Bed was comfy and room was pretty clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Room door was very hard to open. Smelled like weed all the time. People were smoking in the hallways. We were there Thursday-Sunday and our trash never got taken out or our dirty towels picked up, etc. The night before we left, they put someone in an adjoining room and I swear, at 1am, they were talking in a normal tone but sounded like they were in our room! It freaked me out! We could hear every word they were saying and we had to get up at 4am to drive 14 hours home. On the hotel info it literally says that it is a soundproof room! Also, pool was closed and this was not communicated. It shows a bar on the pics but I never saw that open either.

Complimentary breakfast was above average with pancakes by no waffle maker. Rooms were clean and cozy.

The bed was comfortable and the stay was quiet. The facilities are older & our bathroom door was not properly attached & almost caused an accident. Front window was broken out & taped up our heat & air were alternating. Last, when we got back to our room around midnight, we had to call a cell number to let us in the property. There were people walking the area. Can’t say I felt the safest.

Comfortable. Great location. On the website the should say that the person needs to be present when checking in of the card being used. I was using my husbands card and they refused letting me use it saying it was a policy then that should be on the booking. Then the girl wanted to cancel my reservation and still charge me. The manager walked away letting the new girl deal with it. It wasn't very professional or assuring. The manager at check in at 3pm was awful and no people skills what so ever.

The hotel is really nice, kind of on the expensive side of things for what it is and where it is. The pool was closed this time around so couldn’t enjoy that. One good thing though is their breakfast, different variety of hot and cold choices every day. The staff is friendly and professional.

Overall this property met our expectations. We were a little concerned because it appeared the room across from ours had been broken into at some point. The little hole you use to look out the door was not there. Other than that everything appeared ok.
