Best Western Plus DFW Airport West Euless

The room was mid tier can't expect much for the price, the AC unit is blocked by the curtains so the air doesn't circulate unless the curtains are open, Muhammad though super cool guy, the pool could use better matinence, the pull out bed absolutely sucks I would avoid it if at all possible was so much more comfortable to throw the couch cushions on the floor and make a bed

Breakfast is good a fresh need add some items . In general is a very good place to stay.

Clean hotel. Front desk clerk was nice. Stayed one night due to my flight being cancelled. Air conditioner could be better. Shower head was spraying everywhere.Room was stuffy. OK for one night.

The main reason we always stay here is because the hotel provides a shuttle to DFW airport.

The staff was extremely hard to communicate with because of their thick accent and they would act like it was your fault that you didn’t understand them. The pull out mattress was from the 1990s too. IT WAS SO BAD!!! See attached photos for proof. The shuttle van that picked us up from the airport had no a/c in the back. And in the heat of summer in Dallas, it was terrible!

The location, the AC worked well, and there was plenty of hot water. The staff other than one maintenance man was very cold. The hotel is tired, and they have done things about as cheaply as they could. The shower curtain leaks, the toilet paper is one ply, the carpet is bare in places, our room smelled everyday liked someone had been cooking Indian food, the ice machine vends crushed ice which melts almost as soon as it comes out, the elevator popped and lurched and the breakfast is just passable.

Location was good . Did not eat breakfast because of the cockaroach incident in our room. Didn't like the cockaroach that jumped out of the chair in our room and ran across the floor. My husband killed it and flushed it down the toilet. When I called the front desk about it she laughed and said she would send someone up to take care of it, but my husband had already flushed the damn thing. No sleep that night and definitely no breakfast.

Over all everything was very good. Just wished there had been vending machine and ice on every floor.

This is our go to place to stay when flying out of DFW. Great room, super comfy bed, good breakfast, and shuttle to and from the airport.

The mattress, sheets, pillows and sofa bed were not cleaned thoroughly. The property also needs updates. The breakfast exceeded expectations. Watch out with booking non-refundable reservations, they will not work with you at all. They will say that there is a Manager called Mukesh and that person is never available.

Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. The room was very clean and breakfast was hot and plentiful. The bed and pillows were wonderful. The room also was a good size, it had a microwave and a fridge. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. They had nice towel sheets and the most comfortable pillows you can imagine. The breakfast was delicious. They offered a strawberry waffles regular waffles. They had eggs, bacon grits. All the food was hot and delicious. Would definitely stay there again.

I would say to the from the shuttle to the checkout it was a wonderful experience. Had a bad layover and just so frazzled and exhausted had called the shuttle. He said he would get there in 10 and got there what it felt like 2 lol Brian then had recommended Valeries a Mexican restaurant because my wife and I where starving! Was a very nice Mexican restaurant that is open 24hrs. After that got to the hotel and had left the bags in the back of the Van. Brain was extremely nice and had left them with the front desk to give to us when we arrived. After a nice sleep in our room we then went down to the lobby to get a wonderful breakfast varieties. We as kosher eaters where able to have plenty to choose from. When checking out had a nice man named Frank chat with us and verify a shuttle pickup to the airport for us. Has been a very good experience at this Best Western Plus in Euless

Great location to Euless area. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was adequate. It had a coffee pot in the room which was appreciated. Good TV with a choice of channels. I could stay at this property again.

The issue I have with the hotel is the shuttle van no ac. Then offloaded my own bags from the shuttle. Bathroom is trip hazard cheap shower head not option for small child unless they bathe.

Check in was easy and friendly staff. Called for the shuttle from the airport and he showed up pretty quickly. Hotel was a little further than I thought from my trip to Globe Field, which was my fault for not knowing the area. Didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Room was clean and quiet. Staff offered me a shuttle drive to locations within a 3 miles area which I could have used. Walked to the local Waffle House just because they do not have one in CA. Good overall stay.

