    HORRIBLE! First, they didn’t have the King Superior room I booked. They said they gave it away to a walk in. Got out in a dirty room with two tiny full/queen beds. AC was off, so room was 80+ and took hours to cool. Poop splattered under the bathroom sink. Dead bug on the sink ledge. And cockroaches throughout the stay. We left and got a better hotel, with no credit or refund. Do not stay here

    The bathroom ceiling fan fell on my head while I was on the toilet. The staff said, well they’re all brand new. Not are you ok? Clearly the fan wasn’t new. It looked like they were getting ready to replace it, but hadn’t got to it yet. Not so much as, please let us refund you. I just got a sorry about that. Awful!

    The room was disgusting. The door looked like it has been kicked in at some point. The walls had gunk on it. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was missing. The sink stopper didn’t work and was alway in the closed position. Half the lamps were broken or missing light bulbs. There were bugs all over the place. We were planing on staging cause we were going to a concert but ended up leaving early. Would not stay here again.

    Both rooms smelled like urine and feces, people live full time. The halls stunk like weed and dog poop. There was a full time resident in the parking lot living in his RV. This place was disgusting. We had to book two rooms across the street for Friday and Saturday because it was so nasty. And they obviously would not refund our money.

    Could not check in, because they have (per the clerk) no jetted tubs in the building. (What we paid for) Additionally, they are not ADA complaint and have no elevator. Clerk also lied to hotels.com and claimed my wife and I demanded TWIN BEDS!!!! Worst experience ever, and we never even checked in

    Went to a music fest and was one of few places that had rooms. When I got to the hotel to check in, the front desk tells me that my room was un available and I was gonna be given a different room. Price difference wasn't much so no big deal. After the festival I get back to the hotel. I walked into my room to see roaches running across the floor and two on my bed. Went to the front desk to address this issue, and the man tells me, "well I showed u the room before u rented it." I said yes, u did, but, u didn't show me the roaches that were apparently renting this room as well. I asked to be compensated for my room as I wasn't going to stay there and he gave me the same answer. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

    This place is disgusting. The floor is filthy. The entire place looks worse than some that I have seen in third world countries. The chair has ripped upholstery. The other furniture pieces look like they have barely survived a frat house party. I have stayed at several Red Roof Inns at different locations. I have never been charged a deposit for having my dogs stay with me. Here I had to pay a $100 deposit, in cash ONLY. I am doubtful that I will get it returned.

    Although I had to clean the room when I got here. Isnt 90 buck too much specifically because I had to do my own cleaning. (And while I’m here that’s what I will do no maid service needed cause evidently they can’t clean) and the remote doesn’t control the volume of the tv the tv has no buttons. It’s a place to lay my head until I can find a house.

    There was so many issues with this hotel. We went to check in at 3:30p, process was normal. When we arrived to our room, the door was open and hadn’t even been cleaned yet. Same thing happened to other guests on the same floor. We went back to the front desk and was assigned another room. After arriving to the second room, the conditions, we felt were, were unsafe. Ac was broken, vent in restroom filthy and full of thick lint/dust, mildew/mold all around the tub, the wall around the shower was cut out and hadn’t been filled or caulked or anything and the mirror was filthy! The exterior was no better! Every AC unit was broken outside and they tried to cover with makeshift vents and barbecue grills! Our neighbors had cheese on their ceiling, no vent in the restroom but it was an open space with wires hanging down where it used to be and their shower had old caulking underneath the spout covered in mold and rust. This was disgusting and concerning enough that we had to go check into another hotel because we felt unsafe there. I do NOT recommend this place. Also one of the front desk gentleman was extremely rude and tried to blame guests for those mishaps. I took pictures as proof but unable to upload them here.

    If i could leave a review of 0 I would. This place was filthy! Blood on the door and floor, rooms not clean, staff rude, roaches, trying to charge us extra for handicap accommodation, ppl lived there and their kids played paintball in the parking lot next to cars, a guy was stripping paint off the hood of his car all hours of the night right outside my window and then there were truckers bringing lot lizards there to screw. We couldn't afford to leave and try to find another hotel in the area, as we were in town unexpected for a funeral. To top it off, they charged our credit card multiple times for the room and only tried to "fix it" when we threatened the police. I have contacted the BBB.

