Everyone was super and went above and beyond to help us pick up our rental the next day! Room was nice and bed comfy!

Room was nice and comfortable. Got to breakfast at around 8am and must of the food was gone.

the best ever, ate breakfast at 6 and 10 lunch (late breakfast) nothing, centralized for coming and going, staff was overly helpful and informative

2. Shower fixtures about to fall out of wall, empty containers of shampoo and body wash. 3. Room smelled of mildew and ac was so loud it sounded like it was on verge of blowing up. 4. Probably worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Really subpar. And to top it all off, only like one pair of tongs so guests were just grabbing whatever with their hands.

Nice clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean. Gym was decently equipped. Very convenient to the airport- free shuttle was a nice convenience. Good option if you need a non-resort type hotel to explore Fairbanks.

Could use more attention to detail such as, breakfast organization, better options, and cleanliness.

Stinks, outlets don’t work, lights don’t work, it smells like weed all up and down the hall and it sees into your room. Bedding was dirty and had hairs all over the pillows , missing blankets furniture, broken, no screens in the windows and can’t open.

Kitchen staff worked hard and was friendly to all who dined. The facility was needing a weekend cleaning staff. Downstairs bathroom was dirty and out of paper towels. My room was under attended. No facial tissues, or kitchen items, but the room was clean.

I last stated here when it first opened and it of course was pristine. My room was clean but had a lot of areas on furniture that needed touch up paint from wear and tear that made it look not well taken care of. The very large, framed picture in my room was coming apart, the heat was at 80 and only cooled down to 76 but the staff was great and gave me a fan for my room. The first day Breakfast area was not kept very clean, the second day it was cleaner and the food was restocked. I only had the oatmeal and bagels, but they were good and had condiments to go with them. They had Eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy, biscuits, cereals waffle maker and juices, coffee and tea. There was plenty of parking. It was pretty quiet despite being very close to the airport.
