For the price per night I would expect a little nicer of a property. Its clean, but a little run down. Staff is ok- not mean- but not really professional. Food is gross.

I like that it was centrally located across from a major grocery store and gas station, it was quiet, clean, comfortable, and affordably priced!

Location was great, quick access to everything and being a tour pick-up location worked well. The breakfast was great, staff helpful, and the room was very clean. We did miss a pool and or hot tub.

Nothing This is not a hotel but rather a hospice. The staff was terrible and actually yelled at us for asking why the window was left open in our room and it was -40f outside. She said I don't know that is not my job! The heater sounded like it was about to blow up.

Experienced an excellent stay despite a problem with one bed needing clean sheets. The staff apologized and changed both beds without hesitation. We were impressed with immediate service, thank you greatly.

The staff was very nice. The elevator was broken for several days.

The room was clean. The beds and bedding was comfortable!!

The breakfast was fine. Not too many options. We were disappointed that breakfast was served very late in the morning one day due to a staff call-in. Cold breakfast items weren’t even available during this time.

Smoking near the front entrance. Consider moving smoke g area away from the door.

The heating system was not controllable in the room. It was too hot for comfortable sleeping plus the fan was always on and very loud. Staff had no way of controlling it. Thermostats in the room didn’t function.

Never Again! I used to like staying here. However this past trip, I was put on the same floor as a firefighter crew and they made a lot of noise and heard doors slamming all night til I got up at 6am. I had called the front desk at midnight who didn’t even attempt to quiet them down. The morning staff came up and she told one of the guys that they need to keep it down cause of complaints, so I know I wasn’t the only one who couldn’t sleep. For the price I paid, I should’ve spent a little more to get a quieter or nicer hotel!