    Expedia overbooked 1st Hotel, then assured us the Red Roof Inn was ready for our arrival. They Were Not! After a lengthy text with Expedia, the hotel desk was notified, and our 2nd attempt at getting a room was complete. Overall condition of hotel and room was the worst I've encountered. Food appearing to be Taco remains were on the nightstand, dry dog food in corner of bathroom counter, and not sure of the white residue on the room's desk. Shower control only allowed a trickle of water out the shower head. While out during the day, our room had been entered, bed sheets etc striped from the bad, and towels removed from bath. Hotel desk assured us No One could have entered our room while we were out. At that point we decided to vacate this location early. This Listing needs to be removed from places to stay.

    This is my first time ever traveling to Texas. I called Thursday asking if I could check in early on Friday since I had an early landing. I was told I could check in at noon. Friday I called confirming I could still check in at noon, the time was then changed to between one and two, no big deal. I took an Uber to the hotel around 1:15-1:30. The owner of the property was absolutely rude. She was extremely rude when informing us there wasn’t a room ready yet. Around 2:15 I’m assuming a worker came on shift and said she could check us in. All the owner had to do was inform us it would be a little wait and when said worker was available she could get us checked in. On top of that I asked if we could use the pool while waiting to check in and once again, the owner got very nasty about it saying the pool was being cleaned so it couldn’t be used. Once we got to our room it smelt absolutely disgusting. We had turned the air conditioning on high cool, but it wasn’t working whatsoever. We assumed since it had just been turned on it was going to take a little for the room to cool down. We were exhausted. We decided to nap thinking the air would start working and everything would end up being fine. Once waking up from our nap the room was ungodly hot. Being drenched in sweat, a wash cloth had gotten wet to was our faces to cool us down. The owner wouldn’t refund any money back due to the bed being slept in and one “ruined” was cloth. This has been the absolute worst experience.

    Completely Horrible, I got in at 10pm for check in but the lady at front desk just came around the corner with a massive attitude and just yelled we don't have any vacancy, I tried to explain I had reservations for 2 notes nutshe said no, to take it up with whomever I booked the room with. I was flabbergasted, ended up sleeping in the car, not FUN. So I came back the next day hopefully with someone else on duty . But nope same lady working and starts with that. Attitude once again "itold u last nite we have NP vacancy and turned around and went in back room, so I began to ring bell, she came back even worse attitude " saying we have No rooms cu didn't have any maids to clean any of the rooms.. so very bad bad experience I don't recommend it to anyone. Go down the road to motel 6. She told me to call hotels.com for a refund. So, how do I go about that now... Mark Christensen

    Your staff checked a new guest in to the hotel in MY room at 4am. So while I'm sleeping, someone opened my door. Luckily, I had the latch closed. I assume he went to the front desk to get another room assigned. It was scary enough that I'll never go to sleep in a hotel again without double-checking the secondary latch on the door again.

    My stay here was absolutely horrible. Not only did they give a key to a complete stranger and I had random people coming into my hotel at 2 in the morning. They started blowing the room phone up at 10 AM to ask my name. We had another hour to check out. Then right after the phone calls house keeping just helped themselves right into our room while I was getting dressed. When I asked to speak to a manger I was told they there was one there. Absolutely horrible service.

    We requested a microwave but none was brought and no explanation given. So the upcharge was extra money for them. We wanted to stay close to the Fort Worth Stockyards and it was further away than advertised online. The place isn't even in Fort Worth, it's located in Saginaw, so beware of the Red Roof Stockyards advertising if you really want to stay in that area.

    The front desk area is always closed and you HAVE to use night window. The man who works there is rude. When asked about broken phone, window and coffee maker, his reply was talk to the maid, she did not speak English. After first night I rebooked a better room that he kept insisting was not available but when I gave him confirmation page, he was not happy but room magically was available! When I moved to new room I insisted that he come to new room and fix issues. I would suggest if you stay insisting on room be appropriate!

    Absolutely awful. I was not told about a cash pet deposit before arrival so had to change my stay from a 2 night to a 1 night to be able to have enough money to go find an atm and get the cash for the deposit, then had the room next to us fighting and screaming and throwing things until 3 am!

