First time staying here. Excellent experience for the value. Nationally ranked tennis player and will be staying at other Choice properties if I have as good an experience as this one. Very modern. Clean. Good breakfast. Very pleased. Booking my next trip now. Was in town for family emergency. all good.

Our room smelled like smoke and the bathroom was sticky. We were too tired from traveling to do anything about it. We checked out a day earlier.

Upon entering my room I did notice splatterings on the walls. I bought with me disinfectant wipes as I always do when I travel and wiped the walls down. Also in the bathroom the walls need to be cleaned especially around the toilet area closest to the floor. Toilet was not that clean either. Bed sheets had dirty markings on them and comforter was stained as well. Overall, cleaniness needs to be paid more attention to.

Maintenance and replacement of room items needs to be addressed. TV remote power key does not work forcing people to plug in and unplug the TV to turn on and off. The non room darkening curtains have multiple tears of 20" - 30" vertically near the edges. They are disintegrating. The toilet seat was broken - still usable and closable, but needs replacement.

Location was ok. Price was reasonable for the time. Breakfast during my 3 day stay was mediocre at best. Hot foods were not hot at all. I had issues with a leaky toilet that were not resolved. Facilities looked run down and ill kept.

I didn’t like that there was no handicap accessibility. No elevator. Walked into the room with unclean sheets however the staff was kind and quick on your feet to replace the sheets. But overall, I didn’t fully enjoy my stay due to the first two reasons.

The person at check in was not friendly or welcoming. The property is dated and not kept clean inside or outside. They have breakfast but some of the equipment doesn’t work-juice machine out of order, sausage and eggs needed to be reheated in the microwave. Room was big and bed was comfortable.

I love how it was close to the Air Force base. This was the reason I chose this location for a Air Force graduation. The bed was comfortable. When I walked in the room it looked decent. However after looking more closely you can tell they don’t do the best with cleaning. There was pieces of hair in the shower. There was hair inside a pillowcase and hair on the lampshade. There were also spiderwebs in the room. The mix for the waffle maker came out super slow. Thought it was empty so I asked the staff to check. However it was mix but it takes 4 minutes for it to dispense the mix to make a waffle. The staff does not seem as welcoming like most establishments. The room had some type of musty smell.
