Ok stay for one night traveling with our dog. Cheap rate so we knew it wasn't the Hilton. Very quiet and 15 minutes from downtown and river walk for dinner. Definitely needs some repairs in walls where paint was peeling, wall patched, window shade torn.

If you want a fancy 5 star resort with a gym, pool, restaurant etc, this is not it, but it is definitely worth the price. I was there for 5 nights and will stay again when I go back to the area. The only thing I wish they would do is put no-slip strips in the shower. It was a little scary getting in & out of the tub. I was afraid of slipping.

I needed an easy and affordable place to put a friend up for a few days and they let me book and do everything for him remotely, he's stayed here before and this room was better cleanliness wise and also the TV actually worked this time, which last time it didn't. They require a deposit which I was aware of so I called and asked if I could prepay it, the man said yes and charged my card $100. When he checked in that afternoon they told him that wasn't acceptable and charged him $100 again cash only or tap to pay. They held both deposits the entire stay and beyond and have since refunded the card deposit but not the cash, denying that they took a second one when there is proof because he used Cashapp to pay it. I would have kept using this hotel in the future because it's affordable and convenient but this has left a bad taste in my mouth for sure.

To be honest it was hell.i was on 3rd floor and next to people fighting .I called down stairs to desk and it did no good I have never wasted money like I did with staying at this motel I had to check out at 1 am just to get some rest.the police finally showed up about 7 cars deep.but it was a lil late for me I was done I listened to this noise for about 3 hours.i don't recommend this place to anybody.wat a waste of my money.

Shower had no pressure. Shower fixtures were crusty bathroom exhaust fan overly loud. Tub was slimy whites were yellowing pillows were dead and rough. Bed were hard bed base was busted and creaky

Room had oder window left open while the hallway smelled like a weed factory and room wasnt cleaned properly and fixtures was falling off wall and hole in ceiling where smoke detector was

Location Cold water and no TV service Made several complaints with rude disregard and I was even threaten by a manger staff member resulting in police actions on hotel

Booked a room here to get some sleep on a trip home from FL. Checked in at 10:30-11pm. Lobby smelled like desk clerk just finished smoking weed. Rest of the place smelled of it too. By 2am the room above us was partying. Loud music and noises on the floor. Tried going back to sleep. By 3am they were even louder. We were planning on getting up at 5am to hit the road so we got up. Went to the desk and the guy working said we were there too long to get any money back. He could move us to a different room. Not sure why we should have to move instead of controlling the other room. And at this point I need to get up in 2 hours so what am i going to sleep? So after driving 12 hours I got to sleep about 2 hours for the full room price and then get back to driving the next 9 hours.
