We stayed for 4 days and 4 night. The whole time we asked for the trash and fresh towels daily. And not once did housekeeping pick up our trash. And the only young black man that worked nights was any help. He was always polite and he would give us fresh towels. Other than trash not being picked up or not getting fresh towels. That was okay.

The front desk attendant Mr.Lee was super kind. The property was close to our primary location of business. The hotel is super dated and not many things have been updated. The elevators sound like they’ll be out of commission soon.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The property was nice and clean. The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice!

Not big on hotels to start with but i enjoyed the amenities. The bed was not acquired as it was too hard, the sheets had different color stains on them too. I’d much prefer an air bnb for the cozy side of staying.

The property was clean and inviting when we arrived as a very late check in. Very nice people there & very accommodating. We stayed 2 nights. The people that were working there made all the difference in the world. I had just had surgery and they went above and beyond for us, even when leaving the property and checking out! The person at the front came to help me into the car without anyone asking him, he was just that nice. I could’ve done it myself, but I won’t lie, he made it MUCH easier and was so patient… I wish I would’ve got names so I could recognize them each, individually. The people made the place for me on this one.

The room was filthy. There was a large clump of hair on the side of the shower. It obviously had not been cleaned. We ended up leaving and staying at Aloft a few miles down the tollway. Disgusting and bizarre room. Disgusting facility. Completely out of synch with the surrounding attractions.

Guy at the front desk in the morning was too busy on his phone to help guests. Could have been a little less rude I just wish they would open the pool earlier so the kids can get in some swim time before heading out to do other things.

I got bedbug bites and when trying to report it, the front desk staff ignored my request when I stated I wanted to speak with a manager. A coworker staying in the same hotel had bedbug bites in his room as well.

One of the blankets had a orange stain and the room had a smell of duty feet. That hotel has changed a lot over the years. I was disappointed.

The rooms are small but clean. Noise from the freeway was consistent throughout the night. The breakfast was excellent. if you stay, ask for a room not facing the freeway.

Nasty, dirty room. It had a stench of wet dog. There was cockroaches, the floor was dirty, we didn’t have toilet paper, or a microwave despite of being in the room description. The ventilation was terrible. The bathroom had no extractor. Customer service was terrible. Front desk was rude. Our card keys never worked, we had to come down and have them reset a multiple amount of times. Our room never got cleaned, and when we requested it, we were told we would be on a waiting list. Elevators were slow and maybe not working properly, as we could never get on it in a timely manner. Tv did not work, wouldn’t power on. AC was hot no matter what we did with it. Beds were uncomfortable an had a smell. This was the most awful experience I’ve ever had. For the price I paid, I had higher expectations. I will never give you my business again.

First time visiting Frisco. Location was great. Breakfast attendants were kind and the breakfast was very good. Fitness center was nice. Rooms were good but very outdated. Mildew smell but kept fan on and it was fine. Beds were comfortable. Housekeepers were nice & efficient. Check in was smooth. Night audit agent & daytime female agent were kind. However, the front desk agent named Clarence was utterly one of the most standoffish & arrogant human beings we’ve ever met. He kept an ear pod in his ear during his shift, actively on personal phone calls and seemed annoyed when my mother requested housekeeping one time during our 4 night stay. Very unfriendly and should not be in hospitality. Then, while having breakfast, ourselves and other guests overheard him speaking loudly on his cell phone, patronizing someone that apparently works for him, as he is a coach for a second job, it was super disrespectful and unprofessional. It was very interesting to find out that the hotel receives many complaints, yet he is still working for Comfort Inn with this type of negative attitude and unprofessionalism. I previously worked in hotel management for properties in Miami Beach and this would not be tolerated after even one instance. It was the only negative during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time at this location. I would suggest that Michael, the hotel manager, get with Clarence and give him some one-on-one training on guest service and etiquette.

Just terrible

Location is good, staff was nice, our room just wasnt as clean as it should have been. There were spashes of nasty stuff on the wall in the bathroom and also near the nightstand. The room was presented well. All of the most common janitorial items were taken care of, but extra attention should be paid to the non satndard areas like the walls and doors.

