I enjoyed our stay in Grapevine. Our room was a little dated but over all it was a great stay.

Great hotel, clean gym, needs more weight in dumbbells, only had up to 50lbs

The only thing I would complain about is the sofa, it has a bed in it and it is wore out it’s had to sit on it with out sinking into the sofa. The breakfast was great better then any place I have stayed, room was very very clean and the staff was excellent.

Without a doubt the best breakfast spread I have ever seen.

This was a last minute reservation due to a cancelled flight. The team was able to clear up some double reservation issues and I really appreciate the help Juana provided. The room was very good and I was able to get a later checkout so I could get some important work completed. The wing was under renovations but was only a minor inconvenience.

Everything was good but there was some construction going on throughout my stay.

Hotel was nice and kept up Security was terrible. Camera’s not working or at least the employee said they didn’t have access. My truck was stolen out of the parking lot 35 minutes after we arrived. Employees didn’t even act like they wanted to help like they didn’t even care.

The lobby was very welcoming and the front desk was informative about things to do in the area. Our room was spacious for a studio and had everything we needed for a quick stay. The housekeeping team was very on point in taking care of cleaning the rooms. The breakfast was pretty good, they had a varied selection of food items, even some fresh cut fruit (although it wasn’t that ripe) and the staff kept on replenishing everything as needed. They had a good selection of regular milk bottles, but I noticed that some were a month past the best by date. We only really struggled with finding parking. Other guests that we met on the elevator also mentioned having difficulty with finding parking. It might also be due to the holiday season. Overall, we enjoyed our overnight stay, and wouldn’t mind staying there again another time.

Mattress was miserable, shower curtain clung to you the entire shower, room looks nothing like the advertised pictures. We checked out a day later and ended the trip a day short so we didn't have to stay in that room an additional night.

Check in was a breeze, very friendly staff however, bring your on pillow! Pillows in this hotel are TERRIBLE! It’s like sleeping on bricks. I believe just sleeping without one would have been better! Again, great place friendly staff but whew!

The breakfast was very good. Our suite was spacious enough for what we needed. Staff was polite and helpful. Our only minor complaint was that the air conditioning had some trouble keeping up. We would definitely stay here again.

My week stay at TownePlace Suites Dallas DFW Airport North/Grapevine in April 2025 was awful. The room’s door wouldn’t close properly (a safety issue), outlets didn’t work (causing missed work meetings), the sofa and rug were torn, the bathtub dripped constantly, and the garbage disposal was broken. Only the door was fixed after complaints; all else was ignored. I emailed management requesting compensation, but they never responded with a solution. This Marriott property’s poor condition, safety concerns, and lack of accountability were unacceptable. Avoid this hotel.

The property was wonderful. I loved everything about it. I loved the fact that the gym is 24 hours, where most close at 9 p.m. Book the stay you won’t regret it.

Our party was caught up in the Christmas American Airlines nightmare. Our connecting flight was canceled. Stuck in Dallas. Booked a room here and staff were EXTREMELY accommodating. So nice and understanding. We stayed 2 nights and made new friends.

Overall, the stay was nice. Hotel staff was very friendly. My only complaint was the complete cleanliness of our room. For the most part, it was clean. However, the couch is awful and stained, it needs replaced. Didn't even want to sit on it because of the gross stains. The carpet had some black-brown colored fresh looking material/stain on it that put me off. Surely there is some sort of carpet cleaner that can be used? The same brown-black colored material was also on the light switch cover. Which was also super gross. I feel like those are the little things that people notice, and that should be cleaned off 100%. Breakfast was good, can't complain for breakfast that is included. It can be a little loud, as it is close to the airport. But I thought it was cool to be able to see the planes in their decent over the hotel. We would stay here again, but I will ask for a cleaner room if this situation occurs, next time. Tried to add the photos I took but the hotels.com app will not allow me to. Very frustrating!

This is your average hotel, most things were fine. The beds were comfortable. They appeared to be unprepared for the breakfast crowds with food, drinks, and utensils in short supply at times. Watch out for hidden fees - we found out after the fact that the water bottles in our room were not complimentary, despite there being no indication of a price/cost.

Saved a lot of money by staying here and not at the Gaylord where I attended an event. Shuttle from the airport was great. Was able to also use the shuttle to get to the Gaylord. Best part was that the room was clean, bedding was nice, water pressure was fantastic and the air conditioner worked great!

Property was clean. Room was clean and staff was very helpful and polite. The beds were hard and VERY uncomfortable. The pillows were soft but did not hold their shape. The fold out bed was old and swayed in the middle. Not at all like the quality of the Marriott brand!!!

The mattresses were too firm and uncomfortable. The desk staff were unfriendly and seemed to be annoyed to be at work. The waffle iron did not work for breakfast which was a big disappointment for my kids. And the computers were down the whole weekend.

