Nice clean room with good breakfast. Staff on checkin and evening shift very nice. Only issue was AC in room did not really cool efficiently. Did call the front desk and they sent someone up but he was unable to be helpful.

Great place to stay if you are going out of CVG. Shuttle available to take you to and from airport. You can leave your car parked on property for 50 dollars as an additional charge from your room.

It was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent and very convenient for our one night stop over. The breakfast was fantastic.

Friendliest front staff I think I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. They were friendly at check in and check out. Other staff around the hotel were friendly also. We went to breakfast kind of late. It was a little lacking but it was fine.

Great Rooms & good breakfast!!

The staff were so nice and friendly. I loved that breakfast lasted until 10 AM and that checkout wasn't until noon. The blinds in my room were broken so that was kind of a bummer to not be able to have sunlight. Also the manager texted me twice to check on me, which was weird. Other than that would definitely stay there again.

When we got to our room, it turned out that some young people had the next room and were quite noisy. We asked to be moved and the staff understood and were gracious about doing that. Staff was asked and gave us an excellent recommendation of a restaurant. Sheila in both cases was the staff who was so helpful

Very friendly and welcoming staff and helpful. Room was very clean and weren’t perfumed like so many places. Bus to airport was clean and on time. Had early flight so didn’t breakfast. Would stay again.

Our room only had one bath towel the toilet paper roll was empty and there was no hand soap
