Front desk staff was amazing

Location Arrived & a/c did not work in room; TV did not work for entire stay and the fire alarm went off the first night - false alarm due to previous maintenance on system

There is no coffee in the room.

Don’t expect to watch TV. We could not figure out how to get it to play anything. I think they have internet problems. But, I wouldn’t know since I could not get it to log in by any method. I’m not planning to visit Ft worth for a while so it doesn’t really matter.

Our room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Front desk checked us in with a smile. Made us feel welcome. Breakfast was great! A/C kept us cool. Thank you for a great stay. We will definitely be back.

My family and I stayed here for 5 days, and we had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the staff made us feel right at home. We truly appreciate the great hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very noisy-group there were still making noise at 1:30-I did call the front desk and I think they took car of it-it did finally stop. The room was worn looking-bathtub white finish chipped off, different things just looked a little worn

Room was extremely hot when we arrived and we never got our room cleaned or fresh towels! That’s ridiculous!

The room was clean and all of the staff were very courteous. Breakfast was good and loved that it was available at 6am on Saturday and Sunday! The hotel location has easy access to the interstate and we loved that.

Traveling home later looking at my credit card I see that I indeed prepaid for 2 nights and now have an additional charge for a new reservation. This is so messed up. I did reach out to find out why my prepaid room was cancelled. No one call, no mailed or texted me for confirmation. They said we didn’t check in with their time period…. I asked for documentation on that policy. Didn’t get any… We were charged around $500 for this experience and will never stay at this hotel chain again and I’ll never use hotels.com for bookings.

Girlfriends visiting Ft. Worth. We can always count on Holiday Inn Express being clean, very comfortable, excellent fresh breakfast, safe surroundings. Great staff and great experience.

The air constantly shut off and if we left for the day once we got back we would walk into an 85 degree room! No towels at the pool or easy access to a restroom while at the pool. The TV in the room had a huge, very noticeable scratch on the screen. We paid in full online but then when we got there required our credit card and a deposit of $100 which yes I understand in grand scheme of things but would be nice if told this ahead of time. The hotel isn’t easy to get to because the address doesn’t include that it’s on a service road so the maps send you to wrong place.

The atmosphere was calm and quiet and the service was very good and helpful with anything that we needed

As for the room, we did find a dead roach by the toilet which was not removed after housekeeping cleaned (glad it was not alive). We did have to ask for an iron which was not brought to us until we asked for it twice.

Short but sweet

Very comfortable and the service was great. Complementary breakfast exceeded our expectations.

Overall I had a great time there. Accessible to the highway, shopping centers and parks near by. Only thing was the pool wasnt opened at the time.

Elevator didn’t work well for the 2 nights we stayed there. We were on the 3rd floor and my wife was stuck in the elevator for a short time. Had to use the stairs after that especially moving luggage out.

I’ve stayed here before and really liked it so why not come back!

The room was fine but the tv didn’t work. I called to ask about it and yr front desk lady said she would be up to fix it. Never showed up. At check out I let her know the tv didn’t work. She said “oh I was trying to figure out…” I’m assuming she didn’t hear me say “this is Tracy in 209” when I originally called.

Our stay was very good, the room was ready for us. It was very inviting. Everything was in working condition with no issues. Continental breakfast area was clean and had the basics for breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good as it was not far from the attractions and things we had planned while in the area. I would stay here again if I were ever in the area.

In my experience the beds are very comfortable but for people like me who are 5' tall they are very high and it makes it difficult for us to climb onto them.

I loved the staff and comfort of the rooms and beds!! Roushi, Lisa, Alice ., all of them were super nice and accommodating!!

Very nice, large room, tons of outlets and lights. The bed was surprisingly very tall and hard to climb into. Conveniently located. Breakfast was not worth the time. Very Bland. The oatmeal cookies however we're tasty. Staff were very friendly.

The hotel and rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The beds were so comfy, I didn't want to leave. The staff was very friendly.

Good hot breakfast with several options! The room was cozy and clean. Even thought this hotel is located next to the highway it is not noisy. This hotel is also very conveniently located right next (literally steps away!) to a Denny's, Shell gas station, a tea shop, and a liquor store.

Nice stay. Room was handicap accessible and was quite large. Ceiling in shower had been repaired but they never repainted so that was a little ugly. Overall great stay though.
