Nothing extraordinary, but exactly as expected. Had a great stay!

Stayed before many times and we keep coming back.

The location is absolutely fantastic! Shopping centers so close by. Movies close by. Everyone was very nice and several people asked and made sure we were enjoying our stay. Wish the breakfast ended at 10:30

It was a great location! I was pleased with my stay here. Until it wasn’t cleaned at all and I stayed there for 4 nights… the first morning I was there, I went out to go on a walk and the cleaners were in the hallway and when I came back 1 1/2 hours later they were still in the hallway but my room was never cleaned. On the 3rd day staying there I called cause I wanted to come back to a clean room after a long day so I asked if my room was going to be cleaned (or if it was cleaned) cause it had not been cleaned yet, And the front desk person said no and that the cleaners have left for the day. And on the mirror of the room that I was staying in, it said they would provide cleaning every other day. So I was very disappointed in that. I like when I pay for a hotel knowing that I am being taken care of and will have my ro Cleaned at the end of the day when I come back.

Poor reception. Staff support was terrible. Parking is limited. Breakfast was minimal overall it’s a terrible place as far as managed.

The rooms were clean and breakfast was a typical breakfast (waffles, boiled eggs, cereal, muffins, toast, eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, and a different meat daily. It was walkable distance to the venue we played ball at. The staff was friendly and very attentive.

Breakfast was good, location to Toyota Stadium was great.

We had a reservation for a room for 2 queen beds and a sofa bed good for 3 adults and 2 children but they gave us a studio room ( 1 queen bed and a sofa bed). We always

thre was not enough hot water for showering. It took a while for the water to get warm(never did get hot) and did not stay warm for more than 10 minutes.

Breakfast was great with so many options! Rooms were clean. MOST of the staff was super friendly. There was only one that we dealt with that seemed annoyed to even be there. Overall we would stay again!

She issued us a partial reimbursement with the promise to remedy the issue for future guests. The staff is very nice. No hot water. Worked 1x we were there...my wedding guest also staying there had same experience. Ridiculous. The breakfast was fake eggs , oatmeal, no edible per my daughter.

We had a small issue the first night as the shower did not work. but the staff were efficient and did not hesitatebto place us in a new room thankyou.

There were a few things I would change about our handicapped room.

The place was nice, the beds were super comfortable but there was a lot of construction going on and the hot water wasn’t very hot. But it was a nice place for the money

The hotel was under construction so inside appeared to be a messy and taped off environment. Also we had no hot water in the shower and when calling the check in desk we were advised to turn on the sink water to make the water hot. No help or accommodations made.

The shower was poor water pressure with fluctuating temperatures. The breakfast had no met 2 mornings. Eggs were bad

The room had been updated so it was very clean. The staff, as always, was very friendly and courteous. Our favorite place to stay when we visit our daughter and her family in Frisco.

King suite booked not available, upon arrival, the dbl queen suit they put me in had a noisy a/c unit, was able to move another room which was ok. Normal breakfast area under construction, did not partake of the breakfast in conference room. Renovations apparently on going, but nice. Staff very accommodating.

The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked that I was given a bottle of water when I checked in. Breakfast was good as well!

The stay was great. The staff were very courteous. The room was spotless, spacious and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was really good. Left rested and well fed. Will be coming back again.

Have lot off space in rooms. They don’t have too many parkings.

No hot water for showers for 3 days. And no partial refund or compensation of any kind as bought from Expedia.

Check in was excellent, room is clean, however a little musty. Beds are hard as are pillows but it’s hard to please everyone with those.

The room I was in looked to have been updated very recently - everything looked brand new.

The convenient access to UTSW is great ! Staff was very personable but some of the decor definitely needs some updating. A little deep cleaning would make a difference im sure. Overall stay was good.

The staff was very friendly, and we were comfortable during our stay. I will say that the hotel room in general felt a little worn, but I could tell that this is a very busy hotel due to its location. We felt safe and did not have any issues.

Wonderful rooms for a family wishing for extra space. Entry w/counter space, living area with sofa bed & armchair, desk, vanity/sink area, bathroom, and bedroom area w/ 2 beds for the perfect set up. This was my second stay at this facility in the past 6 months. My only complaint is not enough parking and very slow elevator service. It’s quicker to take the stairs every time. Elevator was out in March, figured it’d be up & working for July, but it wasn't. I was very disappointed.

We felt our room was clean. Only one elevator was working and some of the carpet in hallway was ragged. It was told to us that the hotel will be renovated this fall. We’d definitely stay there again.

The hotel had easy-to-use laundry facilities (just $2 to wash and dry), which was perfect for cleaning sweaty uniforms. There were plenty of food options nearby and lots to do in the area. The hotel itself was clean, the staff was friendly, and the free breakfast was solid—good variety and plenty to go around. I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you're looking for a luxury or spa-like experience, this isn’t that—but for a comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly stay, it checked all the boxes for us. Would definitely stay here again for future tournaments.

We were on the 5th floor, and there was no hot water and barely any water pressure at 10 am. Only one of us could shower. On the up side they had extra pillows and a wheelchair available, which helped as my husband has just had surgery.

I was expecting tonpay n 95 as the base rate and did not realize i was charged the wrong rate. The hotel could not correct sonce booked thei expedia. 3 issues with expedia 1 - did not earn hilton rewards 2 - was not charged the advertised price 3 - did not get waters for being hilton rewards members because booked thru expedia - tje rate was $95 bookijg directly thru the hotel By booking though expedia just cost me more and i lost my rewards Ice machine broken on our floor

The hotel was nice and we were put in a great room. I was a little disappointed with the day front desk individual who was very bothered when we asked for additional pool and room towels. Overall, we will probably stay again.

