Appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The tv was easy to figure out and worked well. The pool area was well lit and clean. Breakfast was filling.

Unfortunately, 2 of us woke up w/bug bites. My son ended up being allergic to this bite & we ended up at urgent care 2 days later. The doctor couldn't confirm what kind of bite it was, but I had 2 bites & my son had 3. We hope it was mosquitoes or spider

Room was clean but could use some updating. Also the bathroom shower head was powerful but it leaked a little through the shower curtains so we had to mop it up a little. Otherwise, the 2 Queen beds were very comfortable to sleep in. It was also a quiet room but the occupants in the next room were walking around and we can hear and feel them walking around. A/C worked fine but we were using the heat more during the evenings. We skipped breakfast altogether.

Nothing special about this property. Our bathroom smelled like sewage. Rooms weren’t above clean, they were okay. No towels in the pool and the pool area was gross.

Easy for families to use up the consumables and since rooms are not made everyday we had to ask the front desk for several items (like TP, bath towels, soap, etc.) during our stay.

Bed bowed. Time to be replaced. Quite noisy in the hall and room overhead.

However, staff was borderline rude. My friend requested a teabag and was told she had to wait til morning. There was a bowl of them in the dining area, so she helped herself. About 1:30 am, someone smashed something into our door, frightening us, and ran down the hall. The front desk was non-plussed, telling us they really couldn’t do anything unless they caught them in the act. The next morning, a lady on another floor told us she heard it, it was that loud!

The room and the property were clean. The receptionist was professional but not friendly. Breakfast was adequate.

Staff was friendly and helpful, needed a crib for our room and they were on it quickly which it was 11pm so we were very thankful. Room had a couple spots that could have some cleanup and showed wear and tear but it was fine. Fine place to stay a night
