out of. A major highway is right next to the hotel so you can never keep the curtains open and yiu aleays here the road and traffic. We arrived and hour early and went to see if by chance we could checknin. No, our room was not ready. Our room was suppose to be ready at 3. We left and came back to check in and it was still not ready. We were told another 30 mins or so. Other than issues trying to check in and the constant traffic noise. It was an ok hotel.

Clean and suited my needs

We were locked out of our room 4 different days. The housekeepers walked in because they said we were marked as checking out. Breakfast was HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND STAYING THERE to anyone. Nothing in the market that is advertised with the hotel. Very misleading.

Shower was tilt to inside wall, could not adjust angle. Water was Luke warm at best.

Even under renovation, there were no inconveniences to the guests and we had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The African American female at the desk gave the best customer service interactions i have ever had at a hotel ever. I watched her checked in a group of about 30, with a calm, polite, friendly and interactive attitude.Credit to all the front desk workers. The young lady in the breakfast area was also amazing, very polite and respectful. She works very hard with a smile on her face everytime. The overall staff on my visit was amazing...

It was just a one night stay but front desk staff was perfect, coming in & leaving. The room was cool, clean & comfortable. The breakfast had several choices. It's a choice if you want something not right on the beach. It was in the middle of where we were going so it worked for us.

We did ask for a suite that slept 3. We had a king bed and a recliner. We did end up purchasing an air mattress because that was the only downside of the room and it was a last minute booking. The room was nice, clean, quiet, safe and pet friendly there was a fee I think 75 for 4 days but we were grateful for it. We love the location and the coffee shop within walking distance.
