Our shower detached from the pipe on the wall and it took several hours before maintenance came. Mattress was extremely firm, woke up with aches all over. Breakfast was decent, pool was clean, staff was friendly.

Easy to book and check in. Building in somewhat poor condition. Plug ins didn't work. Weak air conditioner. Staff did poor job cleaning and emptying trash. No fresh towels or linens provided for stay over guests. Pool and hot tub were non accessible for a majority of the time that we stayed there. Most of the staff did not speak english. Very limited parking space. The breakfast provided was so poorly prepared that we opted to just go out to eat instead. The elevator is faulty and we had to use the stairs most of the time while we stayed there. Over all, it was one of the most disappointing Comfort Suites I have ever stayed in. I will not stay at the Lake Worth Comfort Suites again.

Toilet was not clean.

Pretty run down. The first room we were given was in quite a bit of disrepair. We were moved to another room that was smaller and didn't have as many items needing repair. The breakfasts were nice. We did try to get sheets and a blanket for the pull out couch and was never able to catch the woman at the front desk to get those items.

Staff Mattress was dirty on the pull out sofa they offered to change rooms but it was dirty and the door wouldn't latch. The pool closes too early

Location was good for the purpose of my stay. But that was intentional on my part Toilet didn’t flush. Roaches in hallway. The only outdoor seating available is a bench underneath a tree that was so full of bird poop that you couldn’t use it.

The staff was wonderful, but the condition of the building was fair. Our curtains had water stains like the room had flooded and there was repairs around the AC unit that looked like a novice had fixed them. The building and room was clean. The hot tub was not hot, so I'm assuming it was broken.

Smelled bugs

Breakfast was ok. Kitchenette was cleaned but it doesn't have any cook wares, utensils for cooking no utensils such fork, spoons etc..

No the breakfast biscuits were like rocks and crumbles. Whoever was staying above us was running across their room all night and staff seemed to not care. Said if we wanted a refund we could check out. The pool area is so hot it will make you sick, no ventilation. Pool chemicals overused to the point of not being able to use the hot tub. Not satisfied with our stay for the price.

Checked in and overall conditions were fair, but several issues stood out right away. The walls were dirty, bathroom tiles were cracked, and the light fixtures had visible grime. The water temperature was inconsistent and mostly cold, although staff responded quickly when notified. One major concern was the jacuzzi being located very close to the bed where our belongings were on the floor. It made me question cleanliness and safety, especially since there was already a noticeable musty smell upon entering the room. That smell, combined with the setup, gave the impression this may not have been an isolated issue. While the staff was responsive, the overall condition and cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired and made the stay less comfortable than expected.

The water in the shower will not get hot. The couch was missing a cushion. The room had a musty smell. The place just seemed to be kind

The hotel and room were overall not very sanitary stains were everywhere. Upon arrival we were given room key with no direction of where to go. Most upsetting and unacceptable was no hot water was avaliable anywhere on premises. It was known that there were issues but was not disclosed upon check in. Staff was very unfriendly and un professional in handling the situation. When asked to speak with a manager no one was available our entire stay. Refund was declined due to booking through a third party.

Closing of pool/spa area to early. Were adults and stay ip latwr than 9pm. It was a long day and i had to wait for my turn in the spa. That relaxation was much needed and cut short when the feont desk came and told is its closing. The day of check out the electricity went out unexpectedly and the elevator stopped. We had to take the stairs from the 3rd floor which is difficult when u need assistance walking and need the elevator. The quality of the rooms are not worth the price as is and when something like this happens its a really bad experience and makes ya feel like money wasted.

But the hotel lost power a poor kid got stuck in the elevator

The attendant at the front did the best he could with the situation, but I felt the hotel was understaffed with only him manning the lobby for a completely sold out night. I will definitely not be staying there again, and I hope this review helps them work out the staffing situation.

Pillows that look like coushions.. dirty bathtub and long ass hairs. Breakfast subpar, not staying again on my next Ft worth trip. Yokes.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very kind and helpful. We made a reservation but needed to come a day early due to winter weather. The staff made it so easy and kept us in the same room for our entire stay.

The water was runnning but wish I could get hot the hottest setting was luke warm. The bed was comfy and clean. The bathroom was decent but still toothpaste spray on the wall and somthing I was able to scratch off the wall of the shower. But other than that it was way better that the reviews, reviews terrified me. The room had an old stale smell and the hallways smelled like weed and cigarettes. Don’t forget your ID! But over all decent time slept like a baby

It’s a pretty good place to stay for a pretty good price. It’s a bit run down and smells a bit, but not bad.

