    Do NOT stay here. I arrived at 12:15 AM only to find out that they had given away my room that I had reserved and paid for the day before. I even confirmed my room the night before. I even witnessed the night manager calling another guest, who was on her way to the hotel… Driving… At 1 AM… And informed her that her room was also no longer. I don’t know what’s up with this hotel but I will never stay at a Holiday Inn ever again simply because of this experience. I was stranded until 3 AM in another city trying to find another hotel room. I’m going to let everybody know that I can. And I have a very loud mouth.

    First thing I would comment on is the staff! They were amazing! From the front desk to the breakfast personnel...everyone was friendly, smiling, and so willing to help! Made an amazing first impression! They should all get a raise! Our room was not quite ready when we got there around 5pm and we were given two free drink coupons for having to wait. I don't think it took ten minutes before we were able to go up to our room. Breakfast was good and again the breakfast lady was fantastic! The location was okay for what we needed, but maybe not as convenient for folks who wanted to walk to services or food. Not too much close. The only reason I didn't give this five stars is because our room didn't have very good lighting. I had a hard time putting on makeup as it was difficult to see. Also, the shower had very little pressure and only opened one way which made it difficult to turn water on without getting in. Otherwise, it was comfortable and fit our needs well. I would definitely stay here again, just because of the staff! So nice to be so welcomed!

    After a 15-hour drive, we arrived exhausted at 2:00 AM and were assigned a room on the 4th fl. Upon entering, we were immediately met with a strong marijuana odor. We had to return to the front desk with all of our belongings and request another room. The replacement room, located directly across from the elevator, was dirty and poorly maintained. Furniture surfaces were sticky, food stains were visible, and the overall condition was unacceptable. By the time we settled in, it was nearly 3AM. At 5AM, constant elevator traffic, slamming doors, loud footsteps, and hallway conversations made it impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, the shower dispensers were empty. When I called the front desk, only shampoo was provided, and I was told the hotel had no body wash available. I spoke with the manager, Jay who agreed to cancel the remainder of our reservation at no cost and assured me we would not be charged for that first night. When I requested written confirmation, he claimed none was available because the reservation had been canceled. 5-9 days later, I discovered my CC had been charged the full amt. Despite multiple calls + messages, Jay never returned my calls or addressed the issue. I ultimately had to dispute the charges with my CC company.Between dirty rooms, lack of basic amenitiesexcessive noise, and mngmt fail to honor the

    Overall was a great stay for our short trip. Located in a great area. Only complaint was the shower had low pressure, floor of the shower was pretty slippery, and the shampoo dispenser was empty/watery.

    Hotel appeared to be clean but the horrible smells as if they have backed up sewers or something else, was just down right deplorable. We had no tissue paper in our restroom, nor did we have towels. We called down to ask for service as we had just checked in. After two hours we went down and picked them up ourselves along with cleaning supplies. The hideaway bed had no linens in the room. When we went back down to ask for them, they were all out of fitted sheets, comforters, and pillows. We were given 1 flat sheet and bed liners/ pads for blankets. I booked my room over a month ago. What a horrible waste of money. I will never stay here again or another IHG property.

    I reserved a king suite so we would have the couch. When I checked in I went up to run 428 it did not have the couch it was not a suite it was a regular King room. I called the front desk she then gave me keys to room 438 as it said on the envelope. I went upstairs tried to open the door to 438 and the keys wouldn’t work so I had to go back down to the front desk. She then said sorry it’s 434 and redid the keys and gave them back to me. I went up to room 434 it was also not a King suite. I was done it shouldn’t take an hour to get in my room I just left it be.

    The front desk staff was awesome. The only problem i had was our room was unclean grease boot prints in the sheets, hair in the shower floor.

    Check inn I dealt with very rude staff the room I was given heater was very loud like it needed maintenance or tuneup the bed corner was sinking in due to the rudeness I dealt with from the front desk I didn’t go back down to address the issues in the room. In the morning breakfast staff was fighting and there hardly was any food . Staff stated it was due to the truck delivery didn’t come in. The shouting was very loud I felt terrified and uncomfortable. The area in which the hotel is located is nice I wouldn’t never expected the service from which I received.I am truly disappointed in the lack of professionalism, and compassion and management stating I would be fully refunded and should see it in five days and let two and half weeks later I am still following up about my refund I called and was hung up on.
