Check in process was terrific. Vicki at the reception desk was outstanding. The next morning complimentary breakfast was awful. The employee responsible for stocking and maintaining the breakfast was doing a terrible job. Counters and tables were loaded with trash and crumbs. No juice, breads, pancake mix, oatmeal, condiments, cutlery, or fruits were available. We had to ask for a table to be wiped and for any food or drink we wanted to have. We were begrudgingly obliged. Pretty much ruined the entire experience. The breakfast guy doesnt want his job, hopefully Tru management will do everyone a favor and fire him.
