This type of hotel usually offers free coffee or breakfast. Not this place. Breakfast was available to order, which was okay. But even coffee, no free coffee, you had to order it at the bar area. Just seemed like other hotels offer more for the same price. The hotel was updated at some point, but it still looked dated in many places.

The guys at the front desk are awesome — always going the extra mile without even being asked. Super helpful and friendly every time. Can't say enough good things about them!

Room had a little order and door lock did not function.

BAR was not really a BAR and neither was the restaurant. Also, they didn't have stools for short/little people on hand.

It is an old hotel and not maintained to courtyard standards. Although our room was clean, there was a sour smell in it that made it hard to sleep.

I arrived during the huge snowstorm and Justin at the front desk was so helpful, he welcomed me in from the cold and his customer service was incredible! Overall the stay was very nice and the staff is wonderful, I would definitely recommend!!

I was informed after I checked in that I had to give a 24 hour notice for the shuttle. I almost didn’t get it, but hotel employee called them and they made a special trip out to get me to bring me to the airport.