Location was decent . The First Lady that helped me was awesome !! Very kind and helpful however during my stay the older gentleman that works the desk was rude and not very helpful seemed annoyed that I needed help with my keycards and basically called me stupid for messing them up . He seemed to be pre occupied on his phone and earbuds and seemed mad if anyone needed help ….

I booked a handicap room through Expedia. When we arrived, the man at the desk said that all of the handicap room were full & the one they had me in was not wheelchair accessible. We asked if they have a shower bench that i could use in the bathtub & he said, yes. We said that room would be ok & we could make it work if they had a shower bench. He said, "let me get that ready for you & you can come get it." 😏 So, we go up to the room & my husband went down after quite some time to get the chair. They guess they don't have a chair. It's already being used. (No call up to the room to let us know) The next morning we went to call to the desk to see if it was possibly available & the phone doesn't even have a cord connected to the wall! (Explains why we didn't get a call about the bench... maybe) we stopped at the desk to speak with the manager who was extremely apologetic & tried to make the experience right by moving us to an accessible room for our second night. While my husband went to pack, she discovered that room had a hole in the shower making it inoperable. So, she put us in a different room that has more room, but when we got to the room, it hadn't been cleaned. She has the room cleaned while we left to eat. Luckily, I had my husband with me on this trip or it could have been a very dangerous situation because there were no bars next to the toilet, not enough room to get close enough to the bed, & no way to access the shower. It was a frustrating trip!

The only real problem was that this super close to the main road. The road noise is loud all night . We actually changed hotels for the last night of our three night stay. Maybe bring your favorite box fan to mask the noise from the road at night?

This hotel is good but not excellent. It’s a budget friendly hotel with great staff. The room condition was good but the sofa set was not looking clean though. However you find good restaurants nearby which is very thing.

The bathroom could have been cleaner the sink and bath had a little black mildew. We waited a few minutes at the front desk for someone to help us.

Room was clean, there was plenty of space, breakfast has different options and was good enough, and our daughters enjoyed the pool and hot tub area (which was also spacious and not many people). Would have liked Housekeeping to come empty trash and refresh towels, though. We went down to the front desk for new towels and left our trash bags outside the door (they took it but didn't give new bags).

Room was not clean at all. Hair and cups and other guests stuff left in the bed.

Bathtub has cracked & water wouldn’t totally drain out. Had an ac/heater right beside the bed under the window…much too close & loud. Very old hotel

We are a family of 5, 2 adults 3 children. When asked for an extra pillow for the couch for the third child we were told the bedding you have in the room is all we have. There was no microwave in our room so we went down to use the microwave in the breakfast area and the light was turned off on us in the middle of heating up food. Overall a bad experience and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was very dirty, I had to clean it to stay there. The mirrors were dirty, the bathroom wall had sh-t on it, it looked like someone threw up in the living area down the wall, lamps had food stuff on them. Surface areas were dirty, i had to borrow and vacuum the room.

The only thing that made our stay great was the front desk manager Lisa she was extremely helpful with everything from giving us utensils to sharing valuable information about our surroundings. She really was sweet and went above and beyond, she is definitely a keeper.

The room was very dirty. There were pieces of trash that weren't picked up and questionable liquids on one of the mirrors. The couch was incredibly disgusting and my white socks turned black after my stay there. Would not come back.

5 star staff and hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable as the name indicates. The first feeling you get here is comfortable and the staff here are key players in that welcome home feeling you get. And waking up to a nice well rounded breakfast with friendly morning staff sets the day of on a positive & leaves you feeling good throughout the day. The beds, showers and room are just as comfortable. That's why I give this place an easy 5 stars.

Always a pleasure here, I've stayed here many times. The staff here will make you feel right at home. The rooms are comfortable clean the waters hot on demand. The breakfast is as amazing as the breakfast staff they make sure there's plenty for everyone. Can't say enough good things about this place 😊

The property seems aged. Lots of scratched/scuffed walls, even the front desk. The second floor has a musty/old smell as you get off the elevator. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. We got a good night's sleep.

