Strongly recommended, local stores are walking distance. Location is in the middle of town. Excellent biking community. Don is amazing

The staff on duty was the absolute worst experience I’ve had trying to check in. We drove 13 hours straight and were denied a room because we had too many pets. Attendant tries to reach the owner of the motel but at 2 am that was doubtful. Thankfully Motel 6 saved the day and understood our plight. I do not recommend this place at all. Hospitality was garbage.

It's a loud area of town

The room was clean but frighteningly compact. It probably shouldn't have had two queen beds in there. There was a big closet and a weird room that probably used to be a kitchenette. The shower stall was strikingly small for the size of the bathroom and space available. An interior remodel wouldn't be cheap but would do a lot for making the rooms nicer. There was so much wasted space. If you're a light sleeper and/or don't like trains, this is not the place for you. It is right across the street from a very active railroad with three main lines. Trains pass all nice long. I didn't find it unpleasant, in fact I rather enjoyed it, but I like trains and am a heavy sleeper. Another thing to note that will matter to some, there is no step-free access. Well, there might be some rooms but I didn't see them. Because the place is not built on level ground, there are various numbers of steps required to enter the rooms. We had only one step, but one evening I saw two people helping an elderly woman up three steps into their room. The day we left, our neighbor in a wheelchair was screaming and yelling into the phone and at the Uber lady sent to pick him up because she was physically unable to assist him. That set the tone for the visit. Nothing wrong, but I could afford a nicer place.

The room was reasonably clean, and the beds were comfortable. The sheets and pillowcases appeared freshly laundered and well maintained, which helped make for a good night's sleep. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well and kept the room cool and comfortable. The room also included a small refrigerator and a Keurig machine, which was convenient. However, I would have preferred a traditional coffee maker, especially for guests who enjoy brewing multiple cups of coffee. That said, the room could benefit from a deeper overall cleaning. After walking around the room in clean socks, the bottoms quickly became brown, suggesting the floors had not been thoroughly mopped recently. While the room was generally presentable, this was noticeable and impacted the overall impression. The towels were functional but felt somewhat thin and worn for the price of the room. An upgrade to the towels would improve the guest experience. This is an older motel, and I understand there are limits to how much can be modernized. Overall, our stay was decent, and the room met our basic needs. The comfortable beds, cold A/C, and included amenities were positives. With more attention to deep cleaning and a few small upgrades, the experience could be significantly improved.

Just as expected. Standard motel, and the room I had was a little nicer than the pics, so that was nice! It's right across from the busy train tracks but with the fan on I barely even noticed. They supply ear plugs just in case. Nice guy at the counter. No problems.

Very clean, remodeled. Updated. It was nice last minute booking. AC could've been better. More bedding on bed for comfort. Maybe a mattress cover for comfort bedding, curtains more enclosed Maybe 2nd sheer to cover room so u can't see inside. For safety. Overall it was nice

We thought the price was too high & room was very old, shower was so small, train was way too close, didn’t feel the safest.

The location was great and the room was clean! What impressed me most was the customer service! The front desk clerk/manager was amazingly friendly and helpful. There is really nothing that I didn't like about the place. It didn't have a pool but with where it is located, this would probably not be feasible!

It's not what it seemed in the picture. More of a motel. Very friendly staff.

We were unable to breathe or sleep due to the air freshener. We assumed it would air out between 3pm and midnight, but the fragrance was soaked into the sheets, and we were both wheezing when we attempted to lie down. We tried to book another room at 2am, but were unsuccessful, so it was the bed or the car.
