Hotel is complete trash. Our room was not even cleaned. Looks like they went in and picked up trash and made the beds with dirty sheets. When I went to front desk they kept saying my room was clean and they didn't have any other rooms. I practically had to beg for clean sheets to put on myself. When I asked housekeeping the next day to clean our room because it was completely dirty. They came in and swept but that was it and they put the dirty stuff on the floor piled back up on the bed. Breakfast was put out then completely ignored so the place was trashed. The pool and hot tub were completely filthy scum all along the rim, supposedly was closed for cleaning the morning we checked in so if that was clean I cannot imagine how it was b4. I booked cause the last few reviews were ok. THIS PLACE IS NOT OK. I wish I could get my hard earned money back. I always go cheap as possible and I've stayed in some not so nice places but this was the worst.

The nicest the thinking about this hotel was it had a hot tub. There wasn’t a person to check us in at 3pm. Breakfast was definitely lacking. Place has seen better day's
-
The place is very dirty, too horrible, the sheets and stained pillows
-
Staff was rude asked for 2 extra towels and was denied of them because the desk staff saw my family visiting and assumed they were all staying even though the building has a back exit where they went through ,, horrible hygiene problems mold everywhere , dirty floors dirty bedding , dirty curtains , it was the worst experience I’ve ever had while staying in a hotel

This was a horrible stay room was not ready pool was not ready tv was not available amongst other things did not like my stay at all.

So I did. And I’m glad I did because when I got to the second hotel, they explained that there was severe weather that had taken out the power in the area BUT they still honored our booking and did not push us away. Would not come back

Genuinely a nice experience. We arrived late and left early, so not alot of time to enjoy amenities, but staff was great, the room was quality, and the breakfast was great.

Pool & hot tub was only open for 5hrs of our 2night stay... and Im pretty sure it's because I kept asking if it was open yet. The hot tub was the literal reason why we booked here. Breakfast was free.

The room was clean The pool area was not kept up well. I also had to have someone come and replace the battery in my smoke detector as soon as I got into the room

The amenities were very limited. There was no smart TV for streaming services like Netflix, no proper nightstand by the bed, minimal toiletries and towels, and only one washer and dryer for the entire hotel, with the dryer broken during my stay. Breakfast was extremely minimal and clearly budget-focused. There were also a couple uncomfortable interactions at the front desk involving guests having issues paying for their stays, which created an awkward atmosphere. I do appreciate that the manager was kind enough to provide a late checkout and the sheets were very soft.

The rooms are nice smell good when you walk in. The beds are cozy. My kids loved the pool and the hot tub. They stay open till 1am. The breakfast is one of the perks we love.

Had to move rooms, blood on curtains broken table in first room

We stayed 2 nights, the hot tub and pool were having some problems with chlorine levels. The pool was murky. There were no room cleaners or bed makers, clean towels, etc were not given. Never saw any housekeepers. Over the two days, never saw any. The room itself has some problems, the wall under the window and above the heating unit was cracked and crumbling, there were bathroom wall fixtures replaced and plastered, but not painted yet. Would recommend they not rent the rooms out until they are ready.