This is the perfect Hotel, it has everything in it and around it. Just step out the front door and walk less than a block in either direction and you'll find multiple choices of places to eat. The beds are super comfortable with plenty of pillows, the showers are hot instantly and the towels are just like home, nice & fluffy. You won't be disappointed no matter what your quality of living is. The breakfast fit for a king will leave you not wanting for anything. This place deserves this rating for its wonderful staff as well. Friendly, courteous & professional.

The water pressure was better than my shower at home and the staff was wonderful as always.

The breakfast has a lot of food selection. The staff is quick to refill food and coffee. We chose this hotel because of convenience for our friends who live close by. The hotel is average. You get what you pay for.

Love this place it has everything you want within walking distance, the beds are comfortable, the pillows are nice the room was clean and the towels were nice. The breakfast is everything you want if you're on the run in the morning or if you have time to sit and eat. The staff here are friendly, courteous & professionals.Super nice place

The front-desk staff was exceptional - very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the staff was very attentive and cleaned up tables right after guests left. The only negative was housekeeping - we had no shampoo, tissues or washcloths/hand towels in the room upon check-in. The front desk was super friendly and provided what housekeeping did not supply.

Manuerving traffic was a little challenging being on a one way parkway, trying to get to the other side.

The staff were great. The bed was very firm and comfortable. The AC was good but noisy at times. The water pressure was good. The couch in my room was awful. The room was clean and smelled fine. The hall on the 2nd floor smelled like bleach and mildew, and one day those smells with lemon. Very awful. I was congested the whole time I was there and now I am wondering if it was the hall.

Everything is pretty good but definitely could use an update. There was also a strong musty smell in the hallways but thankfully not inside room.

We were scheduled for a 3 night stay but after day 2. The room was clean and acceptably average. However, the hotel has a serious "take your breath away" mold smell. I don't think the staff is even aware how bad it is, but I think there could be a serious health issue present. They need to address the problem, it's not normal.

The front desk staff, however was very attentive except for the gentleman who worked on Saturday Day shift. I asked for the possibility of an early check in and he said "absolutely not". He didn't even ask what kind of room I needed. The buiding/parking lot was empty and he said, "I have over 100 people asking me for an early check in" The lobby nor the parking lot ever had this amount of people so why could I not check in early? I would have been happy to pay an additional charge to have done so.

Hot tub and great location

The staff were very welcoming, the room was spacious, and the pool and tub were both nice. My only concern was the mini fridge smelled like someone had spilt milk in it and it hadn’t been cleaned properly which made it have a potent smell! But overall I had a great experience and I would defiantly stay there again! I am all about customer service and they provided wonderful service!

The receptionist that was there on Thursday night 08/15 was really rude when we asked her if it was ok if we got in the pool. I understand they’re pool hours are from 10-10 but we were at a business training for 1 day only from 8-7:30pm didn’t get to the hotel till about 9:20 and by the time we went down to the pool she said “you have about less than 20 min to get in that pool because I close it down at 10” which I understand I just felt like couldn’t yall give us at least 20-30 more min to enjoy our stay to relax? That’s all I have a complaint on we didn’t get to enjoy The amenities

Front desk and breakfast staff were courteous. Where the dissatisfaction was was the condition of the rooms bedding(comforter has awful black stains, towels(stained), shower curtain(torn) and white stains on the couch cushions. One night there was no hot water for showers, room key stopped working, unable to join Wi-Fi, unable to reach the front desk(tried multiple times)to advise so had to get daughter dressed and go downstairs for answers/assistance. Pool was dirty and shut down one day due to cleaning but it was still dirty the next day when it opened back up. A partial refund would be appreciated for this terrible experience.

