The internet did not work “due to rainy conditions outside” Although signage throughout the hotel indicated that breakfast was offered for a longer period (half hour longer) ; it was not.

The Front desk Staff is Horrible, the breakfast was no good enough, pool was close, Vending Machine products are expensive and the Marihuana Smell was all over the Hall. They need to do better with Smoking Rooms. They need to do some restrictions.

It’s difficult to get them to do anything helpful. Asking for housekeeping is gated by the location of the maid in the hall. If your door has been passed, they can’t go “backwards” so you have to appeal to the manager. Wake up call request was unsuccessful. I could literally feel that when I called and asked for it, that it would not be honored. Thanks goodness my phone alarm worked. Bed was decent, not “good” but ok. The A/C worked well, which was the brightest spot in this dim experience. I hope this is helpful. I tried to call the front desk to report these issues, but there was no answer and I could not reach anybody. I think this place might be family owned, and either they are really new and not great at hospitality, or perhaps they just don’t care. I think it’s both actually.

I have stains on my bed sheet and comforter. Went downstairs and told them, the front desk guy told me there is no room service at this time so he can only give me new bed sheet and I can change it myself. The next day, no offer of switching rooms. I would not stay there ever again.

Lobby smelled of hospital cleaning solution. Hot tub was not working. And late night movement could be heard from floor above.

Finally an economy room that didn't have a bad odor.

The room wasn’t available when it was suppose to be we were made to wait two hours after then checked in only to stand in the hallway because the maids wouldn’t allow us in our rooms. They also charged me 150 dollar deposit above and beyond a rooms that had already been paid for online. The rooms were dirty we had to clean the tubs to sue them ask for clean blankets for the beds. And the pool was closed off and we couldn’t use it the excuse was they didn’t have a full staff so they couldn’t clean or allow folks to use extra towels to be in the pool. That also made rude comments about how I should have paid more for my rooms and there’s no way the price was correct. If you don’t want people booking through other sites maybe don’t post your property. Over all it was a disappointment.

Although clean, the room was poorly maintained. The sink and toilet paper holder were falling away from the wall. The toilet was cracked. The handheld shower holder was broken. Noise was a huge problem at all hours. We could hear conversations and alarms from neighboring rooms. Guests walking in the room above sounded like tap dancing.

My husband and I stayed at this establishment for the first time and have never stayed in such a horrible place. When you enter the hotel it smells, then we get in the elevator and smells like marijuana, and the floors smell just as bad. The property is old and falling apart inside. Our room did smell clean and was presentable until we noticed our comforter had stains and pen marks all over it. The bathroom towels had stains and shower head was rusted. We went to breakfast first morning and nobody was tending to cleaning area up or refilling food. The dining hall smelled and dirty. We didn’t end up eating breakfast at all there. I am a travel agent so it is part of my job to review these establishments and I won’t be referring anyone here or going back myself.

The elevator was not working and they put us on the second level. We then tried to use the vending machine which also wasn’t working. Lastly, the restroom toilet was not too clean & the TV was not working. Will not be staying here again!

Close to our family. We got stuck in a handicap room which had no counter space around sink in bathroom and it was on the first floor with kids running in the room above us.

The receptionist was wonderful. She is very nice and helpful. Walking to my room I was a little nervous because the hallways smell and everything was run down. But the actual room was very clean and modern. Walls are thin so you can hear a lot but it was not very loud. Breakfast was just ok. Good budget option if you are traveling on I-35.

How our guest to order food when hungry. Was not very accommodating. Breakfast was good. The restroom door was not able to lock,the door handle was off from the door insert. Our towel were removed but was not restocked, was not very kind. We just finished out out stay, we were ready to head out. Thank you Expedia for help with the reservations, we did have fun for our event. Thank you.

The bed and the room was comfortable. None of the side doors worked you had to walk all the way around to the front entrance. There was people playing really loud music till bout 1:00 in the morning in the parking lot literally in front of the office. And they tax i believe $17.00. Never again !

