this is a very old motel and has hardly any furniture in it . the second shift staff was great but the morning stuff was really rude. she left me standing there while she was looking at a personal video with another person. I should have been the priority since I stayed there

There was nothing to like. I didn't even stay that's how nasty it was. Pictures are not real. I made reservations online and when we got there the rooms were so nasty I didn't even stay. The pictures they show you are a lie. Holes in walls. The bed was not even made. They showed me to rooms and they both were nasty, dirty, and the walls were like someone had been trying to escape. There were drug addicts everywhere one kept trying to jump in front of our car as we were driving through the parking lot.

The first room they gave me, the door was already open and the room smelled like piss. I called the front desk and she gave me another room. Inside room 128, the new room was dog hair all in the bed sheets and the room smelled like dogs. I had to take everything off the bed and get all new bed coverings. My 2nd night I had to get a new key because the first key on day 1 would not open the room door at 2am. We went to the lobby to tell the staff Cody and he was rude about everything when answering my questions, about management and a refund for my stay. I asked when checking out to get my deposit back, since we had these issues and actually only spent 8 hours in the room for 2 nights with the fact everything was horrible could I get a refund, the girl said if you would've asked after the first night we would have gave it back. We'll, why didnt the staff tell and give me that option even though we barely stayed there. The pictures dont match the actual location on the inside and the smell of dogs and piss in a insult. Even the female who stays there, said that room 128 is nasty because she is aware about the dogs. She spoke very horrible about the room in front of the front desk female and still I got no refund. These people are well aware they room are nasty and filthy with a bad smell. When the first room was spoken about the girl should have told me I could get a refund which since I booked on this app, I didnt see that I could. I would like a refund.

This was probably the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Very dirty room, but the bed was okay to sleep in for a night.

I have enjoyed my stays at 1Life every time that I have been there. The only issue that I had was once there was only 1 bathtowel in the lrestroom. 5 stars though for their staff that saw the issue in the morning...
