I always try to stay at a Hyatt Place when I can. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is always good, and the facilities are always clean. The Hyatt Place in Florence/Cincinnati Airport met the standards I can expect from a Hyatt Hotel. My family thoroughly enjoyed the selection of free breakfast and the pool that was well-stocked with towels. The staff at the desk were super friendly at check in and parking is great. No matter where you park, you’re never too far from an entrance. We enjoyed our stay!

The beds were horrible. My back and neck are killing me after sleeping in the bed for less than 6 hours. One of the beds was also so close to the air conditioner I had to crawl into the bed from the bottom.

We were there for just a weekend but we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a nice area that’s close to restaurants and shopping.

Two things I did not like were the bathroom door in proximity to the toilet. It is far too close and the housekeeping staff knocking on and trying to open our door at 8 am. Check out is at noon so there should be NO reason for them bothering us at 8 am. (there were no "do not disturb" signs to use.) Normally, by 8 am we are up, but this happened to be the morning after the tornados and when did not get to sleep until after 4 am due to no electricity in the room (not the hotels fault)

Was charged $23 just to park my car?! We were on a road trip and stayed at 11 different hotels and this was the only one to have for parking. Not to mention, some pulled the fire alarm at 11 pm which caused everyone to have to vacate for a half hour so the fire marshal can make sure it was only a prank. Nothing on booking.com states there’s a charge to park a car! If Hyatt wants more money then they should simply add $11.50 per night to their room. If you plan to stay here and are asked if you have a car here, simply say no.