Left us stranded at the Airport at 11:30. We arranged to be picked up and when we arrived at the pickup spot at 11:24 we called again to again verify.That is when we were told that the shuttle driver was done with his pickups. Left us high and dry at the airport. Dont trust them.

The rooms can’t be beat! Separate sleeping and bathroom areas, as well as a comfortable living and working spaces with the bonus of a kitchen. Great value for the money and close to a major airport. I had an issue with getting in touch with someone regarding resolving a booking date error. After numerous attempts, I was finally able to speak with someone who resolve the issue for me.

Property was clean, felt very safe and convenient. Neds were comfortable and riom was very spacious. Loved the lobby/ lounge area downstairs. Downside is no hot tub and the pool is extremely small and shallow. Overall would definitely go back again.

Enjoyed our stay, especially the pool - beautiful men there. There was noise of airplanes pretty constantly flying overhead, but we’re right beside the airport so that’s to be expected - otherwise it was a fairly quiet stay for us. Our double queen room w/ small kitchen was a fine size for a family of 4, though I almost lost my finger opening the fridge door while someone was coming inside. I can’t speak to the free breakfast that I paid for yet because I’m writing this review the night before I check out.

Overall quality of the hotel was nice, but the rooms could use an update. Tired, old appliances, furniture, decor, and in need of a fresh coat of paint. Stay at the Hilton Garden Inn instead - it's part of the same building, and everything there felt brand new.

I loved that the mall and a lot of many shopping areas are within a 5 minute drive and the convenient store is a walk away.

Hotel and room was very very clean! There was a little airplane traffic here and there in the evening and early morning but other than that not too bad. Next time I will request a room away from the elevator as you can hear it ding as the doors are opening and you can hear the elevator moving in the wall.

There was no problem with the property. I was at the hotel literally 5 hours (overnight) due to my flight disruption. I was on the list for the airport shuttle for 7 am, but they canceled the shuttle at the last minute and it cost me $70 Uber to get to the airport. I have selected this hotel because of their advertisement offering “free airport shuttle”. Also, they did not state that the airport shuttle service ends at 10 pm. I had to take Uber to the hotel the night before as well. I spent over hundred dollars on Uber. If they were upfront (10 pm last run and no guarantee of shuttle service), I would have selected other hotel closer to the airport. I do not recommend this hotel if you are arriving late and/or departing early in the morning.

I tried contacting the hotel by message, email and phone to arrange airport shuttle pickup unsuccefully, hence I had to take an uber. I couldnt find the counter to check in in hotel easily, as they share with courtyard (next door). Once I got to them they couldnt find my booking for a while. Indications were basic, not a good customer service.

A weekend getaway and this was perfect. The breakfast is awesome! Real cage free eggs with ham , sausage, potatoes, cereal choices, muffins and bagels , fresh fruit, juice, coffee and all the condiments! Easy check in

When we arrived at the hotel around 9 PM there was no available parking because it is 3 hotels all connected and the parking lot is not big enough for all the hotels we went from one end to the other and it was full we had to circle around 3 times before we found someone leaving and were able to get a spot. We grabbed our bags and headed to the front door of the hotel we had booked and that door was locked with a paper note saying our check-in was at the next hotel over. So we walked to the next hotel and went in and checked in. We walked down the long hallway back to our hotel and went up the elevator to our room. The rooms were not to the standard I would expect of a Marriott brand hotel. The room was dingy and outdated. The beds were so low to the ground there were just sitting on top of a box springs. There were stains on the floor and the bathroom was poorly lit. While we were showering we ran out of conditioner and body wash from the large bottles that are attached to the shower wall. There was ice in the freezer ice maker but it had a disgusting yellow tint to it so we would not dare use it. Overall rather disgusted and disappointed with our stay here. I would not recommend this hotel.

I'll start with the CONS because there are just so many: 1. There are 3 HOTELS at this location, and there's no clear direction about which door to take to check in! Not the one in the picture. 2. Parking is absolutely atrocious! The parking lot is enormous but full after 8:00 pm! 3. Don't expect hospitality! The lady at reception, Adriana, didn't even greet us and didn't even make eye contact during check-in. When I asked for her name, she stared at me and hesitated to give it. The only ones that were very attentive were during breakfast. 4. Housekeeping is a mess! One morning they tried to go in at 8:25 am immediately after knocking only once!! We were still in bed! They also didn't refresh our towels during our stay. 5. Not enough seating at breakfast! It's tiny! 6. The drinking glasses provided at the kitchenette were dirty. 7. We also didn't have an ice bucket in the room. The ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go to another floor. 8. The pool was closed for the season and that wasn't listed on the website or Hotels.com. PROS: 1. Good location with plenty of food choices and shopping. Just 5 minutes from Main Street! 2. Quiet room. Can't hear anything above you, but you can still hear planes all night. 3. Breakfast was good (minus the seating issues). 4. Beds were comfortable. 5. Good kitchen area with dinnerware and utensils.

I have no complaimts at all.