I would recommend to a friend. Good experience overall.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful and kind. The room was clean and the continental breakfast was great! The kitchen staff were very attentive and hard working. We enjoyed making a texas shaped waffle! and they were alternative meat options other than pork.

No hot water and no one told us upon check in.

Cons: Hot water in the room is terrible. It gets cold suddenly. We have to turn all the way to get some hot water Stayed for 4 days. Not once the room was cleaned or provided with new towels. Mold in the bath room. I would think twice to book next time. Not expected this from Hilton property. I have changed the room for hot water issue. When I reported the front desk guy giving me tips to fix the issue. So that means its a known one but still they didn't fix. Other reviews mentioned the same.

Young girl at front desk was nice as could be but my whole payment was a fiasco. Was supposed to be divided between 3 cards my card even though the other ones were ran through the card terminal never were charged. Then I received 2 more charges on top of 4 charge instead of one. Never again!

Nice location in Frisco Texas. Close to restaurant's, quiet location.

Almost no hot water and it took 10 minutes for it to get warm.I know this is Dallas and you were short a part. But you shouldnt be. The shower stall had brown mold to boot. Biscuits on Sat AM were gummy. No non-dairy creamer on Sunday.

We were there 3 days and not once was our room cleaned, we had to get our own towels.

The walls were visibly dirty, vents have obviously not been cleaned in a while. The couch had questionably large stains on it. And hardware finishings like door hook in bathroom and the finishing cover for the fire sprinkler were all missing.

The remote in the room wouldn’t allow me to change the channel, the shower was lukewarm, and the hallways were dirty

The service and quality in the breakfast room was excellent. The housekeeping service was not reliable and the service of the room was worthless. We never received replacements for toilet paper, kleenex, or drinking glasses/cups. One day the maid brought towels, emptied the trash and left a wet towel behind and didn't even make the bed. we didn't expect new sheets, but shouldn't the bed be made?

The stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas/Frisco North-FieldhouseUSA was great. The check in went smoothly and we were in our room in a short amount of time. The young man at the front desk was friendly and courteous. Breakfast the next morning had several options for any type of appetite. There were several hot choices along with cold choices available. I very much enjoyed the first meal of the day. Our room was comfortable, warm, and very inviting. We were able to relax after a long day. Check out was as easy as drop your key in a slot and get back on the road. I will choose this hotel to stay at the next time we visit this area.

Pleasant staff.... very good Breakfast! Convenient to HWY's and Dining/Shopping Facilities. 45 minutes from Dallas/Fort Worth INT. Airport using Non-toll Roads. Many Hiking and Birding spots w/in a half hour drive. When traveling in TX use the Non-toll option to save a BUNCH!

Except for the way the beds are made up, everything was great.

Really enjoyed our stay. There was a crew that laying on the side of the shower door and the door was very loose. We let the front desk know and they had someone come and fix it within 15 minutes. The only disappoint was there was not any Shampoo or shower gel in the containers hanging on the wall of the shower. They said they ran out of it. But there were a couple of bars of soap at the vanity sink. Other than that, we will stay there when we come back. Staff is so very friendly.

Close to the highway.

The hotel is away from the the hustle bustle of the town, and will need Uber/Lyft to get anywhere. Other than that, it is a good, clean and safe place to stay comfortably. The rooms are very spacious and had all the amenities which would come for this type of hotel. I would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Frisco, TX.

I shared a room with my friend for three nights, but we never received room service. I don't think the cleaning staff understood English very well, because we did ask them to take our trash out but that didn't happen while we were in our room. We told them to come back to provide room service when we went to breakfast, but that didn't happen, either. I think it was language barrier, though, because the breakfast person and front desk person were excellent.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds but no room service. I called 3 times for bathroom to be cleaned but no luck. When I realized we were not probably going to get room service I asked if we could at least have our room trash cans emptied and fresh towels. I did get that each day, but I had to call. It's hard to be comfortable in a room full of trash and dirty towels.

My room was infested with Black Carpet Beetles. I complained and they offered nothing. They “upgraded” me when I got there and then said no other rooms were available and did not offer me a comped room or anything. I was upset because it was disgusting but ultimately I wasn’t in the room much anyway so I decided to just eat my loss since they weren’t going to comp me. Wasn’t worth ruining my vacation over

Bed hard but what really disappointed me is I could not get service to change my sheets, provide fresh towels or resupply toilet paper. To many nice hotels around there to ever use this one again! On a positive note breakfast was good and those staff members couldn’t be better. It’s the front desk staff - that are outside smoking and talking on phone when we need service inside .

Bugs nightly . Dead bugs never removed. Days when due for cleaning. No sink or bath cleaning. Dust rings around the carpet. I’m unable to upload the photos but we will post the pictures on social media.

When we got inside our room, we noticed one little black bug in the bathroom. Ok no big deal. Picked it up flushed it down the toilet. Room was dingy and dark and didn't feel very clean. The linens on the bed were fresh and towels to. When we got up in the morning we had probably 15-20 more black bugs and then a lizard that blended in with the tile. It was creeping along the wall base board. That was it. Went down to front desk with all our stuff and they gave us a new room. Got in the new room and sure enough one black bug. It was a suite so at least brighter, but I would not recommend this hotel. It needs to be updated and clearly needs pest control.

good property but we only wanted to extend our checkout for 1 hour from 11am to noon and were denied. this was after staying in this hotel for 4 nights. we had to take an important meeting in the load hotel breakfast area.
