Room was clean no complants there.

The microwave wasn’t plugged in. The TV quit working after the first night. The outlet I used to charge my phone didn’t work. The bathroom needed a lot of attention, especially the bathtub. Paint was tracked from the room to the hallway. For the price, it was not a good value.

We arrived late. Around 1am. Part of the hotel was not in the best shape. Unsure if going through renovations. Room was updated nicely. Large tv. Comfy bed. Full sized fridge. Was quick stop on our way home from an event.

The outside looks run down but the inside lobby and room was decently clean for the price. I specifically looked for a hotel with a pool, however, when checking in I was told the pool wasn’t accessible. This was disappointing and I wish this was listed on hotels.com prior to me booking. We also were locked out of our room before 11am which is check out. When I went to the front desk to see what happened, he said my phone deactivated the key card. I didn’t have my phone with me, it was in the room so…..?

Property entrance gave us the impression we may have made a mistake. The interior halls were not vacuumed and the place had a strong bad odor. That said, the room was acceptable for the price and value vs nicer mid-tier hotels. Definitely a, "You get what you pay for situation" and we just needed a place to sleep and take a shower while traveling. The king bed was perfectly fine - clean, comfortable, no smells. The shower showed it's age, but the water wat wet & hot, so it was perfectly fine at this price. The vinyl plank flooring was dirty, but the overall condition of the room as fine. The TV was surprisingly large! The AC unit was pretty loud, but it blew cold air and I slept fine but this could be an issue for many. T the end of the day, if you want a mid-tier hotel experience them pay for it. Otherwise, get some sleep and s shower and set your expectations accordingly.

The furniture was great but rooms werent super clean. Some stains on the sheets, water damage on the ceiling, the floor was a little dirty, and the bathtub looked like it wasn't cleaned in a long time. The staff was friendly but there wasn't a person standing at the front desk half of the time. The whole hotel was super hot along with the room but the AC in the room ended up being pretty good after a few hours. The room windows look nothing like they do in the pictures but the furniture is pretty accurate.

It's clean room, pet friendly, family oriented and wonderful staff.

Exterior looked a little sketchy but the room was adequate. I searched safety for that area of Fairborn and google said it was as safe as any place might be

The owners of the property seem to live there. There were shoes in the hallway, dirty lien basket left in the hallway, could smell food being cooked all throughout the facility. I found a roach in the bathroom of my room.

There was a strong scent of cleaner or air freshener. Place is a bit run down, but it was priced well.

I didn't dislike but the bathrooms are too small.

There was an apartment sized refrigerator, very clean, with a top freezer. Bed had clean sheets, but not ironed and wrinkles. The bed was comfortable. There were, from the car with weeds growing under it, some long term residents. I guess this is needed for a guaranteed cash flow. The lot has two buildings and the dumpster at the back building gives the impression that it is being renovated, but I did not see any construction activity the Thursday and Friday that I was there. There are smokers there, and the smoke detectors do work, but they hang out by the door, or sit in their cars to smoke. When then return to their rooms they bring the smell of smoke with them. The carpets are old but not yet worn. They are faded, but clean. The ice maker outside of my room was broken. Someone needs to spray weed killer in the pavement cracks. The leaks in the ceiling I saw have been repaired but not repainted. I was looking for an inexpensive hotel. I got what I paid for. I’m not complaining. I worked in the industry as an architect, so I am very critical. But remember when you go to “no name” budget hotels.

Great place and very reasonable price for overnight

My card was charged multiple times after check in, luckily it was locked. The room was not like the picture. I didn’t even stay 30 min, checked out and couldn’t receive a refund.

Absolutely nothing. Don't believe the photos, it seems newly remodeled only some rooms are, and it's half done. The hallways smell. It's multiple homeless people sleeping outside near the stairs. The front desk was very rude. The hallways are literally missing lights It's very dim. No elevator. The beds are very uncomfortable. I regret staying here even one night, definitely WILL NOT be returning.
