In our opinion, several of Eureka’s restaurants have gone down in quality. Sadly, we were very disappointed with out dinners at Local Flavor. We both had the pork medallions and the sauce was runny and too salty. Hope it was just a bad night. But this had nothing to do with Heartstone Inn.

Location and fresh home cooked breakfast

Rick and Sherry were wonderful hosts. Everything was perfect and the breakfast each morning was a gourmet meal... absolutely delicious. We surely enjoyed our stay. We looked forward to the "sweets" each day that was baked for the guests. Nothing

Kyle and Jesse are excellent

Classy and comfortable.

Great, quiet location, lovely property, the most congenial hosts (Rick & Cheri), and the most AMAZING breakfasts! Highly recommend!!! Nothing.

The owners were delightful and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The grounds were very pretty and everything was very clean. The room was clean, and the bedding was also very clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was no lighting in the parking area, or up to the small steps. The steps to the second floor were very hazardous, particularly when carrying suitcases. The room was pleasant but very, very small, with large lamps, resulting in almost no table space. Little things like bathroom light and inside door light were out. It was a pleasant stay, but these small things would have made it much nicer.

The noisy window air conditioner in our room turned on and off all night our first night making it difficult to sleep. After taking a closer look, there were 4 settings on the window air conditioner. The quieter setting wasn't obvious and there weren't any instructions in their welcome letter to let us know the appropriate step needed to be taken to address this issue.

I will absolutely be staying here in future trips. I truly do not have any complaints, and also made some great friends that were staying next to us!

Everyone was amazing! So friendly and genuine. The food was out of this world! I now have one cookbook in my kitchen and it’s the Heartstone cookbook.

Cheri and Rick are amazing hosts and the food and facilities are the best in Eureka for B&B. We couldn't stay longer.

Breakfast was fantastic, service and conversation was pleasant. There was nothing I didn't like.

Property is much quieter than others in the area despite being very near a trolley stop and other B&B’s. It has the cleanest and nicest rooms of the several other places I have stayed in Eureka. The breakfast is excellent with large portions and a balance of sweet and savory. And the owners are very friendly and efficient. Saw several returning customers at breakfast. Great trip and will certainly be back!

Wonderful B&B located in the perfect area of Eureka Springs. Breakfast was fabulous every morning and the couple who run the B&B couldn’t have been better hosts! Highly recommend!
-
The bed was very comfortable and the room was decorated beautifully. The place is very clean and the breakfast is phenomenal. Would absolutely stay here again!

Hospitality was excellent, accommodations were great and the food was delicious. Rick and Cheri were very helpful in discussing several options in the area, We highly recommend other travelers to stay there. Nothing, really. I would say you pay for what you get. The price was commensurate with what we received. Location was next to a trolley stop and in an area that was quiet. Bird sanctuary in the back was a bonus.

My husband and I came to Eureka Springs to see the Passion Play. I would describe the atmosphere at Heartstone Inn as casual elegance. The Victorian Suite was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed was soft just as we like it. We appreciated having a small refrigerator in the room. We especially enjoyed watching the hummingbirds and squirrels while sitting under a beautiful canopy of trees on the back patio. The breakfast was FABULOUS. Breakfast was served in individual ramekins with a baked good, fruit, juices and coffee. The Southwestern Quiche, the French Toast with fruit compote and Rick's poppy seed bread were breakfast standouts. The afternoon cookies and lemonade served on the back patio were an unexpected treat. Even the water tasted good. Cheri and Rick were warm and gracious hosts. They have set the bar of expectations high. Should we return to Eureka Springs in the future, we would stay at the Heartsone Inn again. Thank you Cheri and Rick for a job well done. I have no complaints about the Heartstone Inn. When planning a trip to Eureka Springs, be aware that restaurants do not stay open late. There are nice restaurants in Eureka Springs and some require reservations. Plan ahead. We ended up eating at a small restaurant called Myrtie Mae's. It's not fancy fare but delicious. This is somewhere you can take your children. Try their cinnamon roll. We also had dinner on the Eureka Springs and North Arkansas Railroad.