The showers were luke warm at best. the hot tube wasn't hot. the stairs weren't even carpeted also there only 1 laundry room that actually works for all 4 floors the only nice thing was the location

The pool and the pool room were disgustingly filthy and rancid. The water was murky where you couldn't see the bottom. It had more of an opaque view. The floor was blackened with dirt and the stench was horrific. The hotel room smelled of smoke, they supposedly treated it but when I returned, it was still strong. The tub had stains in it even after requesting they scrub it. The television was tricky. The mean clerk stated I needed to wait for the manager some 14 hours later! The experience was terrible. I took a picture of her since she refused to share her name.

Stayed 4 nights and we never got housekeeping. Facility was non smoking bit you can smell weed throughout the whole building.

Honestly i wish i knew better before scheduling. The first room we were given was in poor condition and the couch bed had some old tupper wear with food wrapped up in it. There were stains everywhere and a funky smell . The second room was a little better but the smells persisted. The got water in the shower was non existent and the wall paper was Frankensteined into the wall with staples . The breakfast was super lack luster and did not look appetizing

My uncle had purchased two rooms; one for him, one for my mother. He unfortunately had a stroke the day before we left for our trip and was unable to speak; he was in the ICU. Per what the front desk worker told us at check-in, we had to have my uncle call and add my mother's name to his reservation. We told him this was not possible, and he told us that any of us could call as long as we knew the confirmation number, etc. We got all the needed info from my aunt and added my mother to the reservation. 15 minutes after she checked in, was given the room key, and got to her room... management showed up, kicking her out since my uncle was not present. After much back and forth (and lying by the front desk worker who told us to call and add her name), they called the cops on her for trespassing. I have never been so appalled in my life. The front desk worker clearly didn't know the rules, and instead of admitting that to the manager, he had 4 cops come to remove my 75 year old mother from her already paid for room. I promptly cancelled my reservation, too. They will never get my, or any of my friend's/family's business ever again!!

The rooms and overall condition of the hotel was not impressive, a little run down. Very quiet and a GREAT location, near everything you would need!!!

The hotel felt neglected, floors were very uneven and dangerous, smelt really bad, beds were really uncomfortable, elevator was sketchy. I thought comfort suites were suppose to be nice and comfortable and this place definitely was the opposite. Will definitely not be returning

There are no pet areas, so you walk your pet where ever you can. Some staff were friendly Just the front desk was poor. Its not as clean as it should be in all areas of the hotel.

DO NOT stay here. My husband woke up with huge bites on his head that are still healing a week later. We found bed bugs after inspecting the bedding. We notified the front desk staff and she showed no empathy and offered no solution. Additionally, the photos of this property make it seem clean and nice, it is not, it is dated, dirty and a totally different building than what is shown.

We enjoyed it the breakfast was on point, staff was very caring and professional, the room was good size, we literally had the pool area to ourselves the whole time. The only thing I could say bad would be the pull out sofa had food all on the bed and the hot tub was barely warm. Other than that a perfect stay absolutely enjoyed it and so did all the kiddos :)

I appeared that the carpeting in our room had not been cleaned recently, maybe ever. It had an odor to it that reminded me of skunk. The bed felt lumpy and I had difficulty sleeping. This property required that all sundry/snack purchases be paid for in cash...inconvenient for those of us who carry little to no cash and no receipt was offered at the time of purchase. Staffing was adequate but not very attentive or friendly. Although we have stayed at Comfort on may occasions while traveling, this property without doubt was the least appealing and maintained.

Decent place to stay, you get what you pay for. Beds ok, good water pressure, clean pool, good house keeping, but hotel is definitely dated and shows.

Paint, stapled on wallpaper, and many other things. In the room door to lock on door was completely broken had to put items in front of door felt a little unsafe. The exercise room all equipment was not working. It seemed as if they had it just for show. There was a broken down car on cement blocks in the parking lot. Staff not friendly at all. Breakfast was the same three items and i was there 4 day and i left early was scheduled for 5. I would not recommend.

We had a room for five but not enough bedding. The fold out couch had broken springs and the tv was not working.

At check-in customer was complaining about water smell. Day one notice that there is a wet smell, breakfast was good. Came back that evening with no water. Day 2 24 hours with no water - did receive a refund for that day. With no help from management due to we booked third-party. Day three and four - water was restored, but very limited Day five and six - refilling the shampoo and conditioner bottle seem to be a difficult task. Checked out with no problems, except that the elevator was not working for 24 hours as well. Disappointed due to the fact, the lake is five minute walk easy access on and off the freeway. One last thing, the parking lot that the facility has no control over, but people with trailers would block 4 to 5 parking spots, where a family with children have to walk farther due to these trucks with trailers.

Let me start off with the good. The front staff were very friendly and responsive. You get what you pay for. The price being on the lower end, it smelled like weed everywhere you went, the water was cutoff 2x during my stay. The room walls are very thin, one very slow elevator and the key cards repeatedly would get wiped requiring new keys. The AC worked fairly well and the beds were plenty comfortable. There were days my room didn’t get serviced despite not having the do not disturb card posted.