The breakfast was great. Really good choices. There were some issues with the cleanliness of our room. We checked in super late and I was tired so I didn’t want to bother switching rooms. I also worried another room would be even less clean. The room could have definitely used a DEEP clean. We found a pair of socks beside the dresser, a bottle cap right next to the sofa and a dead roach. Which made me wonder about the bed being cleaned… I did check the bed and it seemed fine, at least no noticeable uncleanliness. The room was just kinda grungy. The staff were fine at check in and check out. Not super friendly, but not rude either.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was very clean, sheets were clean and crisp. I felt very safe as a single woman traveling by herself. I did not eat breakfast but they had good options. For the pricing and comfort and convenience I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this location for the Arlington Grand Prix. It was easy to get in and out of the hotel. We had a loss of electricity due to high winds but it was restored after a few hours. A full hot breakfast was available. The staff was excellent. The property is close to restaurants driving in a car.

Had ants in the room had to find another they said they would refund me for Friday and Saturday

Room assigned was connected to another. Claimed it was all they had left. Power outage on Sunday lasted late into the evening, almost 9pm before power restored. This kept me from completing a work assignment. Offered no apology. Won’t be back.

The room was clean and we were allowed to check in very early, which was a real blessing for us. We had just flown internationally. We were missing shampoo, but the housekeeper was very helpful and gave it to us right away. The shuttle to and from the airport was also helpful.

I informed the front desk and she assured me that I would be moved to a different room and that I would have to wait until a unit is cleaned and it would be ready in the afternoon. When I returned and spoke to a different front desk agent there was no room setup for me. When I spoke to the assistant manger this morning. he stated he would look into but here it is hours later and he did nothing. The communication here is terrible and the staff needs to be trained in customer service

The first floor smelt like smoke which I know they have smoking rooms. But it puts a bad taste in someone mouth who doesn’t smoke or who la checking in for a long time. Plus we eat breakfast down there. Lady couldn’t find my reservation after 15 she found it. Overall good stay

The pool was clean and the hot tub as well. The rooms were clean. Bed was comfy. Sofa sleeper mattress was lole a pancake. The breakfast was good but there were no non pork options. The staff was friendly and responsive. I highlt recommend thos property and woll staff again in the future.

Pretty good hotel in the Dallas Metro. Safe and close to amusement parks, and professional sporting venues.

Stag was very friendly and helpful. Beds felt like you were sleeping on springs and the padding was flat. Didn’t like the fact that both beds were push against the walls so the person sleep in the bed with you had to crawl out either down the bed or over the person next to them. Has to wash some clothes in an emergency. But the dryer didn’t work. Took my money twice but staff gave me my money back. Other than those issues the hotel was fine for a quick 1 night stay. Probably wouldn’t want to stay longer than that.

One employee disapointed me is Laxmi rude never smile when i ask her to use bus shuttle to go to Cr Smith museum she refused claim that this destination is more than 3 miles.I show her it is 1.8 miles.After i used the bus shuttle i call her in order the bus driver return me she claim that he is out of the hotel and he will me late,so i took ubber and return immediately to the hotel i found him at the hotel. And also i want to go to walmart she refused t o used the bus shuttle and ask me to use ubber.Pls to gain more customer and customers write a good review teach her to be honest nice and specialy don't lie to the customers they are not stupid. I suggest to put a sign in your hotel writing the customers is always right and a small box for customers complaints. Thanks

Water pressure in bathroom sink terrible. Front desk clerk called police on my rental car in handicap space. I left my placard in Kentucky, i have a prosthetic from a Marine Corps injury. I straightened it out with police. Not happy with clerk.

Good for what we needed, (some place safe and cost effective for an overnight stay that was less than 12 hours). Breakfast options were great and included in price. Reasons I did not give a 5 were: only one luggagw cart available for the whole hotel, rooms were tidy but did show a lot of wear. I probably just had higher expectations because the other reviews were so good. Nothing that was enough to call down and complain about for us. Perhaps if it were a longer stay or we paid more. Also, the night staff was less than pleasant but maybe just having an off day.

The rooms were also very dirty. Our air conditioner was leaking water on the ground. Good stay for a short period. But i definitely wouldn't stay for a long time.

