Front desk staff was amazing. Hotel was clean besides outside trashes were overflowing all weekend. Do not care for the etiquette of the cleaning staff. I have stayed at this hotel twice in 4 weeks and both times the cleaning staff has not only knocked on our door 2 hours before check-out time but tried to come into our room both times. I understand the want to jump on rooms as soon as possible, but when a guest hasn't checked out, it's absolutely unacceptable. To not only be knocking on a guest's door but trying to enter their hotel room is crazy, unless they have been to the front desk beforehand to let them know they were leaving. We even had a privacy card that she ignored both stays. Thankfully we had the lock plate flipped on the door which prevented her entering. Due to this we will not choose this hotel again.

This is a fresh of breath air in the hotel chain world. I’ve stayed at a two other properties by her chains over the past couple of months and they do not take care of their properties very well. I did forget until now there were a couple of things, the main shower head is rusty, I have a medical condition that makes me check the shower head before using. Also, the pool had some small like hair debris and the water was cold. Not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again if the price was right. It seemed every time I went to/through the lobby it was being swept and or mopped. No one was standing behind the desk, these folks were actually working!

Probably the nicest hotel staff I have encountered in a while. Very kind. Before cleaning up the breakfast at 9, they would ask if we were finished. Check in was easy. Not the fanciest hotel, but clean and great location, not to mention great value. Would stay there again!

The room looked nice at first. The tub has soap scum and the toilet has a mildew black ring that occurs with irregular cleaning. Breakfast ends at 9 on Sunday which is quite ridiculous. It did the purpose for one night, however would not stay there again.

The room was spacious & the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The only downside of the stay was the breakfast. The juices in the drink machine were way too sweet. Seemed like a lot of sugar was poured into it. The hot foods weren’t cooked throughly and the fruit was a bit old. However, the waffle maker did make waffles. I’d stay again if needed.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Sausage looked boiled not much selection other than cereal and toast everything else was pretty much gone. We went to the breakfast around 8:30 am. Everything else was great. Very friendly staff and clean and comfortable room.

Room was disgusting, blood stains on the sheets and some other brown stain. They refused to refund our night so we ended up paying for the room and not even staying there.
