Very nice quiet hotel, we usually stay here when we go through Elizabethtown. Room was quiet bed was comfortable and breakfast was good
-
the night staff was very rude and was getting loud and some of their customers. one night staff members lied to whom I would assume was the night manager that resulted in her getting loud and not letting the party talk to her or explain the situation. we will not be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone based off this.

This property is conveniently located just off the interstate and near several restaurants. It has a large indoor pool area. Our room was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked great.

No real problem with the hotel as such, but our room was located next to a youth baseball team (apparently) and they were pretty loud throughout the hallways until way after 11PM. Also, several arrivals came in after midnight and they were very loud as well. Also, the same group was loud early in the morning as they were leaving. Not a very restful night!

Questionable establishment... They most likely sells drugs out of this hotel. Some of the staff was helpful with my concerns, some were rude. Unfinished rooms, holes in the wall, stains everywhere, dirty, smell of mold or wet laundry in the rooms. Shower didn't work. We had to squat to use their tub no way we we're taking a bath in that tub. Would not 🚫 recommend this hotel to the homeless or my enemy. They need to shut this trap of a hole down and start over. Disgusting - just disgusting!! Left with a refund.

Know this. We didn’t have time to check to see if all rooms were the same And our room on the first floor overlooked the indoor pool which didn’t close until 10pm. No problem with kids playing on the Pool but we would Have requested a different room. We book our room months on advance. Before booking people should call the hotel direct to ask questions

Helpful staff; older facility pretty well kept

Rooms were clean, came with a nice TV with multiple subscription channels to use if you have an account with it, a fridge, and a jetted tub/shower. There was a pool and a gym area though i did not use them. Complimentary breakfast was good. Staff was nice and helpful.

Older Hotel but very clean. Nice linens, towels, and breakfast. All they staff from the front desk , housekeeping, to the lady's in the breakfast café were extremely nice and helpful. Washer and dryer in little nooks in the hallways with a bistro style table with 2 chairs so you can sit while your clothes wash if you want. Nice big clean pool with plenty of seating. Over all nice stay. Just a bit more than I wanted to spend while traveling for work Kinda pricey.

Beds were difficult to get in to, too high. Hard to navigate with a person who is under 5ft tall. Chairs were too low to sit in. Toilet set too low as well and no bars for the elderly to grab onto to be able to stand after using.Although I did not inquire about these issues in advance.

The pool was great & the room was very clean. I liked that our room had a poolside view.

Exceptional

This was by far the nicest and all around best place we stayed at in our 2 week vacation. A beautiful clean pool area filled with lovely plants and colorful accent lights in the evening. Laundry room was spotless as we're all public areas. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and enough towels in the rooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back in the future. Thank you Greenfield Inn!!! Not a thing.....All was good.

Amazing stay, the kids loved the pool area and the rooms were very clean!

The breakfast was good Our room smelled strong of bleach. The sheets were also dirty with fresh makeup, they did not look like they were washed. We were moved to another room
-
Clean. Friendly staff. Let us do a late check out due to our baseball game times being later on our last day. Everything was great

Staff.\n Was very nice and I didn't eat breakfast so I don't know what it was about and the room was clean, but I did find little pieces of paper On The Floor but that was no biggie and what I didn't like Nothing there was Nothing. Oh, the bed was a little hard.
