The surrounding property is stunning and surrounded by beautiful nature, and the staff was wonderful and incredibly kind. Breakfast was very good, though not included in our stay. For the price the rooms could use an upgrade, as we found it to be a bit dated. It’s about ~30 mins from downtown so if you plan to go to the city center you may have trouble getting a car unless you book through the hotel, but if you’re going north to the waterfalls and terraces it’s closer at least.

Not the kind of service you expect, rude people on the front desk even when you present your Hyatt membership the do not care at all, the hotel is old and will need serious renovations, only the nice pictures of the nature surrounding and the swimming pool, expansive for what it is, he must have been a beautiful hotel once upon a time. The nature surrounding!

We did couples massage and honestly it didn’t feel like a massage. I brought this up with the staff and the literally had nothing to say or comment let alone addressing the issue. The hotel provided us with discount vouchers to use at the restaurant which we forgot to use. At checkout I requested if I could redeem them but they straight up refused.

Beautiful setting. Loved the swimming pool and the very gracious, kind, polite staff. Shuttle service to Ubud central but if you want to visit locale sires best to hire a driver for the day. Good for short stay as you feel a little isolated. Traffic is horrendous to go into Ubud.

Far from Ubud centre, sometime there are lizards in the room

the inside of room is too average. especially the tiled floor mismatch the 5 start hotel level .

Amazing location. Picture perfect pool. Lived up to all the expectations. The staff were excellent especially the check in staff. The hotel is in excellent condition & the gardens are immaculate. Nothing.

The rooms were not so clean. Also the weather was always so dark and rainy, obviously not about the hotel. But for anyone considering this hotel, it is hard to find the sun shining in that jungle, if any. The weather is nice in the city center, but as you get closer to the hotel, it gets darker and darker ?

The staffs are attentive and friendly. An old hotel, so somethings needs to be updated and renovated. Breakfast was a disappointment.

The rooms are beautiful and very well laid out. Quite spacious. The property is quiet, thickly wooded and the staff are excellent It’s just slightly away from the main city but that’s also an advantage and makes it quieter. Also, the monkeys can be a bit mischievous
