The rooms and everything on the entire property was immaculate. The staff were top notch! Wasn't the best breakfast. Our shower leaked out to the bathroom floor, and was difficult to regulate.

Checking out the lady was not nice when she found out I used Expedia vs in-house to book I noticed a different attitude with person in front of me vs me when I checked out not very impressed

Close to the Ford Center Front Desk Customer Service when I checked in. Breakfast needs some work. There is not enough and hard to get your breakfast everything is spread out. Cleanliness lacking in shower and the room had an odor to the carpet. You could see where there was food between the sofa and the table. Smears on the TV and mirror.

Everything was superb. Breakfast was plentiful, always fresh coffee for an early 5am riser like me. Location was perfect for our weekend event at the Ford center. This hotel was totally booked for the weekend and the staff was top notch. Only a small issue was the room refrigerator was cool, not cold and without a freezer section. No room microwave but the lobby microwave was accessible. This Hyatt is still a “10” in my opinion!! Fabulous job!!

The people working there were friendly. The room had an interesting layout where there was sort of a separation between the sitting area and the beds. We drove to this property in particular to have a pool, but unfortunately the pool was so cloudy that you couldn’t see the bottom - unfortunately this is a red flag. The other problem is that there wasn’t bedding for the sofa bed, so we couldn’t use it - again we paid the extra price to have the pool and sofa bed and neither could be used. We didn’t pull out the sofa bed until bedtime, so it was too late to wait for someone to fix it and I honestly just couldn’t be bothered as we were so tired and I had just dealt with my kid melting down for an hour about the pool. Would have been better to just stay at a cheaper hotel when passing through.
