I loved how conveniently close the hotel was to Walmart because I did manage to need some things while I stayed at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Room had a mild pet odor and toilet wouldnt flush the first time sometimes, but other than that, it was good hotel and convenient (close to highway). Parking was free which was good.

The bathroom was very small and the shower had little water pressure. Was not impressed.

Had an issue with shower doors! I called front desk. We went out for the day when we returned. The doors were fixed. Front desk was very helpful for all we needed.

I always book with home 2 for their clean rooms and breakfast availability. This location had a great breakfast option and friendly staff 💕 check in and check out was fast and simple.

The room was huge and comfortable! The staff were so helpful and nice! Could not get my sons Playstation to connect to the wifi because of the password protection even though I paid for the more expensive wifi option for him to be able to play and he didn't get too.

Location definitely but Isaac wins for employee of the week. He is helpful and a true asset to your team with his customer service skills. The rooms do not have “do not disturb” tags. And the cleaning lady came in and my grandson was in bed while I was in the restroom

Lots of breakfast sandwiches, biscuits and gravy, as well as hash browns. Just make sure to heat it up in the microwave once you move down the line. We also loved the areas that you can hang out, and grill in as we came with a softball team. And I loved how the incidental fee was only $20. We will be back when in the area.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful with so many choices and plenty of spots to sit. I had no complaints about the stay and will be looking forward to another staycation! It was rather warm outside of the rooms and the elevator was also a bit warm and had a bit of a smell to it.

Stay was fine and room was clean. However, I’d like it to be easier to contact someone as my card was used at several places around where I stayed and I only paid for 1 thing with my card and that is when I physically took it out to pay for the hotel. Then there were racked up charges for nails, food and other things

Elevators were pretty sketchy. Felt better taking the stairs. By the morning they weren't working. Also, very thin walls could hear yelling, laughing, and music all night. Night staff was great, very friendly and welcoming.

The staff is always super friendly and extremely helpful. We missed out on breakfast the entire stay but we know from past experience, that we would have enjoyed it. We have made it home now and already missing Texas. Where ever our next trip takes us, we will be staying at Home2 Suites.

I highly recommend this place for a pleasant experience. It was quiet, friendly, and clean. Our room was perfect for my husband, our two kids, and myself. Also, the price was more affordable than the rest of the hotels around. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel conveniently located off I-20. Spacious covered entrance convenient for check-in. Chrissy was super friendly and conversational. Quickly accommodated my request for 2 additional pillows. King studio suite with sofa bed was moderately spacious with a privacy curtain between the bed and sofa. My 10yo reported the sofa bed was actually comfortable, and a full sheet set for it with 2 pillows was in the cabinet next to the closet (nice because most hotels leave only 1 pillow for the sofa bed). King bed was, unfortunately, not comfortable: bedding composed of several thin layers would not stay put. Hubby and I both woke go with back pain both mornings. Bathroom rather small but adequate. Room was clean and cool with plenty of counter space, cubbies, and closet space. TV has access to Netflix. Full-size appliances and dishware. The noise level coming from the rest of the hotel was SO loud in our room. The walls must be paper thin. We could smell coffee someone made in their room at 11 P.M. for over an hour. We heard doors slamming and banging around all night long. Thankfully, we travel with a floor fan just for white noise, and I serendipitously packed a portable sound machine because I had to crank it up full blast just to sleep. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9 A.M. on a Sunday to see if they could clean our room prior to check out. Breakfast was prepackaged sandwiches to warm. At a rate of over two hundred a night, we will not stay again.

This place is amazing! They were very accommodating for me and my family such as helping me with changing my reservation and making sure we were comfortable . I think of the person at the front desk name Isaac (maybe?)made sure I had a crib for my baby to sleep in before we got to the room and he made sure any request were fulfilled. When we reported it to the front desk, we were told that nothing could be done until the manager arrived at 10 PM, which made it difficult for us to rest before our next event. Additionally, we did not receive towel service for the first two days and had to go to the front desk to request fresh towels ourselves. Considering how much we spent on our stay, we would have appreciated a heads-up about the construction and better attention to guest comfort.

Breakfast was ok. Only trouble we had was a room hiccup which could not be fixed because they were booked. Room provided met our needs and was perfectly sufficient. However, they refused to refund the difference in price stating the error was Expedia’s. All in all I would stay again.

Overall this property was nice, and I would stay again. Right away after checking in we noticed the bathroom sink had a slow drain (I pulled out lots of hair from the drain). Then the next day our key card would not work so we had to be moved to another room, which also had a slow draining bathroom sink. As we were checking out the hotel was starting renovation on the 3rd and 4th floor so I’m willing to stay there again in the future. Customer Service from the staff was excellent despite the inconvenience encountered.

Currently relocating from Arizona to North Carolina, this was our second night away from home, and my pup was understandably a bit anxious. I woke up at 3:00 am bitten by a bed bug.

Room was not the one i had booked. Sofa bed my two kids had to sleep on had some kind of red stain on it.

We were in an handicap room. It was very big. 2 issues, you could not use the handicap seat in the tub/shower combo. Water would pool on the seat and run across and onto the floor. Water was everywhere. Not safe. The other thing was the carpet had stains all over it. It just didn't seem clean at all.

The ONLY thing I can say that needed attention was the positioning of the bathroom door. You had to open it all the way & then try to slip in around the toilet & THEN close the door to access sink & vanity:/ Maybe barn door, flip door to other side? Great stay! Will visit again! Susan Burk

During my stay, I kept hearing noises throughout the night as in doors shutting, people talking and walking around. Also taking a shower the shower sliding doors would not close and water was getting all over the floor.

This may have been the nicest and cleanest hotel we have stayed in. The staff at midnight when we checked in was so nice. Breakfast was excellent and the size of the room and amenities were awesome! Home2Suites will be top of our list from now on.

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean and we had full kitchen. Lobby is modern and clean. There are plenty of games to play as well- board games, etc for Littles and adults.

I had asked for my room to be clean, and they never did.

I’ve stayed in these hotels before but never has it been like this, breakfast had very limited options and it wasn’t as clean as others.

Easy commute to Forth Worth and Dallas. The reason why I didn't give five stars is because the room had small bugs in the kitchen.
