Easily accessed off the Historic Route 66, nice hotel, reasonable price. Also has restaurants and gas nearby.

The room was comfortable and fairly quiet. The only thing we had a problem with was the breakfast. Both the scrambled eggs and the sausage had some sort of seasoning on them that was not good. We tried the boiled eggs and they tasted sour. I don't know if they were bad but we didn't take a chance and threw them away. We often stay at La Quinta properties and this is the only location we've encountered this.

The water pressure in the shower was fabulous. We liked seeing charger stations on both sides of the room. My allergies really kicked up making me think a cat had stayed in that room. We suggest having non-pets rooms available in a different section of the hotel. There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was okay.

The 1st and 2nd floors allow pets in their rooms. Dogs constantly barking.

Very clean and had a fantastic time with the amenities offered. Wish pool would open earlier, to at least have one more fantastic time before check out. I didn't really enjoy breakfast. They use an awkward spice seems like on everything. Other than that staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a wonderful stay. Clean quiet and nice area.

The La Quinta wasn’t horrible and definitely somewhere I’d stay again, but the room smelled weird and the pool was filthy. I also wished the breakfast opened up earlier. This location had breakfast at 7 and all other locations I’ve stayed at had breakfast at 6. We needed to leave early for our long drive and didn’t get breakfast from the hotel because they served it later. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable.

I traveled from California to St. Louis, Missouri and Gallup La Quinta had the BEST 5STAR Room, with size and room amenities, cleanliness and upgrades... door magnets, shower pressure, tub, large doorways for handicaps,breakfasts, and homemade cookies at the welcome bar, with lemon water, hot and cold drinks, no host store, excellent bedding and mattresses, and more than I can mention. This stay rated higher on my list than the Hyatt Regency in St Louis, Missouri, that was triple the cost! The staff should be proud of their property! 5 stars!