Not much to choose from being only 15 minutes after it was available. Room was hot when I walked in. No ashtray had to go down and get one. Microwave did not work. Coffee maker did not work spit out water from the back all over the bathroom counter and floor. When asked about them at the front desk. Said "Sorry" maybe have one tomorrow. Pillows smelt like sweat . Door to my room was cleaned with something sticky. I ended up leaving early and, while checking out the front desk worker hesitated to give me his name after I asked. Pretty disappointed about the whole situation.

Stayed at the hotel twice in one week. I personally checked in the first time no big deal. Had my husband check in the second time and he was demanded to pay a $100 security deposit. Seemed kinda sus to me. Guy at the desk was extremely rude to him then threated to make the deposit $250 of he didnt just pay it and check in.

Hotel details say the desk closes at midnight. I called and the receptionist said she would be there. We got thereat 1:30am and she was pleasant and fast.

It was very loud starting around 6 AM. The shower curtain would not stay closed. The blinds did not block out the light so once the sun came up it was very bright. My biggest complaint is my key card wouldn’t open the outside door to the building when I got back to the hotel about 3 AM. I had to walk around the building to go through the front doors. I didn’t feel safe doing that.

Did not watch TV afternoon and evening of check-in. Next morning TV was not able to change channels. They ended up getting it reprogrammed to where it worked properly. That same morning, cleanup staff knocked on our door to see about cleaning. I told them everything was OK except we needed clean towels. They said we would have them after 1 o’clock. Got back to the hotel room at 1:30… No clean towels. Asked front desk about clean towels and they said cleaning ladies had already left. Had to really be assertive and carry back the dirty towels myself in order to get clean towels. Really bad service there.

The room itself was good. The bedding and towels were horrible! They stains and holes. The pull out had no bedding and we had to ask for it and given minimal. No restroom downstairs. It was locked and we had to ask to be unlocked and they didn’t want to. Asked for more towels one night and was told no.

The property was in a convenient location with restaurants nearby. However, although the hotel was listed as non smoking, the pot smoke and cigarette smoke was very apparent when walking by several rooms.

When we went to our room, i went immediately to the restroom because i want to pee coz im pregnant. When i open the toilet bowl there’s a pee and i took a picture of it. Then i went to the front desk to report it. Then, they just ignored us.

I am comfortable in that hotel.

The breakfast was absolutely horrible. I also tried to book this room with Choice.com loyalty program and it showed sold out but was available on Hotels.com.

We had a very nice stay other than the pool area was closed due to a severe thunderstorm earlier in the day. Breakfast option were pretty good other than the scrambled eggs were cold and the sausage was either almost burnt or not fully cooked. Great restaurant options within walking distance. 6 different choices of food styles in a 2 block distance.

When you walked in the hotel it reeked of marijuana.

There was a towel hanging in the restroom that had toothpaste on it, and the floors had not been swept when we checked in. I've stayed here twice and both times the smell of marijuana was overwhelming in the lobby and hallways.

The staff was friendly and helpful. But the rooms where not that clean and the night club 100 yards away doesn't help trying to sleep Friday ti Sunday. Other then that, it was fine.

The property smells OLD!! It has a dingy look, and they have the NERVE to charge $100 per day incidental fees. Nothing in the hotel looks over $65. The card key wouldn't work. Thwy switch cards 3 times and then gave up and swithed the rooms. You have to put some thing in your car making me feel like i was in an unsafe area. Never wver again

Overall it was a good stay, however, Expedia failed to send the reservation to the actual hotel. Thankfully they had rooms available but had they been sold out we would have been out of luck! The manager said this has happened before. Expedia needs to get their stuff together and actually send the booking to the hotel.

The man behind the desk was very rude when we got there, but everyone afterwards were very polite. The television wasn’t working in our room and there wasn’t a maintenance man on site to fix it. Overall very poor experience.

Arrived closer to 11pm after booking 1 month in advance. Hotel did not have record of my reservation. Front desk lady was not helpful. Lobby smelled strongly of cheap cleaning products.

When I get there they said there wasn’t a reservation under my name, after like 20 minutes they finally gave me the room. The bathroom was dirty the ac too, the microwave and the mattress cover as well.

Professional, clean , good breakfast