We had stayed in this particular hotel two years ago with no issues, so this stay was disappointing.

Not up dated at all, bed was terrible, no water pressure in the sink faucet.

I love this place ! It was so relaxing and very clean!

Room was spacious. Hotel had potent smell gave headaches, walls were thin and we heard every step people took and it sounded like the building and walls would collapse at any moment, breakfast was bad, no toothpaste in the market and non refundable and no cancellation allowed even when an emergency comes up. Elevators falling apart and hotel hallways were hot ,no airflow.

We love staying there but this year the air conditioning didn’t work properly but it was still a joy

No shampoo/conditioner or Kleenex. Asked front desk 3 times to have the maid do it on second day of stay. Finally had to go to front desk myself & get them plus towels Was rudely told by front desk person that I needed to put empty sign on door handle except no empty sign in room to do that with. Low water pressure in shower. No bugs however is only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of one

bugs in the beds, walls were filthy, smelled awful. aside from the property being old and run down it was disgusting. I had to load all my stuff and my kids back into the car after a 5 hr drive to go and look for another hotel.

Bed was hard pillows didn’t have enough filling to keep head off the mattress ice machine didn’t work. The place was clean continental breakfast was so so wasn’t worth 150$ a day stay

The front desk staff was nice and helpful, but the room smelled terrible. The best way to describe it is rancid Lysol. It was also very humid in the room, which makes sense because I noticed a large fan downstairs obviously there to dry out some kind of leak. There was no drain stopper in the bathroom sink or in the bathtub. The bed was comfortable though.

Tub had large hunks of hair, not just 1 hair, on the edge and wall. Talked to manager and was assured it would be cleaned by head of cleaning. The next evening, the hair was still on the wall. Took a picture to show manager the next morning and was told the head of cleaners did a “deep” clean. I showed them the picture I had taken and they basically called me a liar and said they had cleaned, when I had picture proof they did not. Very rude. Worst Comfort Inn stay we have ever had.

Elevator took quite a while so when we started taking the stairs, we found uncarpeted areas with carpet tacks exposed. In the bathroom, there were wads of hair, stuck to the shower walls. We had to go downstairs to get sheets and blankets for the pullout couch and that was inconvenient. The office area reeked of marijuana smoke at night when we came in.

This facility was in dire need of updating and repairs. There were a couple of steps in the stairwell with no carpet, but carpet nails exposed the workers at the front desk, reeked of marijuana when we came in in the evening the pool area look like it was falling apart

The smoke detector was covered with bag. The front desk clerk acted as if we were a bother. There was a loud fight that awoke us in the night.

Checkin was friendly and polite. Room had cracks in the bathroom floor and door was off balance. Possible cracked, uneven foundation. Was waiting for the building to collapse!!

I loved the place, yes is a bit old, but is perfect for the price and the service the people were super nice at all.

We booked a 3 night stay for a conference. booked our room on 3rd floor, king bed. nice roomy bathroom and room. comfy bed, quiet on 3rd floor. Breakfast very good. scrambled eggs, sausagage, bisquits and gravy, cereals, breads and waffle maker. variety of coffees in self make machine. friendly staff. highly recommend

The hôte was affordable and not too far from Dickie’s Arena. Bed was comfortable and breakfast had options for gluten free diet.

Had a lot of issues with people standing around outside that didn’t belong to the hotel room. I was hanging around quite a bit, drifting in and out.

I could see downtown Fort Worth from the distance the views upstairs was nice and vision epic

We stayed in rm 307 October 11 and 12. My daughter thought she got mosquito bites and she appeared to be allergic to them so went to the ER when we returned home. The ER stated she had bedbug bites everywhere.

Very clean and comfy room, staff were very courteous. Indoor pool was great! Parking seemed a little sketchy but well lit I would stay again.

Accommodations were made resulting in an upgrade because their hotel elevator was down and my senior mother was unable to climb 3 flights of stairs. The hotel desk was kind and empathetic.

We have stated at this property several times with no problems - this stay was a nightmare - moved to 4 rooms for a 3 night stay - 1st was not cleaned - 2nd tv would not work - 3rd the keys did not work 8 times - finally moved to a 4th room for the last night. Most staff were nice - others were tired of looking at us again and again just to get into our room.

The room I got did not feel clean except for the bed area. The reception staff & to some extent the dining staff were really helpful & friendly, this is the only reason my stay was tolerable.

Check in clerk was unavailable for 10 minutes at 7 pm. She was not friendly. Good selection of food at breakfast but it was all COLD !!!!

The hotel did not have a pleasant smell, the room was adequate until we unfolded the sofa bed and found the mattress falling apart, exposing the springs, and no extra sheets were stored in the closet. The window was missing one side of the sheer curtains. The bed was probably comfortable for some, but not our family. We slept poorly.