Had a last minute stay due to flight delays and was comfortable without paying through the nose. Lobby looks like it’s been redone recently. Room was spacious with a bed I would give a 7/10. The AC (window type unit) never got the room to the temp displayed but it wasn’t uncomfortable. Hot breakfast in the morning had a variety of options and it was nice that it started at 5 am for those with early flights.

The hotel was great and easy to get to. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice. However, if you're coming in for an event, there is very limited parking and you could end up being forced to park in the grass. Not ideal to park on a patch or grass with no easy access on and off it.

CONS TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PARKING. Not enough parking for this property and the one next door. Both share the same parking lot. These are not big hotels but I drove around 20 minutes before seeing a car pulling out and ended up parking on the other side of the hotel next door. Maybe during the week it’s fine but on the weekend it is the worst. The parking lot is well lit. TV remote was hard to use but the tv picture was nice.

The tv remote was so bad we had to stand in front of the tv for 5+ minutes to turn up the volume.

The hotel offers cribs which was nice. Unfortunately the pool was closed when my family and I were there. The room was twice the size of a regular hotel with 2 queens. The shower could be cleaner. Also if you want HOT water and not just like warm you may want to wait till 1 am to shower or shower before you think everyone else is.

Great Staty

The only thing I was disappointed in was the parking. There was no parking available once we came in at about 11:00 pm had to jump the curvy to park in a grass field located in front of the hotel. Just giving a suggestion make the lot in front of the hotel parking lot.

Place was clean and all employees was very friendly. I had no complaints. I have stayed at hotels for days and housekeeping never comes and ask do you need anything but here they checked at least every other day and I stayed for 5 days

Had a very nice stay. Staff was thoughtful and boys enjoyed the pool.

Checking in, the woman at the front desk was not very talkative. Charged me 25 for the deposit which was fine, but never said anything about it. I had to ask. Pretty much the only thing she said to me except for "the elevator is around the corner". As we waited for the elevator the Manager walked right in between us and the elevator not saying anything to us. Mind you he had to turn a little sideways to get by us. Plenty of room behind us. It was just kind of weird and rude. The room was ok, it was clean. The bed was comfortable. Our main problem with this place was after coming back to the hotel later on from being out and about, there was no parking spots. We literally had to park in the back of the hotel next door. While walking back to our hotel from parking, people were driving around looking for a spot to park, unfortunately we took the last spot at the other hotel too. People were having to jump the curb to park in the grass. The breakfast was good. It's close to everything. Cowboys Stadium is a 10 minute drive. It's in an ok area. All in all just an ok hotel with some flaws.

We loved our room...the staff was very welcoming...even our shuttle driver made us feel welcome 😍 we found an enjoyable hole-in-the-wall restaurant within walking distance 💛

This hotel was like finding a treasure. It’s amazing placement and ease of finding it was very helpful. Clean rooms, nice breakfast.

The stay was only for one night but it was so comfortable and clean and Mukesh, I believe his name was, was extremely kind! Please do yourself a favor and give them a try if you’re ever in the area!

The hotel itself was great and clean. But shuttles for pick up took a long time. And shuttle drivers aren’t the type to open your door or store your luggage in the shuttle van.

The staff was really nice and the stay was OK for the price. The parking was very limited, we had to park on the grass. It is an OK stay overall.

Was here for super cross.The only actual complaint I have is the pillows definitely need to be updated other than that everything was perfect no real complaints, building is nice,Close to AT&T stadium almost a straight shot. Nice staff had four different people and all were nice and there to help. I would definitely either be back next year or if I’m in Dallas again.

Very clean and well kept. Employees were polite and helpful. Great breakfast, close enough to DFW, great shuttle drivers. Walls between rooms could use more sound insulation.

The rooms are super quiet. I never heard anything outside my room. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Good choices. The shuttle service is great and runs to the airport from the hotel every hour, 5a-midnight, I believe. So you need to plan accordingly on that. From the airport, you need to call reception to pick you up. I couldn't figure out how to get into the pool/hot tub area.
