Wonderful stay at this property. The manager and check-in staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I look forward to staying there again.

No microwave in our room

The hotel was not prepared for the number of people checking in and the wait was 20 people deep.

It's close to the Ford center. Check in was a nightmare had our reservation for a month. Got put off for 2 or more hours because rooms were not cleaned almost late for our event because of it! People were upset and waiting for rooms totally handled poorly

Nice hotel, spacious rooms, and convenient location. Breakfast not included. There is a restaurant and lobby bar.

Hotel was very convenient for what we were staying for. The pool wasn't open so that was a let down for my children. All in all it was a great stay and would stay there again.

Saturday morning tried to order room service for breakfast and they said they were to busy that we could come down and get it but what is the point of that if you offer something you should make sure that it’s available for you customers to use it put us behind for the rest of the morning

The room had left over coke bottles from the previous guest. The bed was made and the bathroom had fresh towels and that was it. I have been staying at this facility for the last 4yrs and last year was bad, but this year was the worst. I will not be staying there anymore.

Indoor parking was nice. Clean rooms. Breakfast was a little pricey, didn't try. But overall great stay

Awesome property, clean, everything worked well. Great location for the arena Can’t say anything that was bad, maybe that the ac took while to cool but that’s little stuff

Clean rooms, easy parking and courteous staff

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, food from The Foundry was delicious and my drink from The Quarry Bar was great. Only disappointment was the pool area being closed.

The location and the beds were great, but not worth paying double for. On Wednesday at 7:43 PM, I had tried to make the arrangements through Booking.com. I was on the phone for 1hour 2 minutes 11 seconds. There was a problem with her computer and she couldn't make the reservation. I then called back at 8:45. I was on the phone for 19 minutes 28 seconds. The second lady then said she couldn't do it either. When I got to the venue I paid for my room with my debit card. She said I had more than one room booked. I told her what happened and she said she cancelled the other room. I got home the other day and found out she cancelled the booking that I was told didn't go through. The venue itself was ok, but now I have paid for the room twice. I am not a happy camper and would like my money back. All Booking.com has to do is to listen to the tapes to know what I said was true.