    This place is not in Fort Worth, it’s “Saginaw”. The room was not clean, bugs/hair on the beds. Bathroom was dirty. The main doors are opened. The smell was awful. Run down is an understatement and druggie central. We literally saw people in the parking lot engaging in sexual acts. Do not stay here!!!

    I wish I would have taken pictures of the sheets with dog prints all over the sheets and the bathtub water spout was secured to the wall with glue and broken shower liner. I know the floor was not mopped because there was money left in the corner behind the door. Also the hallway had not been vacuumed in days. And I will be contacting Red. Roof about this also. The management just did not care about the appearance of there properly.

    I have always stayed at Red Roof Hotels, and never had an issue, until this past weekend. When i arrived, i checked in like usual. Veey smooth process, and the lady was nice. It went down hill from there. Got to our room, the A/C was leaking so there was water everywhere. Called the front desk, and said maintenance would come. Nobody came until Saturday afternoon. Sunday morning around 5 am, we were awaken by a man threatening to hurt the other room occupant (i.e. saying he was going to beat her, he was going to kill her, and other phrases). We were very anxious the remainder of our time that morning before check out. I definitely would not recommend staying in this Red Roof.

    I found this place becasue I wanted to stay hear the Stockyards but it's not even remotely in walking distance. As a matter of fact, it is in a part of town that is outside the Stockyards and runned down. My stay was probably one of the worst I've ever had. At around 4 am, there was a lot of activity in the room above mine. Sometime after 5 am, I began to hear loud steps and fast steps, as in running and began to hear things being thrown, screams and louder items hitting the floor. This is when we realized that a woman was being beaten in the room. The phone in the room was inoperable and had to run down the hallway, only to not be able to go into the locked lobby. I had to go outside and hold the door, so thst my friend could go to front desk. Hats off to the front desk guy, who ran upstairs to find out what was happening. I too, ran upstairs but too late and only saw the barefoot woman walking behind three men. She was sobbing and saying she just wanted to leave. No police was called and i was so fearful of some retaliation from the person staying in the room above that we fled in fear. I am still haunted by the screams, her body slamming on the walls and floors. Why didnt the police get called? Why are phones inoperable? Hotels, Motels and Inns like these should not be allowed to be on Hotels.com. Please, do not stay here. I was fearful for my safety and was afraid i would end up dead in my room.

    the property was run down, the lobby closed, so we had to lug suit cases up stairs, pool closed. This property is a dirty pit. If I'd had another option we would have left.

    Nothing, straight up hood over there. The pool looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a long time. There was algea everywhere. Gate was locked. They advertised breakfast but you couldnt even get into the lobby. They had a window in the atrium to the lobby with a space for speaking to the people who worked the desk and we waited about 15 mins for someone to come answer the door bell. It was terrible.

    The place was going through a renovation. The first room we received the phone did not work and the toilet did not work. They did not have locking doors to the outside. It seemed very unsafe. The pool was black and had trash in it. There where bugs in the room. The lobby was closed.

    The hotel was located ‘fairly close’ to the Stockyard which was nice. However the hotel wasn’t in the best part of town, it was in a somewhat ‘lockdown’ - you could not enter the lobby but had to speak through a small window. Our overall experience was okay.

    Do not stay at this hotel. When we arrived there was no reception area. It was torn all up. It took 30 minutes for a person to come to the window and check us in. The door going in to the room from outside was not locked and should have been. The sink in the bathroom was falling off the wall. The room looked clean but there was a dirty face mask behind the nightstand so it was not cleaned good. The comforter had stains on it. The jetted tub was nice but we ran out of hot water. We would have left and found another but we were there for a funeral and had a late check in. For $100 a night it was a dump. Very disappointed and will never return here. Also our door key did not work twice and we had to go get new ones.

    My employer got me a room because my truck was broke down and gave me the reservation number from Hotels/com site. The lady at the front desk was horrible and told me that the hotel was full even though I had a reservation.

    Dead bugs in the room. The air unit in the room was noisy and kept us up all night. We cancelled our 2nd nights stay because it was so bad. Not safe.

    The hotel smelled, and the room had a terrible upkeep to be able to still use the room for price had to pay. There was barely any hot water for the shower and no water pressure for shower. Would not stay there again, or recommend friends to stay either. And the fact that you have to pay more for a non-smoking room is not right.