Excellent breakfast. Plenty of seating even for a family of eight. We stay here a couple of times a year as a weekend get away because our kids, ranging from 2yrs to 6yrs old, love the pool and hot tub. Staff attends to every need, even providing plates and napkins that we forgot. EXCELLENT VALUE too.

The rooms are nice and conveniently stocked. My only issue was the microwave. We were in the middle of cooking something when it refused to stop or open. It was reported but nothing could be done due to no emergency maintenance available. But otherwise, not too shabby.

This place was fantastic to stay at for the price you pay. We stayed two nights in a two queen suite so it also included a sofa. The room was very well kept and clean. The lobby area was very nice. There was a pool but we didnt venture down to it but it was busy with people. Hallways and elevators were very well kept. Ice machine worked well on our floor. There was a washer and a dryer but one of them was broken. I noticed it while getting ice. Shower and bathroom were very clean and well kept. Pleanty of parking onsite and was easy to get to. It was right off the highway so there was some noice from that. Breakfast was great with scrambled eggs, bacon, texas shape waffles and much more. Overall a fantastic place to stay and if I ever go to the frisco area we will definitely stay at this place.

Hair on the sheets ... The bathroom floor definitely needs a deep cleaning...Grime built up in the corners of the bathroom... Extremely squeaky doors that you hear constantly on the 4th floor... Showerhead is broken, #428... Hallway floor dirty... Teenage kids running room to room at night ... Smell of cannabis all throughout the place, especially the elevator??? Yeah, no...

It was very visible from the tollway. The room was very nice and clean. Room service was nice and the breakfast was really good.

Went for a soccer tourney and the fields we played on was right behind us, walking distance, a lot of dining walking distance as well. Overall good location at a good rate, also no hidden 200 dollar deposit like majority of hotels.

Be sure to get a room on the back of the hotel. The odd numbered rooms face the highways, and the road noise is constant. The breakfast was great and all of the staff were very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Lots of dining options within walking distance.

Our first night was horrible. The room was fine, but the road noise was awful. The next morning, we went to the front desk and they were most accommodating and gave us a room on the back of the hotel (the even numbers are on the back side). Much better. Front desk service was good and the breakfast was very good.

Hotel is very Ciean. I look forward into staying there Again this week. Just a little get a way for me and my son. Thank you.

Upon arrival, Ms. Teresa the front desk clerk greeted me with a smile and was very very nice and kind. She had a positive attitude every time I spoke with her. The room did have a weird smell when entered. I sprayed Lysol disinfectant spray but couldn't get rid of the smell. Overall the hotel was nice and clean.

Our room was huge and pictures on website don’t do it justice. We were in a two bed suite with pull out couch bed. Pool was fantastic, baby area only 10 inches deep, main pool area and a nice hot tub with rock feature that flowed water down into the pool. Normal hotel hot breakfast was ok. Bed was kinda hard. Staff was all very friendly.

Comfort Suites did a great job! They had our room ready, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. They had all the amenities advertised, though the fitness room A/C was busted making a workout quite the hot-workout. Still, they did such a great job, I won’t complain.

When I went to the front desk for assistance, I was attended by a tall man with a beard who was initially quite rude, stating that he couldn’t open the door for me because I didn’t have an ID with me. I understand there are security protocols, but I believe the situation could have been handled in a more professional and courteous manner, especially since I had simply gone downstairs for breakfast and was still within the hotel premises, accompanied by my children. After the uncomfortable interaction, he then asked for my information and resolved the issue. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that future situations can be approached with more empathy and respect toward guests. Sincerely, Keila.

Property is comfortable and convenient. Room size is decent. Its not new. Its old. Hallways had some smell but it didn't bother me. I had to check out early and I am refunded promptly by the manager. Staff is polite and courteous. But carpets need to be changed and the lift need to be cleaned regularly and need to be updated. Overall, its a good stay.

The phone looked like there was coffee spilled on it. When I went to make coffee, there was so much debris in the coffee maker, it was gross! Beds weren’t great either, disappointed for sure in this stay!

It was a good stay and the staff was very friendly but cleanliness could have been better
