The evening staff were super inviting welcoming they were awesome the morning staff were not very helpful I called and called valet no answer no I called the front office and they weren’t help I was told to go to valet and ask for my car what an inconvenience the Beds were super comfortable

It was very clean and convenient for the reason we were in Fort Worth Everything really nice

This was our first time staying here, and everyone at the front desk immediately greeted us with smiles. Answered the questions we had with a smile, and informed us of all amenities and things we could use during our stay. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning! It was spotless, rooms were clean and had very comfortable beds. We were absolutely pleased with our stay, and will be booking here again when in Fort Worth!

On Saturday 05/31/26 around 9:00 am they were rude to my husband. They were laughing about his broken English then I went to get coffee for myself and my daughter. We ordered our drinks and then she started talking to the other girl and kept talking and talking and barely acknowledge us I interrupt them and told them that I wanna pay for the coffee and if they can start working on it She just roll her eyes, Other than that, everything was perfect 👌 clean, friendly stuff Staci she help us with the checking on Saturday 05/30/26 at 4:00 pm thank You, Staci for all your help ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bathrooms are kinda small but other than tha, great stay!

The only issue I found was with parking. The customer has no choice but to use the pricey valet parking.

We recently stayed at the hotel and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay at the hotel again.

The staff was very welcoming and the bed was super comfy. Housekeeping gave me extra bottles of water, which was so appreciated.

The staff was amazing I don’t remember the guy that work valet and front desk our first night but they were amazing and made our stay worth it!!!!

Clean, new, and love the suite with the nice bathroom shower. It was the best gym I have seen and then door pool was perfect.

Great location, friendly staff. Access to the buses outside the hotel was great for exploring downtown and the stockyard. Rooms were clean and restaurant was delicious with a great selection for Gluten free. Pool was indoor.

The hot tub was caused chemical burns and hair loss to me and my wife and other guests. The pool was not heated and was to cold to enjoy. The only reason we stayed at this hotel was to use the pool and the hot tub. Disappointed to say the least.

Breakfast staff on first day couldn't care less that we were there, only 4 tables being served, completely ignored, had to ask twice for a waiter, waited almost 20 minutes, finally flagged waiter from across the room, who said she didn't realize we were her responsibility, not impressed

I didn’t love valet cost or inconvenience when going in and out a several times throughout our stay. I’d definitely stay again but would ask for a room on the side opposite 35W and the train tracks.

Room was very large. Shower has super hot water. A/C kept the room very comfortable. Would stay here again.

I stayed at the Sheraton Downtown Fort Worth while attending Atlanta market, and the location was extremely convenient. The hotel is very nice, clean, and has a modern look and feel. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re in town for business or market. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect just as it was last year when we stayed here. Last year I could go to the lounge and this year I couldn’t so I don’t know what happened there. We had a great time.

Great stay with great amenities at this hotel. Staff was incredibly polite and helpful. I had a club room with lounge access, and there was confusion by the staff when I asked about when the happy hour and hors d'oeuvres were going to be served (they said they didn't do that) but the food ended up being served so that's fine. The lounge access was phenomenal, the valet very helpful, and I'll stay at the Sheraton again!

Courteous staff, clean room, and great amenities. Only complaint is room noise. We stayed in a room ending in 77 (southeast side of the property), and heard nothing but road and railroad noise all night.

We stayed at this hotel for a concert. Everything was OK except for a roach crawled across my wife’s foot right before going to bed. That should not happen in a hotel like this especially at $300 a night for a room. Beware!

disappointed we weren’t able to get a room until 5:03pm, when check in was at 4:00pm. Being told we could be put on a wait list? When I made the reservation over 4 months ago? valet is basically your only way to park, unless you feel comfortable parking your car in the street.

It was very clean, modern, and staff was friendly. The gym had great equipment for a hotel gym which was a nice feature. All of the valet workers were very helpful and kind!

This is our go to hotel everytime we are in the area. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Staff is amazing everytime.

They were painting a room across from ours and there was a smell throughout the hallway and we didn't love the bed. Other than that, the stay was great.

Convenient location next to Ft. Worth convention center. Great indoor pool and hot tub. Spacious gym area. Nice and comfortable room. We had 2 queen beds with access to club lounge area. Best part of the stay definitely would be the pool and hot tub and access to breakfast, appetizers and snacks from club lounge. The 2 negative things about the property is expensive valet only Parking and very loud AC unit in the room. if you are a light sleeper, I don't see how anyone could sleep in these rooms at all. Air conditioning AC compressor runs on and off throughout the night and extremely loud. Bring your ear plugs when you sleep.

The bed is uncomfortable. My daughter's wedding was 5 miles down the street and I remembered I stayed in the Sheraton for my mom's retirement party and the beds were so comfortable. This was before the remodel. I spoke with a representative at the bridal show and they ask me to guve then a try now. It's a negative and the parking rate no thank you.

it took at least an hour and half to get our food. just normal pancakes waffles eggs. we were there for an event at civic center for a 12 noon performance. it almost made us late. we were in the resturant at 10:45 and could not finish breakfast. for waiting so long we had to leave. made a terrible end to our great weekend

Friendly staff. We arrived so late and manage to put our order for dinner 15 minutes before the restaurant close. The young lady working that night was so kind and waited for us to finish our dinner.

This was my first visit to this property and I truly enjoyed my stay. The only downside is the construction outside, makes for a difficult walk into downtown. However, construction will eventually finish, but if the hotel suffers to please guests then the construction isn't the issue. The staff has been accomodating and very friendly. The room is fantastic, spacious, comfortable, clean, and exactly what I needed for the night.

Hotel was great, clean, updated and upscale, organized and the staff seemed friendly and eager to help when needed. Parking is the only downfall in this area because of downtown, and I recommend valet, even though it is $50 per night. Steep price, however, it's a must when staying at the hotel due to the hassle of parking elsewhere.

Super clean and was easy to check in early. Plan on a $50 valet parking if you can’t find street parking. Indoor pool was a nice touch.

The hotel may be re-modeled but the experience hasn’t gotten better. The cleanliness of the room the staff presentation and overall guest experience is that of a 1 star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel - there seems to be no standard that they hold themselves or staff to.

Property was very clean, great location downtown Fort Worth. One downnside is that there is no free parking for guest, you must find your own parking around the property unless youre willing to pay $48/ night for valet parking. Other than that, everything was good.

This stay was booked through Expedia and paid in full. They charged my card the full amount when I checked out. I went back and they kept denying it. I showed them the card account were it was charged and the email receipt were it was charged and says total paid balance 0.00 But they still wanted to argue. So if you stay there check your accounts.

This place is pretty classy inside. Tons of seating and a nice restaurant to eat at. Have to check out the restaurant. The decor is beautiful. The rooms were clean and beds were super comfy.

Room service open our door multiple times, we told them we don’t need room service they said they didn’t receive notice from front desk to confirm no room service needed. Knocked door early morning and just opened our door. No double lock on the door.
