Staff was courteous, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast not good for me. I prefer traditional breakfast. But if your into healthy grains, bran yogurt, you will be very pleased. My wife enjoyed the breakfast.I would stay there again,Cracker barrel was.close.

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament. It was a convenient location but did not feel safe one night while we were walking in as a guy got out of tinted car and followed us in. We were two younger girls so that was scary. Workers saw it and just walked into the back which I wasn’t a fan of. It was pretty clean except for the trash not being changed from the stay before ours in the bathroom and found some hair in the shower.

Breakfast not a full breakfast. Building seems fairly new, but is starting to settle. There are tons of repairs needed to create a 5 star experience. The first room we were assigned was not cleaned as if someone had been sleeping in the bed. Beds and mattresses are subpar, sit too low to the floor. Air/Heating unit was not working. Not enough towels and wash cloths in a double room for 4 people.

While the hotel appeared modern and updated my issue is with the cleanliness of the rooms. I Check the beds at any hotel I stay at, I requested to be moved from my first room because the sheets and pillows were full of hair. The mattress cover was not fully on the bed and when I pulled the sheets back and tightened the mattress cover I noticed the mattress itself had soiled stains. We were moved to another room and the sheets appeared clean no miscellaneous hairs through out the bed and the mattress looked fine. It wasn't until midway through the night I kept feeling crumbs on my legs, thought maybe it was just extra debris i might've put on the bed from walking around with my socks, so in the morning I pulled the sheets fully back and noticed crumbs towards the end of the bed, and guess what? A few strands of hair. Housekeeping needs to do a better job at cleaning the sheets and the shower.

Breakfast selection could be better. I did enjoy little breakfast I could just take and go. Parking was easy close to hotel. Hotel was very clean 10/10.

She eventually told me she’d let us in, but only if I "acknowledged the crime and lie" I had committed. It was the most unhinged, bullying behavior I’ve ever seen. I told her I’d rather take my business elsewhere, and she promised she’d answer the phone if Expedia called to authorize a refund. Well, she lied. I stood outside the hotel and watched through the window as she intentionally ignored three calls from the Expedia agent who was trying to help me. She just stood there and let it ring to try and strand us.

I had reserved 3 rooms with double beds. But at check in, staff indicated since they were sold out there were only 2 rooms w a double and 1 room w a king. I made the reservation several weeks ago so should have been able to meet my request of 3 double rooms.
